If all went according to plan, Briar would receive an invitation to a party, and it welcomed one of Briar's own friends. Gauvain did not realize he would be bringing someone that he, himself, had already met-- but when they arrived, he would naturally be pleasantly surprised! The only catch with the note was that it came in two parts: the first page was in messy scrawl, titled "Party Must Happy!" Which was probably Gauvain's attempt at expressing the mood of the event, even if it was gibberish. The rest of it was pretty much just scribbles, as Gauvain was still learning how to spell. It was the second page of the invitation that contained details: the time, the place, the guest count (3, of course).
And so, on a hot summer day in Clubs, Gauvain had arranged for tea in a private pagoda at the water park in Clubs. The invitation page which Tommy had written hastily to add to Gauvain's scribbles indicated such, and that they should also bring some kind of swimwear.
Tommy also left a field in which their guardian would have to sign, as he refused to take responsibility for any injuries sustained at the water park, because he believed the water park was full of danger for children. Tommy was what one would call a "stick in the mud."
Gauvain was humming to himself sweetly as he sat on top of one of their coolers of food and drink, swinging his legs, fanning his wings out. He loved the water park! What swanna wouldn't? "Little white kitty, little lost cat, where are you from, where's your home at~" Gauvain kept singing to himself, beaming, before he got up off the cooler and used it to leap onto the railing of the pagoda, his wings flapping to help him while he found purchase and walked along its edge.
Tommy was definitely not there at the moment, or he would have been flipping out. Gauvain hoped his friend (and his friend's friend) got there soon!

"Briar! Come onnnnn!"
Nope! Isaac had no idea where he was going! All that he knew was that his best friend came galloping to him with some fancy letter with some fancy writing about some fancy get together, and Isaac was going! He had never been invited anywhere. Okay. That was a lie. Briar invited him everywhere, and he was clearly forgetting that event before where he had to solve puzzles with a bunch of other kids. Whatever. Silence. He didn't have time for your nonsense, he had a party to go to!
It was a party, right? Oh well, like he ever paid attention. He was just happy to be with Briar, if insanely jealous. Oooo, who had invited him? He was going to kick their teeth in if they tried to steal his Briar.... Isaac had abandonment issues, frightened constantly he'd lose those he loved if another came into their life. This meant whoever had invited Briar was a threat in his eyes...
Red eyes flicked impatiently as he folded his arms, tail swaying and swishing happily. "Briar. I can smell water. My skins dryin' out. I need ya to hurry up. pleaaase. I'm dyin'!" Over dramatic as always, the child flopped onto the ground and began to act out the sounds of a choking child, eventually just falling limp against the ground. He failed to notice his tail twitching and the fact he kept looking up clearly ruined his game, but hush. Isaac was never much of a thinker as a child.

It was indeed a very first for him when he received the mail one day. But Briar was really happy to get something from Gauvain as he loved the message he wrote . . . even though it was a little illegible. But his father helped him out with that and the Leafeon was even more excited. A party! And he is able to take one friend with him and it will be just the three of them. It was a first ever for him and knew exactly who to invite . . . his best friend Isaac.
"Wait for me Isaac!" Briar called out to him seeing the hyperactive Vaporeon running up ahead of him already. He was a little tired after the long travel from the Diamonds faction over to the Clubs after all. That and he felt a little nervous. He remembered that the invite said for them to bring swimsuits since it was going to be at a water park. Hopefully he can try to sneak away and just rest in the shade or something. He would rather watch his friends play and have fun instead which is fun for him.
The little Leafeon finally caught up to the speedy water type and let out a little gasp hearing and seeing his dramatics of dying from dehydration. But Briar is use to his dramatics now and knew not to worry. Instead, he just giggled and grabbed a hold of his hand to make him hurry up and also so they won't be separated at the park. "I know I know, c'mon! We're almost there." Or he hopes so. He doesn't know his way around the water park and had to use the invitation as his map to find where Gauvain and the party is located which is at a white pagoda . . . wait, what's a pagoda? Oh dear . . .
It took them a little bit of time, but the blonde haired boy found a pretty looking white structure up ahead that could be a pagoda thing. A familiar voice then was heard as it made his leafy ears twitch in listening. He beamed a bright smile, knowing that voice anywhere and saw the Swanna up on the railing. "Gauvain!" Briar called out, tugging on Isaac's hand as he ran up to the pagoda to see him for he's really happy to finally found him. "Gauvain, I'm sorry we're late. It was a big park and I didn't know where . . ." His voice trailed off, feeling a bit embarrassed for being lost and looking extra sheepish. But he perk up as he turned to Isaac, his leafy tail wagging with joy. "Oh, this is my best friend. Isaac! And Isaac . . ." His bright green orbs looked over at the pretty Swanna with a hand extending out to him in introducing him. "This is my friend Gauvain." He can't contain his happiness seeing just how fast his leafy tail is whipping about back and forth and the permanent bright smile on his face. It was his first party and he couldn't wait to have fun with his friends.
