♦◊RULES◊♦ This thread includes basic rules and guidelines to follow as well as the system for punishment/consequences for those who break the rules. Refer this thread for names of those banned etc. If you have any questions, please contact a crew member, vice-captain, or the guild leader himself via private message. •1: The number one rule is BE RESPECTFUL. Show a sense of professionalism towards your fellow roleplayers. Treat others how you would want to be treated. This goes for crew members as well. If a member should have concerns that they are being mistreated by crew, they have the right to contact other crew members about this problem. We WILL handle it! •2: Please do NOT GMOD in roleplay. No one wants to deal with that. If there is a dispute in roleplay about this, and you cannot resolve the situation on your own, the crew members are there to assist you! Contact us! •3: FOLLOW all Gaia TOS. This includes inappropriate/offensive language, racial slurs, and limit sexual content. TAKE IT TO PMS ! •4: Crew members are not to discuss or mention activity within the crew chat. This information will become available to the public if and when we see fit. •5: You cannot KILL another rpc (unless the owner gives permission to). •6: You can make more than one character. HOWEVER, there is a THREE RPC limit per person. No more than that. •7: You can't change the name of threads to something unrelated to the topic.

♦◊Crew Policies/Rules◊♦ •1: The crew votes on any issue that may include punishments, passing of new roleplay ideas, new systems, additions to the current system, promotion in rank for certain people (whether in roleplay or ooc). Majority rules! •2: The crew holds all rights to instantly ban someone if they commit something serious and may affect the guild with it. Discussion about the situation can be held AFTER to ultimately decide the final verdict. •3: Respect the crew. That is all.

♦◊Punishments◊♦ •1: Punishment goes by "Three strikes and you're out!" Warnings are not included (You will still get warnings, but they are NOT included within the 3 strikes rule). No one is perfect, not even the crew members. Strikes are given if serious offenses are committed. This can include but are not limited to: Harassment of other members, offensive and rude language/behavior, constantly breaking the rules, purposely disrespecting members and crew. After the third strike, you will be permanently banned until further notice. •2: Even if you are banned, you can pm one of the crew members about removing your ban, or at least having some of the strikes removed (it better be a pretty darn good reason!). The pm will be put up in the crew chat and will be voted on.

EXAMPLE: •Cal1nd0r- 1st Strike : Harassing members
2nd Strike : Threatening a crew member
3rd Strike : Harassing members
BANNED
•Archlord Ayperos- 1st strike : Being disrespectful
•iBrainsharted- 1st strike : Being disrespectful
•Malavaes- Banned Frist Strike : Harassing members
2nd Strike : Threatening a crew members and harassing guild members.
3rd Strike : Harassing members.
