 The war had begun and Risik sought worthy oppents to challenge herself and prove her worth to her mother. Being the daughter of a general was not easy and she sought to take her frustrations out on any poor unsuspecting victim. Well, this victim was more than willing. They had contently challenged the young Cursed into a battle. One she was more than happy to accept. And with a lash of a tentacle, the fight was on! HP: 20

 Shira challenged the first cursed spawn she saw. She didn't like wasting time, but still let her opponent make the first move. Shifting her weight she twirled around, receiving a glancing blow from the lashing strike. As she spun a pair of daggers slid from her sleeves. Fluttering her wings she used the momentum of her spin to launch her counter strike with a downward thrust. HP:19

HP: 20 - 2 = 18 Risik stumbled back in order to avoid what she could of the daggers. They graced her skin upon their descent. What seemed like a hiss escaped the cursed's being as she struck at Shira again with her tentacles.

HP: 17 Shira's hostile eyes remained locked on her target's every movement as she braced herself for the incoming strike. Reducing the possible damage taken by the tentacles. Without giving a break, Shira slid up to her opponent, daggers extended to stab.

HP: 18 - 2 = 16 Without a second thought Risik swatted the dagger away with another tentacle. At the moment her opponent seemed to be perfectly matched with her own skill. She would have to try and step it up a notch if she were to win this... and so she tried to attack again.

HP: 16 Shira fluttered her wings, easily moving out of the way, though the striking tentacle still scraped her leg. Noting reach and other things about her opponents fighting, she dove swiftly to make another strike.

HP: 16 - 4 = 12 Risik quickly tried to defend herself but had the wind knocked out of her for a moment. Staggering back to her feet she narrowed her hallow-looking non-existent eyes at her opponent and set out to attack once more.

HP: 13 Shira tried to shift backwards out of reach, but misjudged the distance. The tentacles threw her violently to the side. Brushing off her injuries she rushed the cursed girl, aiming to strike swiftly with her blades.

HP: 12 - 2 = 10 Risik again swatted the blades away. The attack was similar to the previous attempt and the cursed was able to judge it more properly. Daring to risk future injury she wrapped a tentacle around Shira's arm in hopes to throw her into the nearest object.

HP: 10 Shira stabbed at the tentacle that wrapped itself around her arm. That didn't stop it from throwing her into a large rock. The force knocked the air out of her lungs, but it was only a moment before the hostile warrior returned to her feet. Her breathing was heavy as she flitted to the sky, throwing the two daggers she held with great force.

HP: 10 - 4 = 6 That was unexpected. The cursed had momentarily forgotten this Pockettu had the ability of flight. Before she could correctly react she was impaled with one of the daggers and just barely missed the other. It took a few moments to recover and she wrapped a tentacle around a fallen tree branch and launched it up at Shira.

HP: 7 The tree branch flew skyward so swiftly and suddenly that Shira didn't react in time to avoid it. It caught her in the shoulder. She snagged a part of the branch and tossed it back down at the cursed one. But this was merely a form of distraction as she swiftly produced another pair of daggers and swooped around to strike again.

HP: 6 - 3 = 3 The world blurred and spun before she could register what happened. The distraction was effective enough to line up the assault in a near perfect manner. Before Shira passed, Risik made an struggled effort to reach out and grab a hold of the darkness follower with both arm and tentacle with every intent to strangle.

HP: 4 Before Shira could gain enough distance from the Cursed one tentacles caught her, wrapping themselves around her neck. In spite of the crushing pressure on her airway she flipped her daggers around and slashed and the constricting tubes of flesh. Hoping to free herself before she lost consciousness, or even her life.

HP: 3 - 1 = 2 Risik winced at the lashing but continued her hold upon the other's neck. She began to press tighter, hoping this battle would end soon. Who would fall from exhaustion first was anyone's guess.
