Raising hands in the air drawing lightning down upon the body the user will start spinning forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take the head of a dragon and cover the area in front of it and strike out against opponents and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed.

A more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven-like structure to trap the enemy. Once the enemy is trapped in the oven-like box, lightning would shoot out towards them. It is used after Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to cover the enemy in mud and then followed by Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique, creating flames inside the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.

Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.

- Lightning Release Is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed.

Ninjas who have Kanji in there blood are allowed to perform light moves with their jutsus and the chakra is white instead of blue because when the light becomes one with them that changes the color as well. Kanji gives them a boost of speed that will give their opponents heavy damage.

Background Information
Rikyu was born in the hidden leaf village when he was a kid he didn't have a lot of force power to do his assignment at the academy. But Rikyu did had one thing and it was speed he used it as in advantage he had incredible speed and that helped him graduated the ninja academy. Later when he got older he went on being a genin for a the rest of his childhood until the chunin exams came and he aced it afterwords he got assigned harder missions that were difficult but he overcame it. Years past by fast when he was 19 years old that's when he became a Jounin he soon learn new jutsus light was his primary element and secondary was lightning. Later on the years he was chosen to be the leader of the anbu by the Hokage. Later Rikyu met Narissa Uchiha he first didn't know who she was but soon got to know her better then months past by they both got married and had a family together.
