Cyrus has naturally red hair and very strong features for his age. His eyes also perfectly match his hair in color and his skin is rather tan but still fair. He is in excellent physical condition thanks to his dueling training with his mentor. He is very well groomed which further fuels his vanity. His apparel outside of his uniform resembles that of a knight which conveniently matches his surname.

Cyrus is most characterized as being the same as pure-blood supremacists but on the opposite end of the spectrum. He views muggle-borns as superior wizards to the pure-bloods and half-bloods. Though he has a large prejudice towards pure-bloods he seems to feel less inclined to hate half-bloods as they are "half-worthy". His reasoning for his point of view is rarely stated but it seems to be that pure-bloods were more privileged and went through less hardship so their outcome as powerful wizards is expected and "handed to them". While most oppose his prejudice he is very stubborn and won't waver from it. He claims that his hatred of pure-bloods is "wise" and that it "keeps him strong". He relishes dueling and physical combat as he feels that violence will allow him to fight the "disgusting pure-bloods". He is also very tense and paranoid about pure-bloods taking over the world so he rarely sleeps. He spends most of his insomnia towards becoming a more powerful wizard. Cyrus is very arrogant as he believes that he is the only true warrior for the mud-bloods and the muggles. He considers himself to be very unique in every way and loves to be outside of the "status-quot".

Cyrus was born in Winchester, England to two muggle parents. From a young age he was introduced to the Wizarding world via a tea shop keeper. The shop keeper was an old man that long since retired from the world of magic. He was a former wandmaker and duelist and sensed Cyrus' predisposition to magic. The man's name was "Acton Brams" and routinely taught Cyrus about the wizarding world, wands, dueling, and quidditch. A young Cyrus was instantly drawn to this new mentor as he learned many great things from him. Although he left his parents in the dark about it he still felt a strong love for them and their modest life style. Acton made him his first wand with masterful expertise. It was an ebony wand with dragon core based on Cyrus' noble but stubborn personality. Acton also passed down an enchanted sword to him, it was a family heirloom that he had no relatives to give to. Acton was routinely hassled by an unknown pure blood family. They were cruel to him on a daily basis, this sparked Cyrus' hatred of them and all purebloods. One day Acton was murdered by the patriarch so that his family could gain his large wand inventory. Ever since he has had a hatred of that family and any who have the pure wizarding blood.

His wand is of ebony wood with a dragon heart string core. It was very finely crafted by Acton's expertise with a length of eleven inches. It is usually hidden inside of the hilt of Acton's sword (see character pic). The sword's pommel is attached to the handle of the wand itself. The sword itself was very finely crafted by the goblins and enchanted with the shield charm by Acton's grandfather.
