Helicon was still an idealistic page, and he wanted to be a good one. But sometimes temptation was just too much.
He had met the Sailor senshi Irene on a diplomatic mission once before, and a few other times since which he may or may not have needed to slightly manipulate travel plans to make happen. He liked her. They made good friends. But unfortunately a page on Mercury and an Asteroid senshi from neutral lands didn't have spectacular opportunities to meet with any sort of frequency.
Which was where this temptation came in. He was on a mission. He was supposed to be making a delivery and it was important he was back on time, but when he got word of the circus being set up, that circus, of all of them, he had detoured from his planned route almost immediately.
By the time he got there the show was over, but that didn't stop him from sneaking around the circus grounds, seeking out a very specific purple haired performer. He didn't know what she did was called, but he knew it blew his mind, even though the one time he'd seen her do it had him twisting his fingers hoping she didn't fall and break her neck. Either way, he didn't think she'd be so hard to miss. And hopefully wasn't because a page skulking around the tents probably looked really bad.
