Hobbies:
Climbing - Claire loves to go on mountain hikes and be out in the world. Her favorite outdoor activities include climbing mountains and trees, or just being up high and able to look out over everything below. She takes what she can get in the city, climbing to roof tops, generally via the stairs, and sitting out on ledges or once again in trees in the park. She does try to get away from the city, though, as often as she can, to enjoy real heights and more beautiful and untamed views.
Fighting - Claire is a rough and tumble sort of girl, and she is not the sort to sit back and let herself get soft. She does not go out and pick fights, and is definitely not a bully. Instead, she goes to the gyms and open dojos around town to practice and learn new things about fighting, boxing, martial arts: whatever she can learn. She is fascinated by the art of the battle and, more than that, it's her chosen method of exercise and relaxation when she's feeling particularly stressed.
Collecting - There is something about blind bags and packs of trading cards that Claire is absolutely addicted to. She cannot help herself when she sees these kinds of things based on the games and movies that she loves. She has to buy them, has to collect the set. It's fun, if not a bit expensive at times, and she delights in organizing all her cards by their numbers, storing all the duplicates for trading and selling to get more, new ones, later. Trading cards are her absolute weakness, but small toys in blind bags and similar swag cause the same kind of delight for her. She goes out on specific days just to supplement her collections, look around the collectible stores in town, and meet with others from her fandoms.
Virtues:
Loyal - Though Claire does not have many close friends, she is a very loyal and honest individual. She will do anything to help her friends and family, even if it cuts into her free time or money or things she needed for herself. Friends and family always come first. Car broke down and you need money for gas? Claire is on the way. Giant spider in the bathtub? Claire will go and battle against it. Need a couch to crash on, a few hundred bucks to do something fun, or a ride some place important? Claire is dependable for all manner of favors, and does not expect anything in return for it.
Brave - Claire generally refuses to give in to her fears, and knows when to be strong. For herself, for others: Claire is not the sort to panic in an emergency, and will keep her head when things get rough. She does feel fear, of course, any one would, and she has things she's scared of. She just does not let that fear cripple her. She would rather go down fighting than screaming, so to speak, and this feeling is amplified if there is someone near her she feels like she needs to be responsible for.
Conversational - Claire is a good student, but her sharp mind is geared more towards conversation and 'street smarts', rather than all that fancy book learning. She can maintain her grade point average, but she gets easily bored and is often unchallenged by the things going on in class. She likes to challenge herself by going out and talking with others, and enjoys a good conversation when she can find one. She tries not to argue, often looking to learn and to explore rather than get her own opinion out in the open. She has no real need to force others to listen to what she's saying, so much, though challenging their opinions with questions and thoughts can lead to interesting discoveries. Still, she would rather walk away on good terms rather than anything else.
Flaws:
Sarcastic - Despite her best efforts to get along with others, Claire does have a bit of a sarcastic side. This more often than not comes out in passing, or when she is very comfortable with someone. The more she knows someone, the more likely she is to say something rude or unflattering without thinking about it. Sometimes her mouth works a lot faster than her brain, and though she is trying her best to get along and be nice, she can say stupid things at the worst possible moment. It makes it hard to get into those conversations she likes so much, some times, but she tries to push through and show it's worth it to stick around despite her dry humor. It is just hard for her to see where the line between funny and insulting is, sometimes, and she crosses over it with a flourish.
Late - Something about getting somewhere on time just does not work with Claire's inner clock and compass. She was born running late, she likes to say, and has just never been able to catch up. Claire will never arrive anywhere on time, save if someone tells her the wrong time on purpose. And even then she will find a way to still be late. It's generally not a conscious effort, save where school or something she does not really want to do that day is concerned. She has a bad habit of wandering slowly, or letting herself get distracted on the way. It is very easy to avoid the things she does not want to do by just having an open mind to the things around her.
Procrastinator - Tied to her being late everywhere she goes, Claire can be a terrible procrastinator when she wants to be. Which is most of the time. She is smart enough to get her homework done, but since she finds it boring she almost never does it until the night before or the morning that it's due. Big projects often require an extension, and her teachers are often disappointed in her work ethic, when they see that she has potential to be better. She just wants to roll along, get her good enough grades, and get out. The same idea applies to anything she does not want to do, and is also tied back to her need to be so available and helpful to her friends. Anything to avoid the things she does not want to do in her own life.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Name.

This attack is an UPGRADE of your first attack. Your first attack is more powerful, and can have a cosmetic change. Ie, Sailor Jupiter's lightning attack takes on the form of an eastern dragon when shot at her enemy.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Name.
This is your senshi's most powerful attack. It is different than your senshi's Sailor and Super attack. For instance, Sailor Jupiter's eternal "Sparkling Wide Pressure/Juputer Thunderclap Zap" enabled her to form a disc/frisbee of lightning that she could throw at her enemy.
