Sariel sat on a bar stool taking a swig of his whiskey. 'She has to be there by now,' he thought as he swallowed the liquid. "Talya," he said as he set the glass down exhaling deeply. He sat waiting thinking that the message he tried sending was on its way to his daughter to check in on her.

Sariel started to worry slightly after a moment of not hearing back. 'That had to have worked,' he thought to himself as he stood up. "I have to go check on her." He walked out after leaving the money to pay his bill.

Once he made it outside, Sariel began to focus and after a moment he faded into the wind and made his way as quickly as he could to the Academy. He hoped that he would find Talya there.

Sariel waited a few moments before he walked through the gates and headed to the bar. He sat down at the stool he had been at during his previous visit and ordered what he had last. Once served, he took a big gulp allowing himself to eventually feel the alcohol to start clouding his judgement.
