Hey, i'm pretty new here but I've been trying to start up a machinima (maybe) project which will be a whole movie of PotO true to the book (english version) and it will be downloadable to anyone who wants it.

I had originally planned to use the game Aliens vs. Predator 2, then F.E.A.R came along, with better graphics so I was going to switch to that engine, but they still have not released the proper tools for making models, both games are seriously lacking in tools.... anyways I am currently trying to decide between finding a new game, or attempting to make this a complete CG movie

Is there anybody out here who would :

a. like to help out
b. knows a better game to try this project with and knows how to do this or
c. knows about creating cg movies

machinima = movie made using a computer game

well ill post the positions im going to need i guess
Script Writers - people who know the book very well and are able to create a script from it, chapter by chapter, in a way that would look good for filming

Concept Artists - people who can draw characters, sets or objects from descriptions in the book which will help the modelers and skinners later

3d Modelers - anyone who knows how to make models

Skinners/Texturers - anyone who knows how to make textures using programs such as photoshop, etc..

in a way, while red vs blue is a comedy, this will be a total conversion with new models, maps and everything to make it really look like poto
