 A dull day, dry , cloudy and Damp, out in the muddy Feilds in the middle of no where, harvesting rare plants, herbs and in known Insects that her snakes bring her. Looking around she didnt notice anything special
"Gurr.. this is the last time i listen to the old bats that tell me where special plants grow. what a load of "
She pauses and takes a deep breath, shakes of the mud from her paws, and attempts to step around the area from rock to rock in a last ditch attempt to find something Unique.
Looking up into the clouds she could tell it was about to rain, shelter wasnt any where in view as she had traveled a long way from her swap underground home.
" Great, - Muddy, tired, no quality items and to top it all of rain ... This just Isnt my day... "
Watching the sky Closely she tries to determine when the rain will fall, shouldnt be long she still had time to find a place to hide in for a couple hours.
Using her magic she summons her largest snake and jumps on its back as it weaves in and out of the tree while medusa scans for shelter .

 Medusa wasn't the only one looking for shelter. Keahi was desperately trying to find somewhere to wait out the rain as well, fearing he'd become ill if the water snuffed out his flames again. He did, however, jump as he saw a snake cross his path, and looked over to where it came....
A female stood a while away from him. Curious, and not knowing much better, Keahi approached, calling out to her. "Are you looking for shelter too?" He was sure he wasn't the only one that didn't like rain....

Suddenly a voice shot out from another direction, startled just abit she almost lost her balance, she glares at the mysterous noodle, but the her expression changes with a smirk accross it as she notice's How unique he looked, she had come across a wide range of noodles but this one had something even more special about him, Fire on his head now that was interesting. ! very very interesting.
" A hello would have been more appropriate before yelling at me, do you not think ?? .. And as for you question, Yes i am.. This rain is going to be particularly heavy. Going home in what could be a storm could be dangerous. "
She looked down at her feet, thinking lightly , 'not to mention i am tired and injures my paws digging for something that turned out to be a rumour ... what a waste - i hate the rain.'
She peers towards the male again
"Would ... you care to share Shelter? "
Her grin getting slightly wider, her snake returns to her, with good news.
"Ah, a cave you say? " Shouting to the other " I have found a cave if you want to join me in shelter you welcome to follow "
Jumping on the back of her very large anaconda snake she rides towards the deeper end of the forest, before she comes to a cave, concealed with hanging Vines and large rocks, speaking to her snakes 'Nice find my darlings. this is perfect. '

Keahi pouted at her chiding, though didn't take it too personally. Well duh, whatever. "Well it's about to rain. I'm sure that you don't want to be out, and neither do I. Formalities can wait, can't they?" He called back, tail swishing. No one liked to be out in the rain, and at the mention of it being a rather heavy rain, it made him even more anxious.
"That....That would be nice." He nodded, at her offer for shelter. He did seem rather shocked as the snake returned, jumping out of the creature's way. He didn't know if it was poisonous or not, after all! Watching it slide up to her, he felt the slightest bit uncomfortable....But shelter was shelter. Even if it was a cave.
Without even the time to reply, he dashed after her and her snake, stopping at the start of the cave. Right as they arrived, the first few warning drops of water began to fall from the sky. Not wasting any time, Keahi entered, not about to let his health be at risk.

Medusa, spotting the male follow her , stepping inside, afterwards he was quick to enter.
"You really dont like the rain do you "
Turning to her snakes " Oh quick Find some dry fire wood and bring it here, hurry before the rain starts to flow "
She then redirects her attention to this Fine young male,
" Well well what have i picked up in the wood this time, "
She circles hims and looks Keahi Up and down, with a slight grin creeping on her face
" And to answer your Earlier Question, No i think not, Formalities are Important Two men can still exchange Names in the Midst of battle. I am Lady Medusa Gorgon, Lady Medusa will do for now. And what is your name ?"
Her snakes return and place the wood they found at the back of the cave where she makes her way to, Commanding them to disburse, with the wave of her paw.
" Come now dont be shy, Please would you "
Gently lifts her paw towards the pile of logs, a hint of asking him nicely if he wouldn't mind lighting it for her

"It'll make me sick, of course I don't!" Keahi scoffed a little, warming up his body within the dry cave. His flame provided enough light to see, though not enough to warm, really. He shuddered as she circled him, being looked over by the lady of snakes. However, she seemed far less mysterious and creepy once she introduced herself. Giving a slight nod in recognition, he thought it rude not to give her his name as well....
"Keahi. Just Keahi." He replied, diverting his eyes. He didn't like being scolded...But would allow for it this time. Careful to avoid the snakes' paths, he moved to the edge of the cave, letting them pass and disburse. Oh. So he was going to start a fire was he? Something he was good at. The male took in a deep breath, and released it, flames going in its wake. What had she expected? Him to light it with his head?

"Fire magic, Just as i thought, Very nice "
There was always a reason why medusa does what she does, and circling him out of curisouity wasnt it, she was getting a good read on his Soul, to see what kind of noodle he was, what type of Power or no power he possessed.
His souls was oddly Shaped not a normal Noodle, Has tha ability of Magic and in a unique style of it to, One of a kind. as far as she could tell. - she claps lightly at his small display of fire power-
" Are , you scared of my snakes? Oh dont be. those ones were Harmlesss"
She adds a little hiss at the end for a-little dramatic effect, Suddenly a flash shone through the bottom of the vines and the sound of roaring thunder blasted through the sky and heavy rain Slamming against the ground, Medusa backs further back and pins her ears back to the sound of the thunder, She knew some one who would Flourish in this weather. while she despised lightening and thunder. she curls up on a spot and goes quite as the thunder continues. she quietly Growls each time it passes by

Keahi scoffed a little at her impressed tone about his magic. It wasn't really magic....But many considered it to be. It was just a part of him, and he really wasn't concerned with its origin. Keahi was as much of the fire as the fire was of him. And that's all he knew.
"Those ones." Oh so she did have some that were far more harmless. For now, he stayed away, until, of course, he noticed she was cowering. Keahi didn't mind the noise of storms, just the water falling onto him. But Lady Medusa? She must hate it. Deciding with a sigh not to let her suffer alone, he strode over to her, curling up at her side.
"It's not that bad...."

She watched as Keahi come closer, not really having much to say as he sits beside her
" The rain, is horrible and i dont like it but it is something i can "
crashing thunder making her quiver slightly
" the lightening and thunder. ... if ... i ...... go out in it, i will get Zapped by it. Lets say Old Medusa here has a curse on her, Well i dont know if it is a curse of just put hatred targeting me. who knows, all i know if that stuff is dangerous, i hate it ... have you .. ever been struck By Lightening. i can tell u it hurts and if i wasnt a witch with thousands of snakes to protect me i would be .... dead"
see growls and hisses as she paws at thin air, then goes back to her ball shape tucking her head in her paws as the lightening strikes the entrance of the cave followed by the thunders Bellow
She jumps and scuffles back
" it knows i am here " she starts to panic alittle.

He nodded in agreement with her hatred of rain. Keahi was more than aware that it could kill him, and certainly made sure not to stray near any streams, much less lakes or rivers. However, watching her quiver and shake, he felt....pity? Pity for the Lady Medusa? Perhaps. He wasn't going to be letting her know yet...
But watching her curl up tight and speak of the curses upon her, and the lightning being out to kill her....He wrapped his tail around her protectively.
"You don't only have your snakes to protect you. I'll protect you." For once he wasn't scoffing at her, voice strong and certain. He was not going to let her get hurt, snakes or not. After all, who would even think of cursing this woman? Terrible person, if you asked him.

feels odd as the male took his tail around her body, she didnt know whither it was kindness or pity, she didnt know what to think and over the roaring of the thunder she didnt have time to ponder the tough as another wave struck , cowering like a helpless child she hated it, but without realize he buried her head into Keahi to drown out the sound and to not see the flashes streak past the cave as if hunting for her, she make a squeak as it blasts again, taking comfort in his word of protecting her, though he question if they were true. or just words to comfort her. she would never have been this soft. untill this curse she wasnt always so - nice.... she had changes it wasnt a bad change but it felt odd to be comforted by some one. she wouldnt normally let any one close to her. she lived alone, in the middle of no where, underground where no one could touch her, a life of seclusion.
" you will?.. eeee" a muffled voice comes out with a question for protection, the strikes seemed to be getting worse as the rain took a turn for the worse and bucketed down, burring her head deeper as the sound rang through her ears like beating Drums

Keahi didn't seem to mind as she cuddled into him more, and now he made moves to cradle her with his paws as well. Poor girl. Maybe he had been wrong. She was definitely not defenseless, but for now, she needed him. And...maybe he needed her too. Without her help, after all, he wouldn't be here, safe and dry. Perhaps....Perhaps he now had a partner. He could help her with what she needed, she could help him. He did like her....She was just scary sometimes.
"Of course. What are friends for?" He murmured, quietly in her ear. "Don't worry...I won't let them get you." Keahi called her friend...The first one he had, really. But he wasn't lying. He would protect her. Even if it meant his life was on the line.

Medusa's ears twitched as the word friend was whispered to her 'Friend' he considered her a 'friend', moving her head alittle, she felt strange, she never thought any one would be kind to her, nor offer her friendship, she had no one. and nothing in life to speak of
" friends?" She whispered back in a soft voice as he choked up, ' is this what happiness feels like' the deep feeling of warmth in her heart, her head buried in his fur so soft and warm a small smile broke out "Friend."
She repeated in a low happy tone, she sort of shuffled her body up against keahi and into his paws and without realizing snuggled her head into him more. not even realizing she accepted him into a cuddle. this was the first time she had been comforted and the sounds of the thunder seemed to fade to her, even though it was still raging on.
he made her Feel Safe.
"Promise?"
He spoke of not letting them get her, did he want to protect her? she was unclear on what he wanted but she felt safe. and slightly at home with him., keahi made her feel, Happy.
Some one was there for her, and she would not soon forget this day. and the Kindness he showed her. Was she beginning to like this male? hmm, for now she just deeply snuggled him, she subconsciously wrapped her vector tail around his tightly.

Keahi was a little surprised as she cuddled closer to him, though by no means wasn't uncomfortable. She was warm, and this slightly more fragile side of her was so very cute. That definitely wasn't something he thought of many females, but she was so different.
"Yes. Friend of course....And of course I promise. Always and forever, okay?" He was far quieter, fearing the slightest loud noise might shatter her again. He kept her close, trying to block out the sound of thunder and lightning, not seeming to mind their tails intertwining at all.

whispering forever to her, it was like a small echo and as if she were in a dream. she was comfortable and for the first time she didnt feel so alone it was like a shield was put up around her and nothing could hurt her. all sounds apart from keahi's voice where cast away, and his warm body keeping his safe.
'always and .. forever' she liked that. would he always be there for her, always .. and forever? he promised. she would hold him to it, from now on she wouldnt let any one take her new safe place away.
"forever, always"
repeating slowly and quietly as if she were drifting into a long sleep, she felt so at home.
- Suddenly a bellowing roar emitted from outside of the cave, this was no thunder, the trudging of footsteps, something with claws, and it was big, heading towards the lite cave they were resting in -
Medusa lifted her head as the bubble that keahi had made for her snapped, an explosion of thunder just happened to stream accross the sky as the steps got closer, causing medusa to freak out, sending her into some sort of frenzy, she backed away from keahi, he eyes widening
" no no , get it away "
she hisses and pins herself into a corner of the dark cave as snakes swarm around her to protect herself, leaving keahi alone as they didnt view him as a threat. slowly shaking in fear as the stomping out side comes closer and another Animal Like Growl, her though of it being the thunder and lightening coming for her, shivering away in a very unstable sense of mind.
