Rules Make sure and read the rules. Each colorists has their own in addition to the general shop/breeding rules. Read mine below and the main breeding rules thread
Cubs cannot be sold, but you may give them away also you may only keep one cub. Extra cubs should be given to friends or via contests.
Breedings are not customs I wont change how cubs look. I don't except suggestions or hints.
Most of my slots are not first-come, first-serve. I am a fan of flaffle breedings, opening slots for a few days and then rolling winners. Might come up with different ways to decide as I go.
Once your breeding has been confirmed please send your trade. Keep in mind that I wont except the trade right away. Once I except your trade check back here because your cubs should be in the delivery post.
All owners need to approve the breeding. Just drop by and say you approve, this includes co-owners.
Don't forget to drop off cert information. Once you've decided who gets which cub stop in and let me know. If not all the cubs from a breeding are certed then non of them will grow.

Breeding Information Normal Breedings
A normal breeding consists of one male and one female
Both lions must be adults in order to breed. The only exception for this is where a colorists creates an adult lion on lines of a different stage
Normal lions can only breed three times a month
Lions must not be related, incest in Pride Lands isn't allowed, sorry
Like stated above, a normal breeding with required role plays will result in three to possibly four cubs, while normal breedings without role plays will result in two, rarely three
Normal and rare coupling will have the same cubs results as a normal and normal coupling (depending on role play)
The colorists does not determine the gender of your cubs or how many you get, the dice does. Although sometimes we may add an extra cub or tweak the genders if inspired.
A normal breeding costs 10k, which is 5k per owner (You may send separate trades or one trade together.)
As stated in the rules, same sex breedings require an donor in order to have cubs. If you're having two males breed, then you need a female; if you are having two females breed, then you need a male
Donors can either be from you or your lion's mate's owners, or a completely different outside source. However, approval from the owner must be posted here in this thread in order for me to give the okay
To ensure that your couple's cubs have their genes, there is a certain process taken (more detailed if you really want to know). For a female x female breeding, egg slicing will occur so the cubs will have both females' DNA. For male x male breeding, the egg will be fertilized by both males' sperm so both their DNA is within the litter. Keep in mind, however, that the donors genes will also be apparent within the cubs (markings or colors)
Approval is needed from all owners and the breeding price is still the same (10k)
Rare Breedings
Rare x Rare pairs may not claim a breeding slot unless stated otherwise
Rare x Rare pairs may get a slot through special events, raffles, or auctions
Rares can only breed once every two months (per person, not per lion)
A rare breeding costs 20k - this includes a rare and normal coupling!
Rare breedings will result in two cubs, but if role played, there's a rare chance they'll get three
Cosplays can only breed once a month
A cosplay breeding costs 20k unless it is a low edit then 15k
Both lions must be of adult age to breed RP Required Slots
In recent events, the staff of pride lands has decided to implement role play required breeding slots to minimize the frequency of OOC breedings
Role play required slots will always result in three cubs, with a slight chance at getting a fourth!
These slots require a minimum of three role plays that involve both of your breeding lions. I would like these to be well thought out plots and RPs. Feel free to discuss anything with me.
I will NOT be excepting raw AIM (or other online communications) as counting as an RPs. If you have aim RPs please re-post them in the RP forum and beef them up. Why do I say beef them up. if 90% of your posts are one sentence long they need a little work. It should be at least 75% of the posts are a paragraph 3-4 (or more) sentences long and the other 25% shorter responses.
I will NOT except an RP with adult content, or large blocks chopped out to make it PG. I consider this to be non appropriate for on gaia and, not to say I'm against Fanfics cause I'm totally not, I don't want to encourage them either. If you can't post it in the forums don't send it to me as an RP.
I'm testing this but from now until I lift this I will not do a breeding for a cosplay couple unless they can prove RP requirements. I'm starting to feel like people are breeding them more and more for heavily edited cubs that look similar to the cosplays rather then for RP plots.
I hold the right to decide RP's are not complete enough to give a couple the right to an RP slot. If I say no to one and it's after OCC slots are filled it means you wont be able to get a slot this time around. Please for this reason choose carefully which slot your going for
At least one of the RPs need to prove that there is an effective connection between the breeding pair that could result into cubs, while the rest of the role plays are to prove that they are role played. Non RP Slots
I don't want all of my slots or breedings to be RP required and I don't discourage OOC breedings. Just please no cub hording, share the joy.
These slots will always result in two cubs, with a very slight chance at a third.
A fourth cub will never be rolled for (unless you have enough RP's and enter for an RP slot)
These sots do not require any role plays between your breeding pair. I will not turn you down because it is an OOC breeding, unless it is a cosplay breeding.
If you acquire a non-role play required slot, but have the required role plays, you will still only get the 2, possibly 3 cubs. We will not bend the rules, sorry.
If you have a cosplay and you get one of these slots, which you can, you still have to provide the three well thought out RP's

Twins - Would you like the possibility of identical or fraternal twins. Twins will have small differences of at least 15%.
Throw Backs - Genetics from previous family members are taken into account. There is a small chance that if a family member was a rare breed one of the children might be, dice will be used to decide. If the lions are first generations and you put yes to throw backs random traits may appear.

About my coloring: I use a shadow template that is soft shaded. I love patterns and colors inspired from nature and tribal tattoos. I do edits but prefer to do just genetic changes on cubs through teens leaving major clothing to adults. When I first started coloring I did all coloring with a mouse, then later a laptop mouse pad but now I use my tablet. Although I know how to use CS, good old fashion Photoshop 6 does the job (and it was free). Below is a little info on what the dice means when I start rolling.Quote: one 6 sided dice
6 = Max number of cubs (3 for OOC breedings and 4 for RP breedings)
1-5 = Minimal number of cubs (2 for OOC breedings and 3 for RP breedings)
(Of which only two cubs can be rares in rare breedings and gives more odds to less cubs)
hyena, familiar and cheetah breedings will be slightly different
one 4 sided dice
1=All girls (cause girls are number 1)
2=More girls then boys (Unless its even then its the same amount)
3=More boys then girls (Unless its even then its the same amount)
4=All boys
(Genders are less set in stone, might get inspiration as I'm coloring and change it.)
