Name: Breuddwyd Ffynnon Caffal - Breu
Age: around 30
Occupation: Tracker/Hunter

Appearance -

Townsfolk would likely find his appearance off putting, dirty and mended clothes that are faded in color, leathers that are scraped and abused, pelts and feathers patched together over earthy colored clothes so that he’ll blend into his surroundings. His hair is a dark auburn that, while in even light shade seems earthy with a hint of cedar, but a high bright sun makes it seem more like fire or blood. Shaggy and tousled he keeps some of it back with a leather tie but enough is free to frame his face to give him a wild look like a hunted animal, or a hunting animal depending on whom you ask.

He is calm, and quiet in his nature which makes him seem perhaps a little less civilized, a little more like some creature of even a changeling, pale grey eyes like stone that only seem to warm when he breaks into the occasional smile. A scar runs over his face, a shallow cut that looks to have been a dagger but he seems disinclined to speak of it.

Personality -

Breu is known for his even temper, he’s as hard to move as an old tree, deep rooted in his calm. He might laugh at the wrong times, at the wrong things, but he’s not likely to act out of anger or irritation. He’s of a mind that keeping a level head helps him in all the areas of his life.

He’s not one to rush to a decision if he doesn’t have to, but that won’t keep him from making a split second decision if he needs to.

He likes to try and keep other people from charging headlong into things as well, but if they do not listen, he may be willing to help clean up any resulting mess if he’s on good terms with them. The best example of this is his relationship with Laoise, whose tendency is to leap head first into life.

Skills –
A tracker and hunter by trade and perhaps nature he prefers the woods to any town or city. He is by nature a Hedge witch, if he realizes that his power is in any way unnatural he has never spoken of it - His talent lies in tracking men or beasts, while not infallible by any means his innate skill makes him highly desirable for tracking down either people, or pelts.

To Hunt he uses a long bow, where she prefers to hunt in the trees he is more often found on the ground, following his prey where ever their trail leads. He can set many low standing traps, build shelters, and make a fire should ne need.

While he is uncomfortable in the city he can navigate it fairly well if he must, though the close buildings and lack of trees leave him more or less sullen and distracted.

History –

His connection with Laoise is a blessing for them both, while he helps her in the more diplomatic areas of her life, she brings an energy to his, a true edge of something ‘wild’ that he would never dream of tying down. This is part of why, though they are involved on so many levels he has not asked her hand, when pressed he’d be likely to say it would be too much like trying to cage wind or weather.

His family, much like him is, or was quiet and self sufficient, it wasn’t until a fire burned down his family home that he truly found his way into Laoise’s life. She is all the family he has left, and he would say perhaps that it is all the family he needs.
