ATTIRE
▷Being a working man of middle class, Jan dresses in rather simple clothes that are comfortable to him. He wears a pair of trousers dyed in bole that is styled in a fall front manner with three buttons on each side. He also wears a white shirt that shows a bit of elegance with the lace detail around the cuff and a white lace cravat tied around the shirt's collar. Over his shirt when Jan goes out into the day, he dons a cranberry colour tail coat over his shirt and wears a pair of black leather boots.
PERSONALITY
▷Janais is the average hardworking man who has to do a lot to earn enough money to live each day. He's nice, friendly and kind, although often times he stays way from people. He puts up a cold, distant shield up to keep others away from him if they try to get close. Each person who has been close to him in the past, Jan has only ended up hurt, upset, and abandoned. So rather than getting attached to someone, he would instead keep to himself. A curse he has though is that when he finds someone he truly wants to help and even get to know, he completely loses all sense of how he once was with people just to try and get to know them. Especially when he sees that they are in need of trouble. If he cares deeply enough, he will do absolutely anything he can in order to help them. As a child he had once stolen a lord's fortune in order to help out his own family, only to have been caught and severely punished for committing such an act. Still, to this day, he does not regret helping them, he only regrets getting caught. Jan thinks about that quite a lot and it causes him to get angry with himself, becoming very hateful towards himself which often times he does end up taking out his anger on other people. It's part of why he also puts distance between himself and other people. He doesn't want to risk causing them any pain or hurting them.
