It was sad to say that Barsaat was once again alone. He had come to grow use to it, but it wasn't something he liked. He was rolling in some grass while thinking upon the others he had met. Mostly leopards, he had noticed. Not that it mattered, he tried to make friends with anyone. Yet, somehow they always seemed to disappear. Or maybe, just leave him behind. He decided not to dwell too much upon it. The day was quite lovely, and he was enjoying his little "bath" in the grass.

It was almost evening, he could tell while looking up at the sky. Rolling over onto his belly, he started to chomp at the grass. It wasn't very good, but it was something of a habit. He wasn't hungry, but it was moving... All his mind could think when the wind passed was that he must attack it or bite at it. Silly thing, grass. It was far more amusing when it brought out bugs that fluttered around him. He liked chasing them most.

Today, however, not even a butterfly could interest him into moving. He longed for something, but wasn't sure. Perhaps a friend to play tag with, or someone to go on an adventure with. It was no fun playing by yourself all the time, after all. Sometimes you needed that extra laughter, or someone to just tell jokes to. He smiled and flopped back on his side, and quickly going back to rolling. Even the moving grass didn't keep his attention for long.
