Toño(Patriarch | Lovemated to Isabella, Boushra, and Batale)
If he considers himself anything, Toño considers himself blessed: He was born with a quick wit, has a job that gives him plenty of little luxuries and respect, a best friend in the soquili he found himself bonded to, he's got three lovely 'princesses' who have chosen together to take him as their mate, and now he has four lovely children that he can dote over.
Though Toño wasn't always so blessed. His old fashioned herd was in the fashion of one male and 'his' females, where women were property and males were not allowed to join. Toño however was able to be given an education by his mother and, when it became time to either leave or fight for command of the herd, he fought to give the does their freedom and the chance for their own sons to stay when they became of age. However, the young pronghorn was still in the time between adulthood and fawnhood, inexperienced and not really having the heart for combat, and was easily defeated and chased from his herd, his leg injured by the activity.
Limping away to lick his wounds, the young buck nearly lost his life to a feral coyote when Fallo chased it away, rescuing the spirit touched pronghorn, and continued to protect him as he recovered. The two became fast friends and during the time a bond formed between the two.
Now Toño acts as something of Fallo's right hand man, running messages and orders for the wind, and acts as his voice when the soquili is not around, just as much an equal as any Soquili within the group.
Isabella(Co-Matriarch | Lovemated to Tono)
Isabella is the middle child of the chief of her old herd, which had found a small wealth of rare shrubs who's waxy sap was made into the most exotic of perfumes and incenses. She and her two dearest friends (With whom they had promised to always stay together) met Tono during a trade agreement with Fallo, the Soquili setting up a temporary exclusivity contract with the Pronghorns that would prevent them from being swindled, as well as setting up a team of guards to protect the pronghorn herd, which was being raided regularly by bandits and swindled by more unscrupulous traders, giving them the chance to become a thriving business enough to be able to afford their own guards that could protect their territory from the much larger soquili.
The regular visits during this time eventually lead to the two to fall in love. However there was two little kinks -- her friends, the twins, had also developed a severe crush on him, and their parents would refuse to let them leave with them, not wanting them to leave home without a mate.
The four decided the best course of action was simple, and indeed a common practice in some pronghorn herds: all three does lovemated the buck. Thankfully for them, the chief of their herd let his princess do as she pleased, and considered Tono's rank and standing in the Traders to be 'close enough' to royalty to count: he was, after all, wealthy enough that his middle daughter would never want for anything.
Boushra & Batale(Co-Matriarchs | "The Twins" | Lovemates of Tono)
The twins grew up with Isabella, being her playmates and servants from a young age. They were her closest friends, and the 'princess' of the chief. The three does are incredibly close even to the day, and share everything. And, for their petite sizes, even for a pronghorn, the two can be rather commanding and strong willed....
Which someday's mean leave Tono a bit 'whipped'.
Iqbal (Son of Isabella and Tono)
A seeker of knowledge in many ways, he knows he is very fortunate to be a part of the family he is a part of and he works hard within the Amachi Family herd. he is unsure of what profession to take on himself just yet, but it content to learn the ways of business from his father and other members from the business. He is also interested in wandering the dessert and is possibly looking to go on some runs or even provide some extra help stock guarding. He's pretty fast, so could be useful in a small scrap or even if he had to run to find help.
Meissa (Daughter of Isabella and Tono)
Meissa skill lies in memorizing every little numbers of what is in store, what and how much is traveling where, and who has gotten what and etc. She is rather excellent in doing numbers in her head and very particular in making sure she never makes a mistake. She is very organized however she can be rather a little hard to deal with because she is so set on making sure everything is so perfect and nothing is wrong and tends to take her job rather seriously. Work is work, and its hard to convince her to just take a moment and relax and just day dream a little or just act silly.
Fausto (Son of Isabella and Tono)
Fausto has always seemed to be on the right side of luck. He feels he's been blessed to be in such a loving family. He loved to explore the surrounding desert, though he doesn't stray too far, and occasionally brings back things he finds interesting. Sometime these items turn out to be of worth. Even though he seems to be charmed, he doesn't go looking for trouble. He stays with in view of the herd, and tries to be cautious about what he brings back. His rule of hoof is, if it sparkles it's okay to bring back.
Fausto is encouraged by his father and godfather's friendship, and is eager to find a soquili that he can explore with that will go with him further into the sands.
Amalia (Daughter of Isabella and Tono)
Amalia is a hardworker and a people pleaser. She wants whats best for everyone and will try to fill in where it's needed. She doesn't really know what she wants for herself so she just kind of does what others want. Because of this she's not really expertly skilled in anyone thing but can do the basics of many things from being a runner, different types of crafting, to even preforming.
She doesn't like to be alone and will avoid it at all costs if she can. She is very devoted to her family and those close to her and has a loyalty to the Amachi clan because of their kindness to her father. She tends to generalize everyone as good and well intentioned.
Fallo Amachi(Godfather of the fawns | Spiritbonded to Toño)
Fallo Amachi is Toño's bonded soquili, the two having found each other when the Pronghorn was still just a young buck sent away from herd by his Old Fashioned Father and the Soquili was only just starting up the traders with his (now deceased) lifemate, and helping the Pronghorn with an injured leg that could have easily resulted in his predation.. Years later, the Soquili is now the Godfather of the Toño and Isabella's foals and head of one of the most successful trading empires in the badlands and desert, bringing things from all over the kawani lands and making friends with producers that many herds take for granted. The Family of Pronghorns are very close and the fawns would be treated very much like nieces/nephews to the wind.
