Walking rather quickly, Mei-li was feeling rather frantic as she wandered around. She's say that she was in a hurry to get somewhere, but she didn't even know where she was going. She was on the hunt, but instead of looking for some kind of prey, she was looking for her father.
It wasn't odd that they wouldn't see each other for a few days; mostly because Mei was the primary caretaker of her father, and hunting would sometimes keep her away. But he had always been in the same spot when she returned, grinning stupidly and rambling about something nonsensical. This last time, though, there was no sign of him. Most other adult children wouldn't even care about whether their parents roamed off on their own without a word, but Mei's father was a bit....crazy. Though, he must've survived on his own before she was born somehow. But for now, she was just a bit desperate to find him. She at least wanted to know that he hadn't been killed by some leopard or something.
Eyes moving around quickly, she could see that the prime of the day had already passed. She was a little nervous thinking about the approaching night, but for now she'd just keep looking.
