Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): A orphan since birth and abandonment, he was grabbed and brutally trained by crime elements to become a killer. Every day he was told he was nothing, a absence of existence, a waste of space. He wanted to prove them wrong. Hei began to kill more uniquely, but he needed to be stronger, it came to the point that perfection became his obsession, every contingency of every second was planned for his moves, but that wasn't enough for him either. He began to consume the souls of his kill for the powers he served. And by the time they became aware that he was taking their souls, Hei was already a kishin.
He killed them too, in the end.
Hei had become devoid of emotion, seeking perfection in the trace less art of his kills, and everything he pursued, nothing held significance to him until it came to one day.

+ Inner wall: Hei's madness has walled in his emotions into his soul, nothing can affect him in terms of fear or madness or sentiment over a past mistake again.
+ Shock wave soul: His soul is a static ever shocking and absorbing wavelength, on contact and a little distance he can shock a person until their body bursts into ashes, and upon release, the soul is automatically removed, leaving nothing.
+ Soul line: Hei's soul wavelength can also be condensed into a black wire that never snaps, and can produce the same body disintegrating shock.
+ Static charge: Hei has the ability to induce a charge into any type of metal including the metal that makes up soul weapons, and have it put to a timed release that he chooses, requires five seconds to charge. The explosions or charge don't effect a soul weapon's quality or health, but definitely the wielder.
+ Shadow cover: Hei has eaten enough witch souls that he has been able to create his own "Soul Protect" which clouds his Kishin nature, making it significantly harder to detect, though not completely, requires a sensory built meister or weapon.
+ Black Swiftness: Hei has formatted his own lethal style of killing that is fluid, effortless, quick, and leaves nothing behind. Known to clear entire skyscrapers. A style that had given him the title "Black Reaper" in his previous life.
Personality: A husk of a man, believes in flawless execution and shares interests in no one else. Its impossible to relate to him because he is always wrapped in situations as they unfold in endless variable unfolding calculations.
