Personality:
Biography: Laxus grew up as a tool for his district. He was told from a young age that his only use was to help provide power for the district using his power. He had built up a lot of anger towards the capital that made his own neighbors look down on him. When he was chosen for the hunger games he figured he'd get to let out some steam in the arena and hopefully get killed. In the end due to a freak storm that was caused by a malfunction he went on a rampage and killed all the other tributes. He didn't realize all the psychological problems that would happen after words. He had taken to drinking and refuses to fight or use his power any more.
