So this is Ixton.
The fearless leader 
Playful, outgoing, and loving, Ixton is definitely an enjoyable presence to have around... to most. Of course many can find his optimistic attitude perhaps a bit annoying, but hey! can't please everyone! The buck just loves life! Along with that, he very much enjoys company. Prone to exploring, due to having a high level of curiosity, the fawns found quite a few of his own fellow youngsters on his escapades! Though all of them have been alone... and he himself had always been bounding about on his own.. this got him thinking. Why should everyone be so spread apart? Why should everyone be alone? delighted with those that he'd met, Ixton decided that there should be some sort of union, a joining of youth. Because after all, it was more fun to stick together, than to be alone, right?
And so he decided to make a herd of his own. The Budding Sprouts. Perhaps not the most original title, but sprouts were cute, and they were younglings just like him!

Ranking system: Everyone is an equal in the Budding Sprouts. No one is lesser than anyone else, ever! But there are roles that can be obtained, should a member desire a duty to contribute more to the herd.
Sprouts | Members: All members are Sprouts! simple enough, eh?
Stalk | Leader: this is of course reserved for only one individual. They make the final decisions, and rules for the herd, and also lead the group to various area's in the Dreaming for either better food, or just to see new parts that have yet to be explored!
Roots | Gatherer: They collect yummy food for the herd! Though food will go bad after awhile, they have the honor of finding the best berries, and nuts, and grasses, to bring back to the others as well as to take note of the locations for further harvesting! Gatherer's can also find things that might be useful to the herd.

Soil | Crafter: Sort of like inventors! They find out ways to better obtain things such as food, or how to get across large streams. Those who have good idea's, and like to solve puzzles typically take this sort of role, but it's also open to those with big dreams and an active imagination. { no limit to who can have this role. }
More roles can be added, should there be one that is desired by someone in the herd. Simply talk to Ixton about it!

Rules:
✘ All younglings are welcome { those who are yearlings and fawns alike. } but those of mean spirited natures will be watched closely, and how they effect the herd. If they become a threat, hurt anyone {physically or mentally},or are bad influence, they will get kicked out.
✘Typically adults are not permitted, if that wasn't obvious enough. But there are rare exceptions... should there be an adult that seems to be rather reserved, timid, or weak in nature, even unable to really function socially, they may be adopted in, in a way of healing. Ixton isn't able to turn away someone in need, thus if he see's an adult that is in need of a warm environment he very well may invite them in. This also extends to adults who seem to have the spirit of a fawn/yearling, and just fit right in, without trying to overthrow the leader, or take over the herd. But the decision won't be final until it is discussed with the members in the Budding Sprouts, and the adult will be observed for awhile before they rise to a conclusion.
Should a fawn or yearling other than Ixton come across an adult like this, they are to report it straight away to him, if they feel that the adult should join.
