Marcus was more or less, wondering how the hell did a sun hunter manage that much destruction. Not only did they manage to completely send some kind of green yellow goop all over one wall, but the other two were pretty much full of tiny holes from various debris. Cabinets had been flung open, things crashed and dashed over shelves- As Marcus stood in the entry, he wondered why. Why did they even let sun hunters near the labs?
He’d never understand. Still, he was on call and this was the call he’d been sent on. A sigh, a roll of his eyes, and Marcus walked in, took kit in hand. Supplies had been delivered, and now it was up to him to get the repair work done. He’d been told someone else would be joining him but if they were a sun sent to help? Hahah. No. They could apologize in a letter thank you.

Marcus got no Sun, but a Life trainee that had gotten the short end of the stick and was sent on cleanup. Usually Melvin was okay with cleanup, but he was told this was a very messy one, and he sighed as he got the mop and rolling bucket along with another bucket that had cleaning supplies, gloves, and and sponges. This was going to be another long day.
When he came in, feeling very much like a janitor, he looked to see that someone else was working on the walls. Considering he wasn't here to do repairs, he was glad someone was on it. "Stuck with cleanup too?" He said, more to make conversation than needing an answer. He moved the mop to rest on a counter and cringed as he saw the mess. "Janice really needs to find other ways to do research." He grumbled.

The voice had Marcus's head craning over to look at who it was. "Oh hey! You're uh-" He shrugged. "You're the guy who tried to do that thanksgiving dinner." He smiled a bit at the memory. "It was a good effort, but, well, you saw what happens when you get all of us together." Grabbing a pair of pliers, Marcus pulled at the assorted 'shrapnel' lodged into the wall. "Less clean so much as repair. Its kind of the same but not? Eh, all I know is that sun hunters need to stay out of the labs. I'm Marcus, don't think we've been properly introduced."

"Melvin Wood. I don't think I did meet you properly." He said, taking off the large rubber gloves to then shake his hand, only to show he was wearing soft, black gloves underneeth the ones he took off.
"Yeah, I think they tend to bribe a few Suns here and there to test things out because they think they're more durable, but they're not exactly gentle. We don't get too many volunteers here though." He said, looking over at the splatter on the wall. "At least I didn't hear them going to the Infirmary, but who knows." That was again a Life problem for those who had to attend to them.
"I'll get the cleaning done if you fix the holes. I think this stuff might cause you to grow more arms if you're not careful." Again, why he had gloves.
Also, to be on the safe side, he took off his nice sweater and his jacket and set it down on the few clean places in the room. He'd rather not get what clothing he had ruined. He was starting to get why so many people had so little in their wardrobe.

"Marcus Hasan." The double gloves got a look but hey, wasn't his business. A small squeeze, Marcus let go and motioned to the wall. "Problem is that suns dont always think about the fact aside from being meat blocks, they're heavy hitters. I helped to rebuild this place once. Not wanting another Allenexplosion." Because that was indeed, a thing. He did look at the goo, then to the gloves, putting them on and scowling. "One day they need to make these fitted better so it's easier to work with." Going over to the wall of holes, pliers in hand, Marcus shoved them in pulling out- "...............a tooth." Comforting.
