I'm never going to buy something from Gohastings ever again, their customer service suuuuuuuuuucks. Even cancelling my order took way longer than it should have.

Anyone else ever make the mistake of buying something from GoHastings off amazon?

I only stick to 95% + positive ratings and products with included condition descriptions for anything that isn't supplied by Amazon itself. I am sure cancelling is pretty annoying. ;/ sorry you had to experience more bad customer service.

Whack part is, they've got a 96% positive rating and 4.8 stars! But if you pull up reviews away from amazon they've got almost nothing but bad reviews.

They lure you in with their low prices. emotion_donotwant
