Bella was in her bat form in the rafters watching her master and his friends. They knew of her bat form but not of her human form. Then she flapped her wings as she came down and landed on Austin's shoulder before she chirped a little bit and watched them like a bat would. His friends had not seen her during their visit this time, so they were surprised she wasn't outside. But it was cold and snowy out there so she was happy to stay inside. Bella then tried to get to a blanket that was on the arm of the couch wanting to snuggle with it. She could be childish at times but it was only to make Austin smile. But it was cute. She then looked at his friends and hopped over to one of them who was scared of her.

Austin was chatting loosely with his friends as they drank soda and exchanged news of the last couple of days. The young man knew his slave, bella, was probably watching nearby, but hadn't thought she'd actually come and join them. He chuckled when she came and sat on his shoulder, "Hello, Bella." he said, sipping his soda as his friends blinked in surprise at the bat on their friends shoulder. he waved their stares off, "Relax, she doesn't bite....hard..." he said jokingly. Each of the guys scooted back nervously and Austin laughed, "She doesn't bit, she doesn't bit, I was kidding!" he said, shaking his head. "Geeze, settle down, she's not dangerous unless you provoke her." he leaned back into his couch, crossing one of his legs over the other. he smiled, watching Bella trying to snuggle under a blanket, then he chuckled as he scared his friend, who yelped and toppled off his chair in freight.

Bella then flapped her wings and flew back over to Austin before she nuzzled his cheek. Then she saw the soda and tried to get at it. His friends were in aw as she reached for the soda. "Dude She drinks soda too? That's one smart bat." One friend said and she squeaked at them saying "Thank you."Then she climbed onto the back of the couch and back onto Austin's shoulder. "Yea Right. From what I hear, bats drink blood not soda." The friend that fell out of his chair said and Bella hopped over to him and squeaked at him saying "I want your blood." In a joking way. He yelped again and hid behind another one of the friends. Bella almost looked like she rolled her eyes when he did that. Bella might have been part Vampire but she never took any blood, well she did every once in a while but it wasn't much. Other than that, she mainly ate the same things as Austin.

He went back into the kitchen, grabbing himself a fresh soda, grabbed a second for Bella and came back into the living room. "Bella, I got you your own soda." he said, waiting for her to come back over to him.

Bella then flew over to Austin, Then she grabbed the small can, used her claws to open it, and took a sip. SHe was always hyper after she drank soda but as long as she didn't hurt herself or anyone around her, she knew Austin didn't mind. But for now she would stay on his shoulder until the sugar would kick in.

Austin let Bella take the soda, knowing it would make her hyper, but not minding really; she was funny when she was hyper. He opened his own soda and took a sip, returning to their earlier conversation. He laughed at his still scared friend, grinning slightly.

Bella then started to get hyper. She was about half way done with her soda when this happened. SHe then flew around and did flips before she crashed itno Austin's head and started to play with his hair. His friends were laughing except for the scaredy cat one. "Dude I swear she must really love you. She hasn't come near anyone since D.J. fell out of his chair." Alex said and laughed as she fell off of Austin's head and flopped on the couch having a sugar rush. SHe was screeching up a storm trying to say "More Sugar!"

Austin watched as Bella got hyper, smiling and chuckling as she did flips. He lifted his soda to take a sip, jumping when he felt her crash into his head. He laughed and let her play with his hair, smiling at Alex, "Hm, I think it might be brotherly love, though." he said, shrugging slightly. He looked down at her as she flopped on his couch and shook his head, slowly, knowing she wanted more sugar, knowing if he gave her anymore, she'd literally be bouncing off the walls. If he gave her soda, he limited her to one, knowing what sugar did to her. "Don't give her anymore sugar, she'll be bouncing off all the walls if you did." he said, smiling at them in warning.

A little later, Bella had crashed and was asleep on Austin's shoulder. She was so cute when she slept like this. HIs friend's had left and she was out cold. SHe was worn out and wasn't about to wake up for anything.

Austin pet Bella as she slept on his shoulder, saying goodbye to his friends and closing his door. he set Bella on the couch and let her sleep as he cleaned up, then, when he was done, he picked her up again and carried her upstairs to his room. He put her down in her bed and went to take a shower before he went to bed. he was soon curled up under his blankets and asleep, listening to the radio as he slept.

The next morning, Bella was up early as always. She was making breakfast and was smiling. SHe was making something she knew Austin loved. She was making pumpkin spice waffles, which were really good the way she made them.

Austin slept in for a little bit, but as soon as he smelled the pumpkin spice waffles, he sat upright in bed, his nostrils flaring. He got up and got dressed before he went downstairs, "Is that my favorite breakfast I smell?" he called teasingly as he came into the kitchen, smiling.
