Hi, my name is Night Yamamoto

I'm a male.

I'm 14 years old.

My birthday is September 1st.

My dream job is unknown yet.

My blood status is pureblood.

This is my fourth year here at Hogwarts.

The house I'm in is Ravenclaw.

I'm interested in girls.

I'm currently with no one.

People say that, in a nutshell, I'm slightly odd. I don't get it though, because I consider myself fairly level-headed. I think things through, since I like to use my brain instead of relying on intuition. I obey the rules on a whim, since I believe that they exist to provide order and safety in a community. I have a serious composure, and like to see things from two different perspectives, if not more. I believe that magic and martial arts should be used to protect, rather than harm others. A high defensive stance and an alert mind can never go wrong from my experience.

However, even if I'm described as a "party pooper", I like a good laugh. I am loyal to my friends and I enjoy spending time with them. I like making jokes, even though I may not be funny. Socializing is a part of who I am, even if I may be awkward at times.

My background story is I'm the older son of two Japanese pureblood wizards, though I was born in Ireland because they decided to suddenly leave Japan for the British Isles. I found it odd, but I wasn't born when they decided, so I didn't have a say in anything.

I was around three years old when I first showed signs of magical talent. Basically, I accidentally set fire to my bed because I refused to go to sleep that night. My parents, of course, had a mixed feeling between anger that I would destroy furniture and happiness that I had powers. Well, why wouldn't I? The next thing I knew though, I was being told that I shouldn't use magic for destruction, but rather, for protection. Typical Japanese beliefs. Of course, I obeyed. I soon forgot that conversation, until I received my acceptance letter to Hogwarts, when it suddenly hit me like a stray bludger. To go to Hogwarts is my joy, but to learn magic, in addition to my kendo training, I shall protect.

First Year
I stink at potions. Period.

Second Year
I still stink at potions.

Third Year
Nothing really changed.

I enjoy puzzles, knowledgeable conversations, drinking tea, rules, and watching the world burn. Just kidding. I like a good laugh.

I despise recklessness, stupidity, bullies, being forced into things, and people who laugh at everything. I hate not being able to solve problems within a certain time frame I deem appropriate.

I'm afraid of losing sight of everything.

My strengths are my organizational skills and mathematics.

My flaw is being the "party pooper".
