Adessi had very much liked dancing and talking with Sharma at the ball, and so she'd invited him for a playdate. Thankfully she had gotten Enosio to agree to allow him to come over, otherwise she would have had to go through the awkward process of inviting him to play somewhere that wasn't her house. Well, she supposed that actually wasn't very awkward, but she had been pretty certain she had invited him over to her home... Lately it was getting hard for her to remember details of things, which she found quite upsetting. Not to mention her blackout a week earlier, and the strange voice that whispered in her head. She tried to ignore those things, and focused simply on Sharma coming over.

When the day finally arrived, she shooed Enosio off to work, insisting she and Zahur would be fine by themselves while Sharma was over. Zahur just played in his room anyway, and it wasn't like she and Sharma were going to go into town by themselves or anything...

Adessi sighed as she set the last pillow on the couch back into place. She wanted to make sure that everything was nice and clean, she wanted to make a good impression. It was bad enough that the house looked like a dump from the outside, she was certain that if the inside looked spotless it would make up for the utter obviousness of their poor financial state. Then again, she was barely dressed to be out in the winter weather. She was wearing a light dress, some thin leggings, and a light jacket over it all. At least she had some boots.
