This is a friendly sparring/training match between Tsuki Shuryo (Hokage) and Sumiko Yakichi (Konoha Genin).
Rules:
- *Limit Break* All combatants may use any rank of jutsu nature they are allowed to use. (If you can use medical jutsu or any elemental jutsu, you can use all ranks up to S)
- *Max Stats* All combatants have kage level strength and speed.
- *Chakra Boost* Sumiko's Chakra Maxed to a Kage's Chakra Pool + Kage Level chakra bonuses from Chakra Control Specialty
- Have Fun!

  Tsuki appeared at the field with a blur of motion tracing behind his swift yet graceful arrival. He stood tall, wearing a standard black swordsman's robe with his katana at his waist and gentle ocean blue eyes scanning the area as he gave a slight pout with his lips. The breeze rustled through his hair and clothing as the branches and leaves of the trees lightly shook around him. It was quite a calm surrounding, something he deeply appreciated. The shinobi standing alone in the training fields was just a young man at the age of 19, yet his skills had proven him worthy of becoming the first Hokage of the new age. He had much on his mind about the Eternal War. Tsuki's curiosity towards the subject had no end and it could be said that this drive was the reason he was able to achieve such an envied title as Hokage. The man settled himself and waited on the soon to be battle field, looking forward to meeting his opponent as a smile sprung across his expression to reflect his excitement. Looking up to the flowing clouds in the sunny daylight sky and listening to the constant chirping of the birds hidden within the trees he spoke quietely to himself, "It's such a beautiful day.."

 Sumiko Yakichi
[Genin][Chakra:110][Medical Nin/Chakra Control][Konoha] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sumiko arrived to the battlefield with a gentle smirk upon her features. As she stepped into the open plain where her opponent was waiting a breeze picked up, billowing at her orange hair, causing it to dance around her. Her teal orbs met those of the Hokage. To say she was smiling with her eyes was a understatement. She was smiling with her entire being. It was always a pleasure to train with someone of such renown but the Hokage held a special place in her heart. Now was her chance to show him the result of her training. Sumiko raised her hands to wave at the man across from her, before running to him.
"Well I hope your prepared for a challenge handsome. Cause I'm gonna give you a run for your money,I promise you that." Sumiko stated playfully before sending a wink his way. "So what are the rules for this little exercise? One of them is being allowed to touch where ever we please, right?" The orange haired girl had no shame in her flirtation, but hey, what was the harm in a little fun?

A gentle smile was all that would come across Tsuki's expression as Sumiko entered the field and did her usual, flirty and cute kunoichi routine. His blue eyes scanned the girl's figure carefully to analyze any equipment she may have been carrying. He didn't mean for his gaze to linger for a little longer than expected, but Sumiko wasn't exactly the most hideous shinobi he'd ever seen. The attractive kunoichis were always the most dangerous kind in his opinion. "That's real charming of you, Sumi. How about if I win, you take me out to Ichiraku Ramen and buy me dinner..and If I lose, you could do whatever you like. Such a shame I'm going to win though.", Tsuki responded to return the playful nature shown by Sumiko. He may have been Hokage, but he was still young. Smirking playfully he closed his eyes and then abruptly sprung his eyelids open to reveal the three tomoed sharingan of his. Getting into a fighting stance, he looked at Sumiko and beckoned to her with his right hand with a gesture that most accurately signaled for her to "come at him".

[Genin][Chakra:275/310][Medical Nin/Chakra Control][Konoha] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sumiko bit her bottom lip as the Hokage flirted back to her. If they weren't in a public area, Sumi would have been all over him like white on rice. But she needed to keep a sense of composure about her, as she would be fighting him for a prize worth more than the win. Pushing her bangs gently behind her right ear, Sumi smirked. "Whatever I want? Be careful what you wager, tiger." Sumi winked playfully at him before flipping backwards at the sight of his Sharingan activating. She blew him a light kiss before stringing together some hand signs. "Stone rain!" Sumiko raised her hands into the sky, forming droplets of earth that solidified into stone orbs. A wave of her hand caused a volley of stone to fire down at Tsuki. Knowing that the man would have no problem dodging her first attack, she needed to keep her momentum going.
The vixen strung together another set of hand signs quickly as she began dashing towards Tsuki. As she moved towards him, her hands became encased in a dense layer of stone. "I knew this rock fist jutsu would come in handy." Sumiko said as she came closer to Tsuki. The minute he dodged that attack he would be playing right into her hand.

Tsuki's crimson eyes immediately locked onto the girl before she had even begun her assault. The man took note of the raining stone that now came from above his location. He would smirk at this strategy. Taking a defensive stance, Tsuki performed an agile back flip while simultaneously flashing a numerous amount of hand seals before shouting, "Pheonix Flower Jutsu!", and spewing out multiple flames to consume the raining earth and burn the debris to a crisp. Wasting no time at all, his attention quickly shifted to the advancing Sumiko as his sharingan eyes set on her and the young man prepared his chakra for a response to her next move.

[Genin][Chakra:255/310][Medical Nin/Chakra Control][Konoha] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sumiko was not expecting him to utilize a fire jutsu to dissipitate her attack, but no matter. The vixen still had a few tricks up her sleeve. She had to dash faster in order to cover the extra amount of distance Tsuki put between them when he utilized his jutsu. Sumiko leaped gracefully into the air and came back down with her heel extended. "Cherry blossom impact!" Even though the her kick would not meet him directly, the destructive force of her heel drop would be enough to send large amounts of debris flying towards him, plus the ground would be cracking underneath him. The dust left over from the attack may be able to help cloak her next move if it doesn't dissipitate before then.

Tsuki was surprised by her choice of action. Cherry Blossom Impact, huh?, The man thought as he formed a well known hand seal before seeming to be struck by a massive slab of earth. Suddenly the apparent form of the Hokage would poof into a cloud of thick white smoke with a log revealed to have taken the hit in his place as the smoke cleared. Having vanished out of Sumiko's sight and left her in her own dust cloud, the Hokage would appear just above the kunoichi's location and flash a series of hand seals. "Katon: Kakiryuu no Jutsu! [Fire Dragon Technique]", Tsuki shouted before spewing a fiery dragon from his mouth towards the dust cloud covering Sumiko. The technique was said to have enough power that it can rip through trees and buildings in order to reach the intended target. Unfortunately he had turned her dust cloud trick against her, which would have hindered skill of detection even if only in the slightest.

[Genin][Chakra:255/310][Medical Nin/Chakra Control][Konoha] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Kage was more resourceful than the she had anticipated, but no matter. Sumiko was just as quick on her feet. The dust had only cleared a little since her attack, and the Kage had managed to escape. Sumiko relied on her hearing to aid her since her sight was slightly hindered. 'Fwoosh!' She could hear a torrent of flames coming at her as well as the sound of the Hokage's voice. Sumiko pressed down hard on her legs before leaping into the air, just as the fire dragon soared underneath her. While in the air she reached into her pouch, pulling out 6 kunai in the process. Five of the Kunai had tiny pouches connected to them.
Sumiko rapidly tossed the Kunai at the Hokage in a zigzag formation. She didn't really care whether he dodged this attack or not, but she was confident in her kunai formation. With all five of the kunai thrown at the Kage, Sumiko held the last one in her hand as she descended back to the ground with a graceful thud.
