Gereral Rules
1. Please do attempt to impersonate a crew member in any way. This means you may not take on any crew responsibilities or tell other members that or are a unoffical or honorary crew member. This is not allowed and is grounds for immediate expoltion from the guild. Helping other members is incouraged but do not impead the crew from their work
2. Please refrain from any inappropriate language/actions this is not allowed and is any violations are to be determined by the person that has been affected. These offences range from sexual harassment, racial slurs, and swearing.
3. If you find yourself having any problems with any other member of the guild PLEASE contact a crew member for assistance if you can not fix the problem yourselves the guild does not need to suffer in any way because of a members dispute. PLEASE refrain from stating your problems in any forums keep it to private messages, save the messages and present this to a crew member for evaluation.
4. Crew members are not allowed to discuss, mention, or otherwise acknowledge any details of a problem that is currently under discusion. This information is to be dealt with as classified and is not to be spead as rumors or otherwise.
5.Do not post any explicit writings. If the council agrees that what you have posted breaks any of the rules you will be eligible for punishment or immediate removal from the guild.
6. Please do not discourage any suggestions of other members, their ideas, or any work they have done. Constructive criticism is highly encouraged, but demeaning and rude comments or demands will not be tolerated.
7. Please remember to follow all gaia ToS.
8. Any behavior that is detrimental or restricting to the functionality of the guild will be dealt with by Crew. If a majority vote is met that the behavior is unacceptable to the guild, punishment will be enforced.
9. Please keep to only ONE Account(Gaia or character profile) in the Hidden Legion. This is to keep members from over extend themselves and to prevent attempts to win prizes that are not rightfully theirs.
10. By coming to crew with any issue regarding another member please use only unaltered evidencewhen presenting you problem. Please do not edit out parts of a conversations that is to be used as evidence of the offence, submit the entire message either private message or otherwise.
11. Any problems should be taken up with a Crew member, if you request have requested assistance. Remember that the decision of what is to be done is left soley to that crew member an his/her own personal judgment to resolving the problem.
