█║ WHO: Nade & Serkan (musicaloner7), Asad (Chrystali)
█║ WHAT: A simple stroll through the city marketplace has the two meeting up again.
        █║ WHEN: Midday.
█║ WHERE: The middle-class marketplace of Palisade.
        █║ WEATHER: Cold and clear.

The day was simply stunning. There was something breath-taking about the onset of winter; the rich cerulean that faded into the softer robin's egg at the horizon was something the silk-handler could never quite get perfect, though it never troubled him. Asad felt some things were simply too sacred to capture by mortal hands, and he accepted that whole-heartedly.

Smiling to himself as he side-stepped a teen who was too busy keeping his head down to be noted for stealing, he let his golden eyes wander the sprawl of the marketplace -- and not the high end one, no sir, that simply wouldn't do -- full to the brim with the workers, farmers and doers of the city, buying, selling and bartering trade and wares. Asad sighed with contentment; it was a little dirty but who didn't build a fortune off of dirt and sweat? He trusted the wares here to be what they were pandered as, finding that the nobles tended to act like peacocks, flaunting and pandering their goods with a showy shake when in reality, all they had was sad looking tail feathers. Here, at least, he could find a gem or two, and failing any articles to buy, he could learn a great deal of the city itself.

There was a robust mother and her gaggle of children to avoid, Asad even going so far as to 'accidentally' sway his winter robes just so as the children ran through the spread of cloth, shrieking with laughter. He smiled as they ran off with wide eyes, their mother in tow with a surprised but touched smile. Yes, these were the people that responded with their hearts and never their wits. It was refreshing. Sweeping a gloved hand across his brow to brush his lengthening dark hair back - for all the good it did, the dark sash over his head doing little to keep the curl from falling back into place stubbornly - he continued into the thick of things, his charcoal and crimson garb etched in gold thread a touch fancy for where he was, but it kept him warm and kept the tongues wagging when assumptions were made on appearances alone.

For Nade, this was a typical route that she traveled. Often times her garb would vary in status, so as not to be pinpointed too easily, as well as to keep herself elusive... as best as possible. There was always the issue of her clearly exotic appearance, in a land that wasn't her own. Thus she still tended to draw eyes with even great efforts put forth concealing her identity. The market was good for gaining information, meeting up with clients to swap said information, or gathering what was owed for the hit that was made. Since there was always so much going on, it was hard to really notice something shadey going on, and bartering went on nonstop in this part of town. And on the rare occasion, the assassin visited simply for... basic reasons; to buy what was needed.

Today happened to be a mixture of the two. Her trained ears were listening intently to those around her, earth-toned gaze keeping discrete and mostly to herself, only sometimes flickering to a few area's or individuals as if merely glancing. But she was keeping tabs... on those who were currently a target, and on those who had placed a request. She even saw her fellow comrades amongst the herd of humans, but they never acknowledged one another, keeping up their facade of civil citizen strangers. She wore a cloak today, a heavy one, that kept out any sort of chill that might try and n** at her lightly tanned skin. The dress beneath was that of a middle-class woman, dyed a lovely cream shade, with soft peach accents of flowers, and white trim. The dark cover concealed most of it, along with her dirty blonde hair, that was loose, and laying freely along her shoulders, bangs heavy and shielding but one eye, which required the section to be pushed back numerous times. She wore a simple pair of white lace gloves, allowing one of her hands to drift to the handsome stag that followed beside her. Serkan earned a few strokes along his soft neck, keeping him calm in the thriving marketplace. The poor buck wasn't too good at being around large crowds, but could bear it with Nade guiding him, and soothing his nervous nature.

She paused before an old antique's stall, where an older gentleman gave a crooked grin, missing quite a few teeth. Returning a gentle smile of her own, Nade inspected the ware's, Serkan's eyes flickering around, along with his ears, ever so alert to their surroundings and the going-ons. With a nod given to the man, Nade continued on her way, heading for a produce stand that was set up. Something for her darling stag was indeed in order. While she spoke to the woman who was manning the fruits and veggies, plucking up a few for inspection, Serkan kept as close to his chosen as he could, flank flinching when someone brushed against him. But as he turned to look at the individual, he instead stopped and stared at someone entirely different... Asad. Now he'd not met the man... but something had caused him to halt on this particular man. There was a translation between guardian and chosen, which caused Nade to look up from the selected apple in her hand, to follow her guardian's gaze. Spotting Asad, she felt her stomach grip slightly... almost in a means of worry. What... was he doing here...?

He was paused for a moment, just then, exchanging quiet words in his mothertongue to a gentleman who was clearly Iranian but far older. With hands clasped before his face, Asad bowed politely to him, righting himself and watching the man go -- that was, until the man passed a deer. In the middle of the marketplace. Just standing there, staring at him.

His golden gaze was transfixed for a good several heartbeats, subtly wondering if maybe there was something in the air that was making him hallucinate. Why else would there be a buck in the middle of the marketplace? Asad quickly glanced at those that were nearby, noting that some of them were looking to the deer, but none of them seemed as surprised or questioning their sanity as he was in that moment. That told him two things very quickly: one, it was not entirely uncommon of a sight in that point and time, and two, there was more than one to be seen, if that was the case. But why was the majestic creature looking at him? Almost instinctively, Asad smiled to the great beast, but there was a puzzled lilt to it, as if perhaps there was some sort of joke going on that he wasn't privy to.

It was only then he noted a form near the deer also facing him, though the features were obscured; he could only assume from a brief flash of gold spilling from the hood that it was a female. Did the buck belong to her? He was no stranger to talking to women and, with that small bit of confidence, he slowly waded through the flow of traffic and human bodies to slowly approach the beast and his caretaker. Asad stopped with enough respectful distance between himself and the deer that people could easily pass between them. There was a sort of curious awe in his features as he gazed upon the beautiful creature, still so bewildered to see such a stunning specimen in the city itself. Close as he was now, he could see there was something...different about this buck. There was intelligence in those eyes, and awareness that most humans didn't possess. And his caretaker --

-- was someone he knew. In passing, but he'd never forget her face, no matter how she tried to conceal herself or how her hair was styled.

"My lady," he remarked with surprise that was genuine and without implication, "what a...remarkable delight to see you here." Asad was never not mindful of where he was, just then; names were coin, and even he knew better than to speak so much as a tailor's name with familiarity. He couldn't see her clearly, with the distance that there was, but he didn't want to approach too casually with the enormous buck watching him too. Again turning his molten eyes to the great being, his smile softened. "Does the lady belong to you then, friend?"

Large ears were poised forward, listening, pale blue eyes wide for a full view. The communication traveled between guardian and chosen like water pouring from one basin to another... two streams, in motion. Coin was dropped into the produce woman's hand, the woman now looking between Nade and Asad... finding her gaze resting on the handsome gentleman for much longer than appropriate. Mentally, Nade was filing through the personality she had dedicated for him, in her many alias', remaining calm, and composed. It was just a mere run-in, that was all. Still, she was not at all used to being approached..

With the apple paid for, the assassin was able to pay her full attention to the merchant, giving him a polite little nod of her head in greeting, moving just slightly out of the way so other customers could venture to the stall she was just at. Serkan moved with her, as if he were apart of her, not missing a beat or step, keeping close at her side, gaze unable to lift from Asad. "It is a surprise to see you here, good sir." she replied smoothly, in her most articulate tone. She had to mask her accent, something she was quite used to, but... she made sure to do it even more so with this gentleman. He wasn't a fool like most, and held an air about him that was thick with mystery and a good reason to be cautious.

When addressed, Serkan's ears perked with what seemed like surprise, before folding back in a bashful nature. Though he was a large, and beautiful creature, he still held his timidity, and shyness, causing him to bashfully hide behind his chosen, nuzzling to the crook of her neck for comfort. Raising a hand the woman stroked his soft snout to sooth, a light smile gracing her lush lips, "Please forgive him. He is still quite uneasy with others besides myself." the purchased apple was placed onto the center of her palm and raised up in offering to the stag, who sniffed at it, and began to munch on it contently. A fond expression crossed over her features, clearly Serkan's calmed nature having an effect on her. But she soon turned her gaze back to Asad, "What brings you all the way out here? touring the town, perhaps?"

If Asad was aware he was being watched - and he was - he made no gesture or motion to indicate as such. His attention was wholly on the two that moved as one, stepping with them to keep the respectful distance but to be closer to her -- at least, for hearing purposes, so he reasoned. At the reaction of the buck, it was easily confirmed that the creature was indeed extremely intelligent, even seeming to understand him to some degree. Watching the large, proud creature actually try to hide against her neck was far too charming, and with a brief lowering of his head, he could only laugh, heart-warmed and without malice. "Ah," his head lifted a little, eyes momentarily glittering with his good mirth, "but he is blessed, and can afford to be shy when he has one as you to find solace in." Finally straightening himself, he chuckled faintly. "I am almost envious."

Admiring eyes returned to her face, finally able to see her a bit better, earning a smile that was more natural on his features, if not a touch pleased. "Though I must ask -- surprising?" he echoed, tilting his head to the side in polite inquiry. "Out of my element, perhaps?" Asad chuckled, drawing his robes around himself, arms folded over his chest in a guise of relaxation. "Those who believe they belong elsewhere make for stuffy conversationalists. I prefer the honesty of those who have heart to earn what they keep." His smile dimpled for a moment, making his expression very nearly fond. "We all start from somewhere, no?"

But the look on her face as she watched her loyal companion feed, the trust between them -- it was remarkable, and even Asad was having a hard time keeping his expression from being awed like a child discovering the wonders of snow. "If I admitted I was lost, would you be my guide?" he grinned just a moment, no more than a flash of teeth against his dark skin before his expression relaxed into his attentive smile. "Alas, I'm not one to mislead so obviously. I'm simply perusing the wares." If those wares included information and people, well. Who was he to say?

"But you? With this stunning young buck at your side, I am bewitched!" He tilted his head to look at the buck. "Is it too forward of me to ask why you have such a beautiful companion?" Not that he expected an answer from the beast, but he didn't want to disclude the one that had started this auspicious meeting. Quickly glancing to Nade, he playfully cleared his throat, "Apologies. Same question to you, m'lady." Asad's smile dimpled again, repressing a grin and giving the blonde a good-humored wink. His flattery was not so formal and toying, just then; he was simply being himself, a lover of women and fine things, and there was precious little that could be finer than such a stunning buck at the side of an equally stunning lady.

For a moment, a mere moment, she had almost forgotten about the silvertongue this mane was equipped with. One that would have most females swooning and flustered like young girls. If she weren't so skilled on concealing her emotions, a grin would have been cracked from his first attempt. But she kept it undercover, practiced smile intact. "You are too kind." was all she replied with to politely dismiss, leaving it at that; nothing more nothing less, simply acknowledging the effort made.

Serkan kept mostly focused on the apple, making no mess on his chosen's little palm, and not at all disturbing the delicate lace that was spun along her small hand. The core was reached in time, and snapped in two bites, to be chomped and finished. Nimbler fingers curled to rub under the stag's chin in praise, which made him snort quietly, nuzzling to the woman's neck again, those gentle eyes closing. His entire body seemed to suddenly relax, as if Nade were singing a lullaby to lull the beast into a restful state of mind. Only his tail twitched from time to time, but he seemed no longer worried of those around them, nor the man engaging with his partner.
On the other hand... Nade was mildly surprised with Asad's response. So he did hold more to him than just his charms and smiles. There was something more within this man besides gaining the upper hand, and acquiring situations in his favor. Interesting... " To be direct, yes." was Nade's own response, of course lighthearted, and in no way stern. An attempt at jest. "But I do agree with you. It is pleasing to see others have such views." hopefully what he said was true... otherwise that could certainly be code for... other dealings.

He was a clever man, after all, and Nade would not put it past him to have some sort of dark secret that his whole act kept covered with a few thick layers. That was the wonders of masks, they always kept what you didn't want out, depending on which you wore. If anyone understood that, it was Nade. To be his guide... that would earn a laugh, if she'd not been in character.. perhaps even a crooked brow and smirk, but as usual it was not herself she was playing. "There are many fascinating goods to be seen here. Lots of hidden treasures most might never rest their eyes upon, or give the time of day." she idly commented, gesturing as such by glancing to the stalls and vendor's that surrounded them. Maybe he was looking for something particular... that his eyes might settle on with a little sweep.

When Serkan was placed on topic again, the buck slowly let his eyes peel open, looking to Asad with a somewhat sleepy expression, while Nade held one of curiosity. The flirt was overlooked straight away. So he didn't know about guardians? that was indeed an interesting tid bit of information...She processed it, and deliberated for milliseconds how to go about handling it. "A very intricate question to answer. I think it will become more clear to you if you are to experience such a... phenomenon yourself." her answer was just as smooth, without a hitch, smile curving just a bit more. "I take it that this is not a sight you are used to seeing, as most in Sunderland are."

Watching the deer interact with Nade was fascinating. Where most people likely just saw what was usually a wild creature at the side of a 'normal' citizen, Asad saw something else: he saw trust, inherent with give and take between the two, ever in motion like water; he saw behavior and personality in the creature, in both that he was dealing with a crowd of people with mild mannered responses and was even comfortable enough to feast with guard down in such a place; and more than that, he saw Nade in the same light, secure though 'hidden' in such a crowd, despite the great beast that would draw so much attention, at ease and relaxed with him at her side. All this passed in the space of time it took the buck to eat the apple, and though he badly wanted to touch that soft muzzle, he kept his hands to himself. He was beautiful -- but they both were, he mused, glancing between the two. They suited each other. He almost felt as though his efforts would be lost in favor of the buck, as it were, and perhaps he was not incorrect.

He spread his hands in a way that suggested he was not insulted, smiling at her with understanding. It wasn't as though the beautiful blonde was the first to assume as much of him; she certainly wouldn't be the last. "It's rare, but we have need to stick together, no?" Asad chuckled, again folding his arms into the rich length of robes. "Like minds are hard to find." Even his 'servants' were not pleased with his decision to wander the city 'alone,' with only a few men to keep him in their sights. Being a Khan was hard work when one was as free-spirited as he, but it had earned him his Shah's favor. He wasn't about to change his reckless ways for the unknown of Palisade.

Oh, but she set it up so nicely; and he could not help himself, his chestnut-gold eyes lingering on her profile as she looked around. "Yes," he mused out loud, "I'm inclined to agree." It was only then that Asad really began to piece together some of the strange pieces of this puzzle: a tailor, her buck and her suggestive words. Not that he thought ill of her, of course, but... "What, then, would a lovely lady of your situation seek here?" Asad tried to encapsulate her work and thus her station, her furry companion and the marketplace without insinuating any one thing for open ears to catch. "Perhaps I might keep you company until you tire of my dogged questions?" He grinned then, a little teasing. "I'd be deeply upset to be lead astray in such a place, and you seem to know your way around..."

But his words trailed off at her response, the vaguest upturn of her lips drawing his attention. His brows furrowed a bit in consideration, again glancing to the sleepy buck. "My lady, I come from a land far from here, and while we've deer with remarkable antlers -- thicker than these, but smaller -- " he politely indicated Serkan's rack, "they do not follow us, and those that do are meant to feed a family. We've tales of hunters and prey, but I'm afraid I've no familiarity with this situation." For a moment, Asad's expression was quizzical, absent of his smile or latent charm. He simply looked over Serkan's features, clearly not used to being near a creature of his stature.

Now that was something she could agree with... however, unfortunately she was probably more different minded than he could even fathom. It often times amused her when the relations she built for a strictly business purpose tried to peg certain traits or qualities about her. She'd simply give a faint smile, and nothing more in mere acknowledgement of the statement. As skilled with his tongue as he was, Asad seemed to have a lot more to him than he let on to believe... though he was definitely more than enough in the charming department.. Still, Nade couldn't help but wonder if his face was an act as well, just like her own... their multiple meetings and his constant praise were becoming something suspicious to her... was he having her monitored?

She never allowed paranoia to take over her thoughts, and thus only left it at that; an inkling, more or less. When her head had turned to survey the area, she gave the slightest of nuzzles to Serkan's cheek in the motion, the buck slowly lifting his head afterwards, to curiously look around them now in her place. Gaze returning to Asad, when his question was asked, the assassin smiled just a tiny bit more, "Well for the very reason I spoke. To see if there are any treasures that have been overlooked, or unturned. New shipments have also arrived this day, so there will plenty more wares on display." she casually replied as a cover up. It wasn't entirely false, but... not her main reason for being here. In fact it was for the little leaflets that were attached to poles, boards, or walls, with that hidden message requiring the assistance of herself or another in her guild. But Asad had halted that mission. And his desire for more company was... nothing if not surprising. Perhaps adding onto her suspicion as well. She maintained her trained smile, "Are you certain, sir? I would not want to keep you from any other obligations you may be committed to." maybe this would serve useful..?

Soft ears flicked as those eyes glanced to him again, Serkan letting his own settle onto Asad again with a sort of curious, if not shy expression on his face. Again, he shifted somewhat to find more cover behind Nade... though it was impossible, considering her much smaller stature to his. Asad's explanation didn't seem to help the matter... as the mention of actually eating deer caused poor little Serkan to pin his ears back firmly, and duck his head in attempts to hide it behind Nade as well! which only ended up giving the illusion that the woman had antlers jutting from her shoulders. So... he really didn't know. Huh... "So you do not know much of the Old Ways, I suppose." her gaze seemed to drift for a moment, "I suppose you could say that there are tales of those who are chosen by these specific deer, for a cause that is not yet upon us."

Her voice drew his attention easily, which was impressive enough given his intrigue of the buck at her side. Asad tipped his head to the side, the ties of the hair-wrap brushing over his shoulder with the gesture, warm eyes partially lidded through his long lashes. He not-so-subtly looked over her garments of choice for the marketplace, matching it to her words and finding that something wasn't quite clicking into place, again giving him pause for thought. His smile never faltered, taking on a lop-sided quality instead as he responded, "Is that so." Chuckling softly under his breath, he gave her a long look that spoke of 'why not?' before voicing the words himself. "I would enjoy your company, delightful lady, but I return the sentiment. If you're busy, please; you are not at your work place and you need not tend to my absent-minded ways for it." He pressed his hands together and bowed his head to her politely, hoping to get across that though they did have a working relationship, they were not at work, and he was interested in seeking her company.

Righting himself again, he looked to Serkan, his expression crumbling almost instantaneously as the buck hid his magnificent head. "Oh, dear sire, handsome one, I'd never dream of inflicting harm or hunger upon you!" Asad curved his body to the side to try and see around the petite woman, immediately donning an apologetic smile and lift of his brows, the expression likely de-aging him to betray his youth. "Forgive me, please. I promise I come from a diet of rice and fruit, my friend." Spreading one arm to the side as though to motion to his home that was so far away, he added in a bid to soothe the woman's companion, "We prefer fish and lamb -- does he like plums?" Asad's attention immediately returned to Nade. "I was to receive an import of frozen fruit soon -- frozen because it will be icy in the warmest of days -- but I would happily share fruit with your handsome friend if he'd allow it."

Returning his hand to himself, lighting over his chest, he cast the blonde a yet still-apologetic look as he listened to what she had to say. "I'm afraid the 'old ways' of where I come from would not be the same as here, as they certainly never included being chosen by deer. How fascinating!" Breathing in deeply of the cool air mingled of foods, old wares and the encroaching winter freeze, he smiled with contentment despite scaring the buck. It was nothing like home, and he appreciated it. "Perhaps when you have the time, you might tell me of your experience? If you can speak of it!" The gold-flecked eyes widened a moment as though it occurred to him it might have been sacred. "I'd not insist if it's of a personal nature."

Chrystali

It was odd, really, someone wanting to spend extensive time with her. Sure a few men had hit on her before, but that never got anywhere due to her rather adaptive nature, often times able to get herself out of sticky situations that may present themselves to her by acting the part that would serve as a useful scapegoat. But.. to snub a well paying customer from her civilian job? that surely couldn't amount to anything good. If he were someone of concernable company... she could find a way out of it later on, that Nade was confident of. So with a gentle smile on her lips, the woman gave a small nod of consent, "Then I suppose we shall venture the market together."

And then, Asad seemed to make the impossible happen. Upon his attempts to sooth the disturbed buck, Nade actually gave a... faint, but clearly there, beginning of a chuckle under her breath. It was for only the briefest of moments, but the melodic giggle of a woman was rather easy for anyone to hear, no matter how small it was. To quickly bypass such a reaction, her eyes slipped to the corners to watch her hiding buck as he warily now watched the man with uncertainty, and firmly pinned back ears. Her little hand rubbed underneath the cream chin affectionately, trying to coax him back into the scene, attention returning to Asad with the mention of such a luxurious fruit. "I believe he's fond of just about any fruit that bears sweetness to it." she replies, a sort of bashful expression now taking to Serkan's gentle features. "I'm sure that would gain you a high placement on his list of people he likes, too." Nade mused, as her precious guardian leaned heavily into her hand, still a little worrisome towards Asad... but now giving a few peeks to the man now that he was off the menu!

She mulled over that final request... keeping her composed nature, those vivid olive eyes perhaps softening just a degree as she gazed to Serkan... as though the two of them might be having a silent conversation. "I do not think that words can bring justice to it, Mr. Asad~" was the answer given, as the large creature's head lifted to meet the woman's gaze. It was just a moment, but it was significant, leading him to tenderly nuzzle his soft muzzle against her even softer cheek affectionately. "Surely you can understand." Nade looked back at Asad with a...sort of knowing expression, one that might reveal a mischievous tone, maybe even playful.

And immediately, the young man's smile took on a more honest bearing, less filtered and more sincere in his reaction to the acceptance. "Then it is my honor, dear lady! --dear, not -- not deer." Asad actually had the wits about him to look almost horrified at his own words, pursing his lips and briefly looking away. That was so far from graceful that it was damnably near embarrassing! He was not a man of puns and seemed to struggle with the simple misunderstanding, but it was easily dismissed and forgotten entirely when Nade giggled.

Asad's attention immediately snapped back to the woman, his golden eyes a touch wide as he stared at her, wondering if he had, in fact, simply misheard the sound. Maybe someone else laughed and the sound carried? It seemed improbable, to him, that Nade would offer any sound of mirth -- and on the heels of that thought, the man couldn't help but wonder why that was the case. Her smiles - polite, frequently there - would have suggested otherwise, but -- clearly his mind was overthinking everything, blinking owlishly between the blonde and her buck, practically straining to listen to every word she said to hear if there was a trace of that chuckle. The moment passed, and Asad had to pay attention again, barely able to do so. "I will keep that in mind," he replied earnestly, offering a smile to the yet wary Serkan, "and bring you many treats until he might forgive me. But then I must ask, m'lady, as is polite." It wasn't like he could stop himself; she practically invited him to see just what he could get away with! "Is there anything I might bear in mind to be in your good graces?" The words were offered with a small step back and a delicate quarter-bow, hoping to show he meant to disrespect. It was an interesting line to dance across, this...formality and personal ways.

But there he was again, dumbfounded, watching the two interact with so little as a glance; for all he knew, worlds of information passed between them, and indeed, he sensed some sort of gravity as though he had stepped in on a private moment. Asad even went so far as to discretely clear his throat and glance down, affording them that moment until he heard her voice again, prompting his gaze to flicker back to her face. Nade's expression, the lilt of her tone and the way she was nestled against Serkan -- it suddenly looked a lot more intimate than private, and even if he was mistaking the air, the mischief in the innocent words was enough to make him feel like his tongue had just tied itself into knots without even trying. Swallowing with some difficulty around the sensation, the man offered a smile that was fairly bedazzled. "I assure you, I have no such notion, certainly not with a lady as yourself." And his smile took on a slightly more playful edge, one brow arching above his chestnut-heavy eye. Nade could tongue-tie him all she wanted for his sincerity, but the man would never lose his flirtatious edge, or so he'd like to think.

Sweeping an arm back to brush his robes aside in the gesture, he offered his free arm to her, his elbow held at a polite angle for her. "As much as I'd thoroughly enjoy spending the day admiring you and yours, the market will not peruse itself." Asad smiled as disarmingly as he could, mostly to hide how eager he was for the day to get underway. He might not be able to keep her the entire afternoon, but he was very much looking forward to what time he could garner with this enigmatic woman and her remarkable ward.

Chrystali
ughughugh so short, sorry! ; ;

His own little play on words was amusing in its own. Enough to make her want to twitch the corner of her lips in the sign of a grin... but alas she did not. Instead a subtle nod of understand was given, for his sake, so as not to further embarrass him. Upon his inquiry to gain a chance to get on her good side, Nade did give Asad a rather curious expression. My, he certainly was trying his best, wasn't he? Even Serkan peeked back at the fellow foreigner, long ears swiveling forward in an alert and attentive state, before his Chosen spoke. "My goodness, I am not sure as to why you would desire the good graces of someone like myself, sir. I am hardly someone to give such heavy attention and persistence to." she assured in a tone as casual as she could muster, leaving out any sort of suspicion she may hold internally. After all, the guy really seemed to be trying relatively hard. With such a dramatic effect as with the bow, it earned a few looks from passerby's, making Nade allow herself that mused grin.

But it would not be appropriate to allow a customer to grow such fondness towards her... though it was not appropriate in any sense. In a way, she almost felt bad for the poor man, almost, for his whole-hearted attempts. He seemed like a nice enough man, if not a bit swollen with confidence, but not obnoxiously. Just a right amount to not tip the scales completely. Allowing him a small smile, Nade gave his offered arm a glance, before slowly stepping closer. Serkan twitched his ears in a surprised manner, watching his Chosen with confusion, before looking right at Asad in an almost hesitant way. His human had never done this before! But a small hand took to looping under and placing atop the bent arm, so that they may be joined, the timid guardian shyly moving himself to take to Nade's other side, " I suppose you are right. And there is so much to be seen." letting her gaze wander in gesture to the many wares strewn about the various stalls, it also gave the woman a chance to scan for other suspicious characters, as well as her own allies. Perhaps this situation could be to her advantage. She'd be able to gather some information about the man that might be useful to her later on... should things go awry.
