so I'm not sure where exactly i'm going with this and i know the twin thing has been done before, but I'm contemplating writing something along those lines. here's what I have so far in mind.
What if instead of all Moon Queens having only one daughter, they all had twins, one light and one dark. What would that mean to Usagi and Chibi-Usa? Does one being dark mean one has to be evil like Nehelinia? Was Black Lady really Chibi-Usa, or the Dark Twin? Maybe Usagi only had one, but with a duel personality inside her, awakened and then put back during the balck moon arc. But what if that wasn't the last of Black Lady? Where is Usagi's dark twin? Was she reborn in this age, or has she been waiting since the Silver Mellinium to resurface?
I've never written for Sailor Moon before, so I'm not sure. Good idea? Bad idea? Any particular avenue that would be interesting?

I'm drawn to the idea of Chibiusa having a sort of split personality as her "Dark Twin," But I'm torn on whether Usagi's twin has been either A) reborn in this time or B) has been lying in wait the same way Beryl or Nehelenia were for the right opportunity. I also want to explore how Queen Serenity could "choose" which twin is dark or if it's just a given and what repercussions that could have. I always worry about writing original characters because it's too easy to become or be accused of being/writing a Mary Sue.

well, it is a very interesting idea. just be aware of your characters, their personalities, faults and well, go for it.
