Long, thick black hair that reaches close to the middle of his back, which is let loose. It has more of a wild look in style yet still well kept.

His eyes are a striking gunmetal blue. Cold, stern, and stunning that has a bit of white pigment around the iris creating a blue-grey color effect like metal that has a wolfish look to them.
Skin tone/bodyxxx
Noah is a highly muscular man hidden underneath his uniform. He's proud of his form; eight packed abs, thick limbs, and a powerful lower body as he stands at a height of 6'1". His skin is pale and he has a bit of a black stubble beard growing. But hiding under the stubble beard, he has a scar starting from the left of his jawline up which is a little over two inches long up to his cheek.

His police uniform is a navy color wool frock coat, navy trousers, black leather shoes, a belt where he carries his gear, and his hat (which he really hates to wear). Upon his left coat breast he proudly display his badge, marking his rank as chief. Strapped on his hip he has his pistol which he rarely uses unless he must in a situation but he has his saber which he prefers to use. At home for comfort, it's usually a pair of his most comfortable breeches and a loose blouse shirt untucked. Of course, he would brush up when he goes out with proper fitted breeches usually in a dark color, a wing collar dressed shirt and cravat, a pale cream color waist coat with a dark blue frock coat over it as well as a pair of black boots. However, he would have his pistol and a knife hidden just to be safe.
Personalityxxx
Being a police chief, he is a highly serious man. He has a great amount of responsibility on his shoulders to protect the city of Palisade of all people in different societies as well as the people at his department. Yet, that's all what people may know of Noah; hard working and serious. He doesn't talk much about himself to others and often eludes the answer with ease such as about how he obtained the scar on his jaw or about the black rook who he calls Avalloc as his companion. To be honest, he is a little afraid of what the people of his department would be if the chief is a Hedge witch who specializes in divination and truth seeking as well as one who follows the Old Ways ever since he was born. A man who can read pass through the lies can certainly bring about distrust and rather keeps that as his secret. But despite his tough exterior, he has a caring heart deep down and would do anything to protect those in need and very friendly who doesn't mind taking time out of his busy schedule to help. He doesn't take failure well at all. In fact, his temper gets the best of him when things doesn't go to his way. Some say that the man is highly stubborn (in which they can say it) but he's just passionate of what he does.

Avalloc is, what Noah calls, a fiendish bird. Feathers black as night and piercing glowing blue eyes, he could perhaps be seen as an omen. But lucky for others he's just Noah's omen. Avalloc is terribly clever, wise, and crafty who loves to tease the man he is bounded to for he has quite the excellent memory of him the moment they first met. He finds it quite hilarious even though he ends up being punished by the man who threatens him in becoming a feather duster one day. It's just cruel humor from a cruel bird but he does work with the man rather well with his job in finding criminals and with their magic. He acts as Noah's eyes like Mintha as he observes his surroundings from above, looking like an average crow in daylight. But he is fierce like his bounded human who would dig his talons deep in the person's eye socket.

He named her Mintha after catching her one day rolling around in the
mint herbs in his kitchen because she loves the scent of the herb.
Upon the winter season, he received a gift from his family which was sprigs of mistletoe tied in a pale blue ribbon. They often say that he doesn't have anything up for the holiday and decided to take upon themselves to help out a little bit (as well as maybe pushing him to start courting). The mistletoe was hung up and soon, it attracted a little blue bird who was picking at the plant. Noah was curious about the little bird but since then, she stayed with him and he grew to love the little bird as she kept him company. Mintha is excellent in delivering small little notes around that Noah ties around one of her legs and flies back and forth and very alert being his second pair of eyes as well like Avalloc as they developed a good bond between each other. Not to mention, Mintha likes to give soft little pecks on the cheek like kisses <3
