guide to a perfect town

I can't do it. It's too hard. How am I supposed to get a Golden Watering Can if I can't keep my town perfect for 16 days? Does perfect really mean perfect; how hard is this going to be? Should I go for it?

Don't think you can do it? Just need a little help? Well, this guide is going to help you get that perfect town!

Introduction
This guide is supposed to help you get your town perfect, and if possible, keep it perfect for 16 days to get the Golden Watering Can.

What is this Golden Watering Can you ask? Well, it's just something cool to have, and it's something to brang about. Also, if you get a dead black rose, if you water it with a golden watering can, you can acquire Golden Roses, which I have heard never die.

Keeping it Clean
This isn't all that difficult a task; unless you make it.

To start off, pluck all your weeds. Yes, every single one of those annoying little pieces of grass. Once you are sure you have plucked every single one of them, as three weeds come up a day, make sure you pluck three weeds a day.

Then, make sure you don't have any trash on the ground. Trash is THE WORST. Pick it all up, and either put it in the recycle bin, your house ( whee ), or sell it to Nook, though he doesn't give you any money for it.

Also, make sure you pick up as much fruit as possible. Some people say you can get a perfect town with some fruit on the ground, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Oh, and items. You don't need to put items on the ground, store them in your house, in dressers, with other characters, and letters. Dropping items on the ground counts against you.

Need More/Less Green
This is probably the most challenging part of getting a perfect town, so therefore it may be a while before I get it all typed and solved out.

Ok, before we start, know this:
-Dropping items on the ground may result in Pelly/Phylis saying you need more green.
-Your trees must be about three game steps apart from eachother. So if they're touching, you gotta chop one down. Be sure to buy about three axees before you start; three is about as many as I needed to get all my trees spaced.

Big Summary
If you don't wanna read all of the above, just remember this:

Keep stuff off the ground, pluck your weeds, make sure there's a bunch of flowers, and make sure your trees are evenly spaced.

May I add that trees only need to be two apart (I have a ton like that, and I've maintained perfect town for a few months now) and that flowers can tip the balance, ex: adding flowers can help not having green and reducing flowers can help too much green (I had that problem when all my hybrid plots were in the same place)
