Though he was bullied when he was younger thanks to his eye, he still grew up with a strong character. He carries himself with a gentleness and cool head, yet puts his heart into everything he does. He chooses to give everyone a second chance even those who have wronged him in some simple way unless they have done something that he believes doesn’t deserve second chances. Those see a secret side of him which has been referred to as a demon as he fights them with no limitations with the goal to be to completely destroy them.
Hobbies:
As a kid reading was a sanctuary to him, especially when reading about the strong fighters in history that shared the same disability as him. He later grew into martial arts where he became one of the strongest Jui-jutsu user in the district as well as a kendo champion. He is known for his dual sword style of fighting and he is seen as a great mentor to those under him in the kendo club.

He can be seen reading any time he is not speaking with anyone as he still finds new stories amazing. He also enjoys tutoring anyone who ask with either school or martial arts. He finds quiet walks in the forest as calming as well even though they are where he lost his eye sight in the first place.

He has simple taste so ramen and flavored water usually do him but when he is presented with amazing food, he eats a lot slower so the enjoy every bite more.

History:
He grew up in a supportive family but only had a few friends in the community thanks to his disability. He was three with the accident occurred, walking through the forest as a child with his family. He was enjoying himself so much he ran off ahead but before they could stop him he tripped, a broken tree branch was where his head landed, one of the jagged protruding ends embed shallowly into his eye. His parents rush him to the hospital but to no avail. He had lost his eye completely but that wouldn’t stop him. He continued through childhood finding books to be a new world to enjoy other than the bullies of this one until he found stories of heroes that had lost eyes too. He found this as amazing, these men fighting for what they believed and nothing anyone could say would stop them.
He told his parents of him wanting to get into martial arts especially sword styles and as they felt it would be good for him they consented to it. He was then introduced to master Shin Kirosaki, a local master who offered basic lessons in kendo to young children as a way to calm their hearts and find a balance. Though through the years Shin found a surrogate son in Shuichi and taught him through to expert level arts.
Shin had always felt a power from him and on his fourteenth birthday he presented him with two bokken specially made for him as a gift. As Shuichi touched the bokken it was as if something inside of him was igniting. The next day his spirit still felt like it was on fire so he went to a secluded area to train, it went fairly well until he swung with his bokken at a point his soul felt like it wanted to escape and resulted in a wave of energy released in the slash cutting a few trees and into the ground slightly. This was amazing to him, then he began to contemplate that this must be the power of the heroes in his stories and this excited him further. From that point any time he had for personal use was to train this power, so he could some day make a name for himself as well.

The energy that forms itself from his abilities controlled by his two bokken, it is also infused into the bokken so that it has the ability to cut steel. When activated it also takes the form of wings for him that gives him the ability of flight.

Shield- when he crosses his bokken it creates a shield just wide enough to protect him from the front.
