[Fist of the Bro Star]

Near the opposite end of the island, past the forbidden jungle, sits a cave that burrows deep into the mountain-side. A large, thick steel gate inside prevents any students from going too far in, but there are rumors about what horrors and secrets Akasun keeps locked within.

A camera at the upper left corner of the gate watches and records Darion's actions. He probably would do well to observe the details of his surroundings first before he goes blasting away at things. The gate opens revealing a long and wide hall that only gets darker the deeper he goes. There are slits with bulbs placed on sides of the walls every now and then. If it wasn't day-time these would probably serve as lights of some kind. Just when all daylight seems to fade into dark, however, a large and lighted elevator is stationed in the back of the cave, embedded into the rock. Its doors seem to stretch out as wide as a house, giving the impression that these were made either to transport heavy machinery or large numbers of people at a time. Inside the elevator, each floor down requires a different key to access, a security measure to keep unauthorized researchers from going where they aren't needed. However, the first floor down doesn't require such security.

A charming little jingle of music played in the background of the elevator as it carried Darion down. For a long moment, peace settled in the room. Then the elevator slowly crawled to stop and a loud ding was heard. The large metal doors slowly slid open to allow Darion to pass through, only for a screaming RPG rocket to fly in at his face. A loud, hot explosion filled a section of the elevator and, assuming the young man survived, a large cybernetic soldier pushes him to the elevator floor and smashes the 'close doors' button on the elevator. "Death is the only way out." He says in a deep, robotic voice as the doors slam shut behind him.

The robotic man advances towards Darion. When he is within range of the boy's spear the cyborg simply grabs onto its head and holds it out to the side while raising his other hand at Darion's face. Darion can just barely make out a glowing circle on the man's palm before a hot red lazer shoots out at him.

Darion's spear would hit its mark, but simply clank against the seemingly impenetrable armor on the man's back. This guy looked about as indestructible as a tank. In a sudden movement the man turned his upper torso as Darion stabbed forward, causing the spear to glance off and propel Darion a couple feet forward as a result. In that split second where the intruder was off balance, robo-man raised his robo-boot and attempted to kick Darion square in the gut, a hit which would send Darion rolling back in pain. "Resistance is futile." The man said again in a deep computerized voice.

The cyborg's torso turns with Darion's direction, following him even while the arms still blast at the place where he was. As any effective machine would, the beams cease fire once they are not lined up with Darion. Instead, a wide metal-linked net shoots out of the cyborg's chest at where Darion had moved to, giving him as little time to counter or dodge as he would against a buck-shot from a shotgun. "Death is the only way out." The cyborg repeats itself as it then fires its lazer-beams at the (hopefully) tangled-up intruder.

As Darion got nearer the cyborg extends its arms out from its body. Large streams of fire then shoot out the man's wrists and the torso begins on the man begins spinning around while the legs stay in place, letting streams of flame wash over the entire elevator. Darion was good at dodging his initial calculations but with every move he made the cyborg was correcting his errors and bridging the gaps. Soon Darion's statistics would be calculated and accounted for, and that would be the time he can no longer run away.
