What awaits all the little hunters and trainees as they wake from their beds on Christmas morning? What presents gleam with promise underneath the tree, wrapped and tagged and ready to tear open? Since events tend to suck up time and thought like some sort of internet blackhole, this thread is just a fun little solo dump to let other players know what their character's will find on Christmas morning, and maybe a little background on the gifts as well. So feel free to post any such solos or snippets in this thread. Regular solo RP points apply.
Note: All hunters and trainees are given at least one full personal day in the human world for holiday shopping. Trainees are also given a passport ID, a debit card (trainee balance is equal to months awake x $450 USD,) and the knowledge that since it's a lot easier to fake a death than have a person completely disappear, they're all legally dead.

It's a simple thing, cream gift-wrap and a silver bow. It's left on her pillow, no note attached. It's not necessary; there'd be no one else in the room. The box is small enough to fit inside the palm of a hand.
In it is a bracelet, black cord and an anchor. There's a scrap of paper beneath it, the handwriting on it deliberate and messy, and the ink's just a little bit smudged.
Christmas this year had come up far, far too quickly than Eva would have liked. With all the fighting, missions, and the fact that the portals had been down for some time, she had forgotten all about the holiday until she only had a week or so left to prepare, buy, and wrap gifts. Unlike last year, she had a much bigger budget than before, which was definitely a good thing considering that she didn’t have enough time to knit everyone something this time around. Some people, yes, but everyone—especially considering how she knew more people now—was out of the question.
She had gone shopping alone this year, figuring that it would be easier to buy for people without worrying about trying to sneak around her shopping partner to buy them their gift. By the end of the day, however, she had come to regret not bringing someone else with her, especially considering the amount of stuff (and size of one of the items) that she had bought for her friends. Against all odds, the somewhat small young woman managed to lug everything back to Deus Ex, in which at that point, she enlisted the help of random trainees milling about to help her bring all the stuff to her room.
And now it was time to deliver everything. Her sense of gift buying was, to say the least, pretty random. Some of them were practical—she had bought a lot of coats and the like to ensure that her friends would be warm for the colder months—but there were also a lot of…questionable and silly gifts among what she had purchased.
danse-hexe
Being the person whose room was closest, Reine got her gifts delivered first. Though she hadn’t seen the other girl for a while—not since that Haunted House incident—Eva would never let her first friend here slip her mind.
As snowflakes and the color blue reminded her for Reine—no doubt because of her weapon—Eva couldn’t pass up buying the necklace that she had spotted in one of the stores. She had also chosen to get her friend a cute coat. Whether it was her style or not, Eva wasn’t entirely sure—she liked buying people clothes, but she wasn’t too good at deciphering if it was something they would wear—but she hoped that she would like it.
Her final big gift was, as she had stated in the note, a friend for the bear that Reine had bought last year. For obvious reasons, she hadn’t even bothered trying to wrap it, simply sticking a bow on its head before setting it in front of Reine’s room. The last thing that she left was a small variety of holiday treats—candycanes, chocolates, and so on—and then she moved onto delivering gifts to the next person on her list.

Puppy was, of course, next. Being that he was her other oldest friend here, Eva hadn’t skimped on the gifts for him either. Despite the fact that she usually bought him clothes anyways, she decided to pick up another jacket for the boy this year, going for something that Otto would hopefully find casual enough. Along with this, he was one of the few who she had found the time to knit something for. It wasn’t anything fancy, but considering how he liked to wear hats, she had spent some time making a dark gray knit hat for him.
Then there was, as promised, a full set of the Harry Potter books included among all the other gifts. Yes, she had been serious about that. To top it all off, there was a small bag sitting beside the others, one that contained a few different pairs of earrings—about six pairs in total—for the boy to choose from. She had (mercifully) kept to simple and neutral-colored earrings rather than bright and cute ones.
kurotomato
It was always hard for Eva to pick out gifts for people, and Gale was no exception. She had had an inkling of an idea what she wanted to get him this year though. First off, as it seemed to be her theme for this year, she had gotten him a nice coat. Like with the others, she wasn’t sure if it really suited his tastes…but hey, she thought that he’d look pretty nice in it!
And if there was one thing she had regretted about her gifts to him last year, it was the pocket watch. Although she had intended on getting him a pocket watch from the beginning, the one she had given him had been on the lower end of the price scale, and had been far less elegant than she had wanted for him. She had been extremely tight on money last year, but since that wasn’t as much of a concern this Christmas, she had decided to use a good part of her budget getting him a cooler upgrade. It had touched her to see that he had been wearing the one she had given him the year before, but she definitely hoped that he would like this one all the more.
Kalindara
Davey was someone who she hadn’t seen for a while, but Eva had definitely not forgotten the other trainee. After all, he was the one who had helped her through her first mission, and despite it having already been a full year since then, she had never forgotten it. Of course, as she had only spoken to him a few times outside of missions, trying to figure out what to buy him was not that easy. Like last year, she decided to get him a coat (ensuring that it had a hood and zipper, as the man seemed to prefer), but then she wasn’t quite sure how else to follow up on this gift.
In the end, after considering how there really wasn’t much to do at Deus Ex between missions and training, Eva had gone through a bookstore and purchased about a dozen of the most popular best-sellers of the month. She was certain that not all of these novels would suit Davey, but hopefully some of them would catch his eye.

The first thing that had come to Eva’s mind when she thought of Clerise was…well, the color red. As a result, both of the gifts that she had gotten for the woman—one that she made, and the other that she purchased—were red in color.
While shopping, Eva had spotted a few of these hooded scarves in the passing, and she had personally thought that they were pretty cool. However, when she was unable to find one in red, she had decided to purchase some fleece material and yarn to make one herself. Whether Clerise would agree that it was cool, she didn’t know, but she certainly hoped that the woman would not dislike it too much if it wasn't her thing.
The other gift was, like many of the things she bought, kind of random and simply based off the fact that she thought it looked cool. The necklace had quickly caught her eye while she had been shopping for Clerise, and the next thing she knew, she had purchased it and wrapped it up with the rest of the redhead’s gift.
Nio Love
Robert’s gift was the most trouble to bring back, as she had—for some inexplicably stupid reason—decided to upgrade from the gift that she had made the man last year. As big as that dinosaur she had made him had been, it didn’t even compare to this thing.
As for delivery, she just stuck half a dozen bows on its head and then left it in front of Robert’s dorm room.
There was also a giant “SORRY PETRA” sign taped to its chest.
Pales
Although she did not hang out with Jude quite as much as some of the others, the man was undeniably a close friend who Eva loved and appreciated having. As a result, she definitely made a note to get him something nice, though “something nice” was also a pretty vague criteria. After a bit of humming and hawing, she decided to buy him a coat as well, deciding that buying Jude something that he looked nice in was close enough.
That, and she was certain that Ariane would appreciate the way the coat fit the blond man’s butt.
In addition to this, as per usual, she had gotten him a couple of simple hairbands and clips for his hair, and a couple of Christmas treats to finish things off.
Syusaki
Eva regrets nothing. In addition to the bunny hoodie, she did go out and buy Wilson a ton of snacks though, ranging from chips and chocolates to Asian snacks that she had found at a small grocery store. To be frank, she probably bought him enough to last him a good month or two…
[A.V.]
Jake’s gift was bought in the same place as Wilson’s. Nothing more really needed to be said.
Nyxtsuki Moon
Now Dakota was one of those ones who got the rare mix of practical and random gifts from Eva. Like many of the others, he too received a jacket to get him through the colder months and missions. However, in addition to this, apparently she had found it fit to buy him something else. Upon seeing it hanging in one of the department stores she had dropped into, Eva’s mind had immediately popped to Dakota—because surely he would appreciate the humor—and she had ended up purchasing it for him.
Because who didn’t need santa short boxers, right? At least she hadn’t gotten the one with the mistletoe over the crotch area.
Dragain
Because Ariane hadn’t been among the small number who Eva had managed to make handknit scarves and gloves for last year, she made sure to amend that this time around. However, that wasn’t the only gift that the other girl got. Upon spotting them in a stationary store, Eva couldn’t help but grin as Ariane’s face popped into view upon seeing one of the cards for sale. In the end, she had bought about 8 of them—one for her to sign to Ariane, and the rest left blank so that the other girl could make use of them and give them away.
Bix had been easy to buy for. Recalling the lovely—albeit very, very crooked and sparsely decorated—tree that she had the albino man had put up, Eva decided to make his next Christmas a little easier by buying him a mini tree, complete with its own ornaments.
Random Artist
Saya had immediately popped into mind when Eva spotted the necklace. After some thought, she went ahead and purchased it.
Carhop Calvalier
Lex was definitely a nice guy, and Eva had wanted to get him something…but the question was what. Since she had been buying clothes for everyone else anyways, she picked up a nice new outfit for him (again, choosing a style that she personally liked and hoping for the best).
Her second gift was one she had been more hesitant about. He already seemed to know how to bake so well—did he really need a recipe book? After some consideration, she decided that it wouldn’t hurt to buy it for him anyways, if only for him to flip through while he was bored or something.
Chimarii
After Eva had gone around purchasing gifts for a good three hours or so, she pretty much started buying things for the rest of the people on her list based on what caught her eye and what item reminded her of whom. Upon seeing this particular dress, she found herself thinking of Ami. She purchased it without hesitation, and after wrapping it (aka folding it and stuffing it in a gift bag), left it in front of the girl’s dorm room door.
Lividpeas
While Kat was not someone who she knew very well, Eva was undeniably relieved about the girl’s safety after she was rescued. Figuring that she had some time to spare, Eva had purchased two balls of yarn. The first went into making a scarf for Kat.
Oniongrump
Truth be told, Eva was feeling pretty guilty about having lost sight of the boy during that battle. She had gotten so distracted, and by the time she had gotten back and finally learned what had happened, there wasn’t anything that she could do to help. At this point, she had no idea whether Ryan was okay or if he was…
In the end, as she had originally intended, Eva used the second ball of yarn to knit a red scarf, quietly tying the gift to the doorknob of the trainee’s room. With that last delivery, her personal gift giving was done.
And then, just like last year, Eva went around with some scotch tape to stick candycanes and Christmas cards on everyone’s doors. Once that was done, she finally returned to her dorm room to sleep after an hour of playing Santa Eva.

Ami had done most, if not all her shopping before December. Ami amassed gifts over the year during her various shopping trips, and stockpiled them in her room. She wasn't the type to go around shouting to the skies about her presents, so most of it had been done in the confidence of her bedroom. Quietly wrapped presents sat in her wardrobe for a while- an area that she had trained Madeline not to dig around in- and today was the day she decided to give them all out.
It was done in a very organized fashion, efficiency being Ami's forte. It was done quietly, no bravado, just a present on their doorstep, or in Tori's case, on her bed. Each had a small note taped to the package, scrawled across in cursive script. Additionally, each came with her personal choice of book, because Ami continually exuded that boosk were the best thing ever. Nothing special, nothing fancy. That was Ami for you.
Perhaps it was a little strange that someone as cold as Ami was buying presents. Perhaps the spirit of Christmas had infected her, and she'd simply that she wanted to spread a little cheer- both for the others, and herself. She couldn't be sad all the time anyways.
Actually, it was probably the Christmas infection. Damn elfquest.

"Heard" was an understatement. It was impossible NOT to hear Otto, considering they were a single room apart. Somehow, she was glad to hear the teenager banging on his drums again. It felt like things were going back to normal. It didn't mean she liked him drumming at 3 in the morning. Shopping for Otto had been easy enough. A beanie, to go with the countless others he wore on his head. That, and- with much internal groaning- a neat set of drumsticks. Teenagers liked that sort of thing, right?
Otto would also find a copy of Robin Hood by Howard Pyle nestled in the beanie. Coupled with Harry Potter, he'd have quite a bit of reading to do.
syusaki
This one was incredibly awkward and difficult for Ami. The present wasn't hard to come up with- that was easy. Science, guns- that sort of thing. A hat to keep him warm, a snack that only someone like Wilson could appreciate, something science-y that she knew he'd like and of course, a special present for Gramps. It was the note that was difficult for her. Did she write him something heartfelt? Did she pretend it was a gift among acquaintances? What exactly was their relationship? That, and there was the whole matter of should she give such an extensive gift at all? Would it seem to forward?
Sighing, Ami just wrote something generic on the tag, feeling completely miserable about the whole thing. She decided to just give it to him, and reap whatever results she sowed.
Wilson would also find a copy of Time Machine by H.G. Wells set on top of the science set. She just hoped it wasn't too much.
naggeela
Tori was easiest, and probably the most enjoyable to shop for. She'd notice the girl almost always wore a brooch with her scarf, so Ami had taken the liberty to find a knockoff Swarovski brooch that her friend could pin to the blue scarf. Secondly, she'd notice that her friend seemed to only have one pair of boots. Be it artic or desert, Tori would always tromp around in those shoeless boots of hers. Ami assumed a new pair of boots was in order. Lastly, a small pack of holiday tea- nothing fancy or expensive, but at least festive. She smiled, wrapping Tori's present up. Somehow, shopping for Tori felt comfortable and safe.
Tori would also find a copy of I Capture the Castle by Dodie Smith. It had been one of Ami's absolute favorites, and she was sure Tori would enjoy it just the same.
keiifuu
As much as it pained her, Ami knew she had to shop for Madeline. Originally she resolved to dumpa bunchof candycanes on the girl- which explained her coy little insult on the tag. However, even Ami couldn't help but buy a baseball lettermans jacket when she saw it had Madeline's initial on it. It'd be perfect for the girl- it would be a pity not to buy it. That was how she'd convinced herself anyways.
Wrapped up in the Jacket, Madeline would find not one, but two books. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll and The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne. Ami obviously played favorites.
istoleyurvamps
Marcus had been incredibly difficult to shop for. Ami found herself second-guessing every time a present was selected. Would he like these boots? Was he too fussy for sunglasses? Did he even like chocolate? Eventually Ami bought Marcus and Cass a set of simple wine glasses- she'd been over, she knew they had wine somewhere in that house. Then, simply because she couldn't help herself, she gave Marcus a hideous Christmas sweater as a joke. 'Twas the season.
In between the two wine glasses, Marcus would find Ami's beat up copy of Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. It seemed fitting.
kurotomato
Gale and Ami were not the best of friends by any means- in fact, they probably weren't friends at all. Ami still felt the need to at least get him a present- if not to make up for all the crappy fish and chips they served here. She kept it simple, a mug for his tea with an attached spoon. Nothing too weird.
Wrapped up in the present, Gale would also find a copy of The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway.
pinchmonster
Sasha's gift had been simple enough. Girly things, as Ami thought Sasha a very girly type. A soft and delicate pair of heels that she thought suited the girl, along with a cherry red lipstick she'd been seeing on Sasha's lips lately. A few pieces of chocolate, and the gift was complete. The whole thing was wrapped up in a large decorative box.
In the box was also a copy of Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. Ami thought it was fitting since the girl was French- besides, who at Deus couldn't say that Les Misérables applied to their life at times.
kaiyumi
Ami hadn't actually been planning to give much out for Christmas, that was, until she recieved Eva's gift. It only seemed fitting that she return the favor, in the form of a cute hat. It seemed fitting for the spritely girl, anyways. Sweet, simple and to the point- just like Eva!
The book Eva got was The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It wasn't a full length novel like the other books, but Ami's copy was French. It would keep Eva entertained for just as long, simply having to translate the thing.
carhop calvalier
Ami panicked. Completely panicked. Was her gift too much? Too little? She'd selected one of her favorite coffee brews- considering Lex was always walking around with a mug, it seemed fitting?- and a nicely layered shirt. Another gift ... It was a bit too much to her- almost ... too friendly? A golden ring laden with green gems. Yet there it was, sitting in the package. The matching ring she'd intended to give to Solia or Madeline or SOMEONE, but she'd forgotten, and it ended up just sitting on her desk. A kinder smile came across her face as she put her last present in- a hideous sweater to couple with Marcus'. Though she'd tried with Marcus' to give it a semblance of dignity, she hadn't tried with Lex at all. Something about it made her smile. Perhaps it was okay to be too friendly sometimes. Of course, there was also the matter of the note. She had no idea what to put, considering she had no idea how she felt. So she wrote two simple, nondescript words that communicated as much as she could at the moment.
Tucked in between the other presents was a copy of Arabian Nights by Antony Galland. He seemed the adventurous type.
darkheartedsorrows
Feng didn't even get a note. But he did get a tiny whale around his doorknob one morning.
lividpeas
Kat was undoubtedly the most spoiled trainee on Ami's list. She'd been absolutely disgusted by the depravity Caelius and the other division leaders had left Kat and Ryan in, so Ami insisted both on Kat moving in with her, and what seemed like an entire wardrobe laid before Kat's feet. She tried to pick things Kat would like or find useful, but even Ami wasn't psychic. She included on the gift that she'd be willing to return anything- it was Kat's gift after all. All Ami wanted was to clothe the nearly-naked girl. Shirts and pants, leggings, tights, full outfits, jacket and necklace included, jeans, shoes, blouses and skirts, winter slippers, coats, scarves, belts- you name it and Ami bought it. She forfeited her own shopping sprees for the next few months just to make sure Kat was clothed. Ami even went so far as to buy a small necklace and nail polish- just to be safe!
By the time Ami wrapped it all up in an enormous bag, she could barely fit Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen. Ami thought Kat would get a kick out of it, anyways.
zoobey
Ami wasn't the type to watch anime. She didn't understand the strange weeaboo-speak Allan vomitted daily, but she did know one thing. She kind of liked One Piece. So when she saw a set of keychains at the mall, she couldn't help but buy them for herself. Ami felt incredibly embarrassed keeping such nerdy things though, so she only kept Sanji (her favorite) for herself, and gifted the rest to her superior. He probably already had 3 sets though.
Additionally, she decided to throw in Moby d**k by Herman Melville. Who knew- maybe Allan read things other than mangas? Probably not. At least it had that oceany/pirate feel.
lizbot
Ami wasn't sure how formal- or informal- to make her Christmas presents to her division leaders, so she kept it bare minimum. Clarice had been easy enough, but the Doctor? Ami had no ******** clue. She just went with the easiest thing she could think of and got the Doctor rum-infused chocolate- nobody would turn that down, right? Clarice on the other hand got a cute scarf hand-picked by Ami herself. Ami thought it was fitting enough.
Below the chocolate, the Doctor would find The Call of the Wild by Jack London, while Clarice would find Emma by Jane Austen.

Lex was the type of person to buy Christmas gifts late, and never in such quantities as he had on this trip. Bags on bags were laden in his hands - somehow he'd managed to stay in budget, and have money for drinks afterwords. It was probably because he'd given a fake number to the ladies at the register, winked at them, and seduced them into a discount. There were advantages to leading a wanton lifestyle, and he knew how to play the game.
His method of wrapping was neat and orderly, and all the things were delivered with a scrawled note on the top of the recipient's box.
The sad thing was, Lex actually tried to write neatly this holiday.
chimarii
Lex had smirked when he saw the book, and immediately thought to buy it for Ami as a small joke, but also as a word of advice. Knowing he couldn't just do that, however, he also bought her a pair of boots and a scarf.
lizbot
Trying to keep a formal yet comfortable tone with both his notes and his gifts for the Life Lead and Assistant, Lex had picked theirgifts with the criteria of being not too invasive and not stiff. He was pleased with the result.
Kaiyumi
Eva had been rather easy to shop for, really. He was just planning on getting the girl a good quality cookbook, but when he saw the flats and the scarf he knew he had to buy them for her. She would look adorable.
LividPeas
Lex knew what Kat needed - clothing. He was slightly disgusted that all of her things had been taken and burned, but at the same time he still understood why. No point in keeping a room for a 'dead' person. He'd bought her a hoodie, some proper pajamas, and a good pair of shoes. He also decided to buy the girl something that would ease her mind a little when needed. Hopefully she'd be pleased with it all.
Nyxtsuki Moon
Lex had made sure to get something special for the girl, other than the seven pairs of underwear, color coded for the days of the week, that she'd requested. Knowing how much the girl loved to nap, the Lifer bought her a good pillow. He even got a gift that would make her weapon happy.
Drifter Jet Enduro
Lex had heard Ami grumble about Otto and his new drums, which brought a slight smile to his face. He knew that the boy would never become an actual superstar - but he could look good playing his drums in his new blazer, at the very least. Otto would also be getting a very special beanie for when his poor puppy ears got cold.
Miliardo Kason
For Roland, Lex had bought avarietyofclothing. It was the man's subliminal way of telling the Mist to dress better, while trying to encourage him at the same time.
iStoleYurVamps
Lex had gone to painstaking lengths (google at an internet cafe) to write Solia's message in French. He'd bought her some beauty products by a company he himself used for his lips, as well as two different sets of lingerie, because he'd told her he would if she didn't come up with something else.
Syusaki
Lex liked Wilson, a lot. He was a good guy, and he happened to love donuts, which resulted in a gift card from Krispy Kreme with $25 on it. Lex also bought him a shock-proof watch, just in case something happened and he didn't have time to take it off.
OnionGrump
Lex didn't know Ryan very well, and didn't really have much to say to the boy except "I'm sorry I shot you."
Which is what he scrawled on the side of the six pack he'd bought for the Moon.
keiifuu
Lex hadn't written a note for Madeline, opting instead to spray her box with his cologne, and a little winky face doodled on the side of the package. Inside it, she would find a bracelet to match the jersey she wore, and a leather jacket for when it got cold - and to look like a general badass.

For the most part, Gale took his time shopping. This year he had a little more people to get gifts for, and considering that he was a seventeen year old teenage boy with little to no desire to actually shop, it took him the better part of his leave time to figure out just what to get everyone.
Plus he had no idea what to get for his female friends, of which he seemed to have an awful lot...
And, as usual, there was no fanfare surrounding the gift giving. Gale left the presents quietly on everyone's doorsteps.
Bix was the first.
iloveyouDIE
Bix was probably the easiest to shop for, considering their long history together. Inside the little gift bag left on his doorstep, along with a small card with a note on it, Bix would find a teeshirt, as well as a book, a little plush, and a hat.
Kaiyumi
Eva was considerably more difficult than Bix, if only because Gale was not exactly the most proficient when it came to discovering what girls liked to get on Christmas. And it had to be something meaningful, nothing trite or overused.
In the end (and after several hours), he finally picked out a pair of star cookie earrings, and a set of bracelets that he had painstakingly made himself. The bracelets were a little wobbly and wonky, and he wasn't sure she'd like them or not, but he felt rather accomplished anyway.
iStoleYurVamps
Marcus would receive a little gift basket of sorts, with a variety of items inside that ranged from a certain book, a scarf, and a small bottle of cologne.
Tucked into the bottom of the basket, covered tightly in Saran wrap, was also a bowl of frozen blueberries.
Eight
Gale's lack of ability to choose gifts for girls made shopping for Candace a tad difficult, but in the end (and with a lot of help from a particularly exuberant salesgirl), he decided on a necklace.
Last minute, he also tossed in a cheesy little keychain and quickly headed out of the store.
Lilwolfpard
Gale may or may not have enlisted a bit of help from a certain albino to figure out what gifts to get Ceres.
Dragain
Ariane's gift was left sitting on her bed, along with a plate of cookies as the gift-giver hastily departed before she could see what he had gotten her.
Huni Pi
Gale hadn't seen Before in quite a while - longer than he might have liked - but that wasn't about to stop him from getting his friend a new set of headphones to go with a runic mp3 player that Mark swore up and down would work.
Kyrieko
Fini's gift needed no explanation (or even a note, but Gale left one anyway).
Lizbot
The note was a subtle reminder of more than just Gale and Clarice, as well as a small gift of a mug set.
Syusaki
He had had to guess on Wilson's size for one of his presents - but the second gift was easier to pick.

Gale literally wandered around several stores for a few hours before finally picking out a couple of things he thought Ofie might like.

As for Molly's gift, well...the green earrings he bought her sort of looked like the spirals on her lance...

As for Kat, well...he did remember something about her liking coffee...

Ami had always been nice to him, and so Gale took his time picking out something small that would hopefully make her smile.

Jake's gift was simple; a quiet reminder, nothing more.

Gale wondered briefly if asking for help picking out a gift for a man in a wheelchair from someone who'd never been in a wheelchair had been a bad idea after all...

He would have bought personalized gifts for everyone if he could, but not even Wilson had the time for that—he would never be able to figure out suitable gifts for all of the hunters he knew anyways. While he chose to shop alone again this year, he probably shouldn’t have. Compared to last year, there were more things to tote around the shops while he tried to go through his list. He may or may not have tripped over a couple times during the shopping trip, but somehow he had made it.
His wrapping was surprisingly thorough. All of the creases were creased sharply, the corners tucked in carefully, and the gifts topped with ribbons before placed into bags filled with colorful tissue paper. Wilson even wrote his messages on a holiday card that was placed into an envelope and dropped into the bag. While it was more of his style to hand off the presents in person, for the sake of speed he opted to drop them off quietly.
OnionGrump
After watching Ryan and Kat walk through the portal, Wilson was thrilled to have his friend back. Until things settled down, the moon trainee was bunking with Wilson, which was perfectly fine with him. Now that he was a full hunter, he had a more spacious room, but it wasn’t like Ryan had a lot of things to transport to Wilson’s room. His possessions were still here, but his clothes? Well…Wilson was going to rectify that soon. Ryan would find an assortment of wrapped boxes and bags filled with colorful tissue paper innocently placed atop of his bed.
What he did for Ryan he would have done the same for Kat, but after the quizzical look the clerk had shot him after buying her a hoodie, he decided he would just buy her multiplecatplushies to make up for that one Nyan cat toy he had gotten her last year. Hopefully they were comforting, especially after realizing how terribly awkward it was to carry a bunch of cat toys (especially a giant one) all by himself around the mall.
Nyxtsuki Moon
Despite Dakota being one of his best friends, Wilson wasn’t sure what kind of present to give him. Dakota was…Dakota, you know? He was like the weird brother Wilson sometimes wished he didn’t have. Well, he did have an idea of what to give him, but he didn’t exactly want to step into those kinds of shops or carry those kinds of things around…Instead he grabbed a random poncho and after a second thought, grabbed a normal poncho too.
keiifuu
At least it was easier for him to think of what to get Mads. Her interests were more obvious to Wilson and were practically a no brainer for him. The sun trainee would find the usual holiday card carefully placed to a few wrapped boxes that would reveal a baseball set, roller skates, and some comics. Hopefully she wouldn’t be breaking anything on the island with her new toys, but Wilson wasn’t going to bet on it either.
chimarii
His gift for Ami was simple. Wilson was well aware of her love for literature. While he wasn’t a fanatic about classic literature, he had his fair share of beloved sci-fi and adventure stories. She would find wrapped copies of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams and a collection of stories by Ray Bradbury.

Wilson had absolutely no regrets when he countered Eva’s bunny hoodie with another bunny hoodie. Look, now they could be matching bunnies together! But it seemed a bit sparse to give her just that, so he wandered around the stores until he bought a couplepieces of jewelry.
Random Artist
The first thing that came into mind when he thought of Saya was star clips, but after a moment of thought he decided to get her a bracelet as well. Nestled inside her gift bag she would also find a music box, a little reminder that Wilson still intended to teach her music. To the best of his abilities, anyways.
kurotomato
Wilson didn’t know what to get Gale, so the British boy would just have to settle with a giant cookie
Carhop Calvalier
Wilson liked Lex, liked him enough to warrant a couple of gifts. He got him a coffee mug and nice jacket because Lex seemed like a nice guy.
Drifter Jet Enduro
As he was passing through the bookstore, he noticed a certain book and couldn’t stop himself from getting it for Otto. Then he dug around the clothing stores for a hoodie because just a book was a pretty lame gift for the other death hunter. Plus Wilson liked hoodies.
Rown
He had heard through the grapevine that the sun trainee liked astrology. Wilson seemed regretful when he also bought her some cookies. It was almost like he wanted all of the baked goods for himself.
And for everyone else? They would receive a chocolate orange and a card with a simple 'Happy holidays!' written inside.

It was Christmas. That meant it was time for Molly to get gushy and write out all her feelings…oh, and of course the best part! Presents. She’d been awake for over a year, and what was different about this Christmas than the last was that she actually had money and friends now.
Some hunters would find at their doors a present (or presents) wrapped in shades of green Christmas papers with lots of shades of green ribbons and bows. It was easy to guess who these presents came from. Also attached were notes.
Eight
Dear Miss Candace,
When I think about it, I’ve never really had a ‘girlfriend’ before. I always admired and even envied the girls in the movies who had close bonds like that, because I never had one of my own, until now. I just wanted to thank you for everything. You’re everything I ever wanted in a friend and companion and words can’t express how much you mean to me! I don’t know what I’d do without you, and there isn’t a thing I wouldn’t do for you!
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
In Candace’s gift, there was a necklace that Molly thought just screamed ‘Miss Candace’ when she saw it, but also was in the shape of one of Molly’s favorite things ever. It was perfect in her opinion.
Enoh Love
Dear Jeremy, Is it weird to say I’m so, so, so happy you woke up now? The thought that I could have missed you is really scary! I’m really happy I was there when you did. I’m really happy I was able to meet you. You’re very kind and funny, and I just feel this sense of companionship with you that’s very comfortable. I hope that makes sense? I’m sorry if it doesn’t!
Happy holidays and with love, Molly
P.S. Does saying sorry here count towards my quota for the day?
Jeremy got two presents. One was a hoodie, and the other was a t-shirt. It was self explanatory really. Molly thought of him as soon as she saw them, and the boy needed more clothes anyways.
Nyxtsuki Moon
Dear Shawty,
Once again, congratulations on your promotion! I feel like I can’t tell you that enough. I’m really proud! I’m also very proud and blessed to be able to call you one of my best friends. I hope that’s alright? It’s how I feel. You’re like a walking ray of sunshine, and I can’t help but always be in a stellar mood when you’re around, and I laugh a lot as well! You’re a wonderful person, Dakota. My life is brighter because you’re in it!
Happy holidays and with love, Molly
Molly hoped Dakota would find his present nice and useful. She figured he could use a good sturdy one to carry things around for missions or even just around Deus in general.
Drifter Jet Enduro
Dear Otto,
If I had a younger brother before Deus, I wish it could have been you! But we’re here now, so that’s good too, right? I think? Well, I’m really happy I met you! Deep down I think you’re a very kind person, and I think you’re really brave too. You’re so young but here you are! I really admire that.
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
P.S. I know I bought you a pair already, but I thought you could use another!
Otto would find another familiar shaped box like the first one he received. Really, Molly figured it couldn’t hurt to have more than one pair. She just hoped that the design was ‘hip’ and ‘groovy’ with the kids now a days.
lizbot
Dear Miss Clarice,
Some of the things that continue to stick with me during my time here at Deus are the lessons you gave me not too long after I woke up. I’m really grateful and appreciative of your guidance, and I know I’m a better Hunter because of the time you take out to help me learn and grow! Thank you so much, and I hope what I got you is appropriate…I remember these key points clear as day as well!
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Molly was a bit nervous about buying these things for Miss Clarice, but she felt like they really just went hand in hand with the Life Division Assistant. She hoped the outfit the outfit and the extra shirt would be useful and practical as well.
astrabot
Dear Miss Clerise, I hope this is a good present, but I think it is! Remember, breakfast is a vital part of your day and a good breakfast makes for a better performance! I hope you enjoy all the goodies in this!
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Yup. Breakfast. Molly thought it was a stellar idea to get this huge thing for the red headed Life Hunter.
Nio Love
Dear So Awesome, As I told Miss Clerise, breakfast is a really important part of your day and vital to increasing your performance as a Hunter! Here’s something to help you out in the mornings, just incase you forget to eat in the cafeteria! I hope you enjoy all the goodies in it!
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Yup. More breakfast. Molly really cared about Hunters getting a balanced and nutritious start to their day. Robert included, even if he was already a big guy who obviously didn’t skimp on his meals.
Baneful
Dear Rep,
After our little knitting session the other day, I saw this at a mall and immediately thought of you! I hope it helps and that you find it useful. Keep on practicing and you’ll be a master in no time!
Happy holidays and with love, Molly
Molly made sure to wrap Rep’s present up in quite a few layers. Just to make sure no one else would see that it was a book about something Rep didn’t want others to know about. She had good intuition.
kurotomato
Dear Gale,
I saw this and immediately thought of you! I also thought of the talk we had about wanting Starbucks. I think it’s funny how things get associated like that! Anyways, I’m really glad and happy I met you, and I really enjoy our insightful conversations. You’re such a bright, polite, and responsible young man, and I know for a fact that my life is better because I’ve met you! I’m so happy and honored that I can call you my friend.
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Molly didn’t see Gale wear hats often…but he did sometimes! Hopefully he liked this. She thought it had his name on it when she first saw it.
Pales
Heeey Juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude,
I’m sorry! I couldn’t resist! I love that song and I think of you every time! I just wanted to thank you so much for all that you’ve done for me since I woke up, and of course, for the beautiful fiddle and planners. I love them so much! They both hold a special place in my heart, as you do as well, since you’re one of the first friends I made since I woke up! I’m sorry this isn’t much, but I hope you’ll like it!
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Once, in Jude’s room, Molly saw his collection of poetry books. When she saw this one, she thought it’d be great for Jude. He seemed like a very refined yet wise and worldly young man, so poetry from around the world was a good idea, right? She thought it sounded interesting, and couldn’t resist reading some too before she wrapped it.
iloveyouDIE
Dear Bix,
First, I just have to say how happy I am that you’re still here! Please try not to scare me like that again though! I also wanted to take this time to thank you for everything you’ve done for me! You’re sweet, kind, responsible, thoughtful, and I admire and respect you very much! I also greatly cherish our time together…does it sound weird to say that it feels like you brought ‘normalcy’ to me? I totally mean that in a good way though! I’ve never had that before, and I really treasure it.
Happy Holidays and with love, Molly
Molly, of course, knew this gift had Bix’s name all over it. She actually wished she could have been there when he opened it, but she’d make sure to ask him about it another time. She was oddly proud of herself for this one though.
Blade Kuroda
Dear Deryk,
You’re such a sweet heart! I’m sorry, that’s always my first thought when I think about you! I love going on missions with you too because you’re always so gung-ho and reliable as well. I know you always have my back and you’re so smart to boot! I also can’t express how much it meant to me when you used on of your runic daggers on me during a mission. I was really touched by your selfless act.
I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to help me out with my weapon! If it wasn’t for you and Miss Clarice, I’d be floundering out on the field like a fish! I also wanted to thank you for over seeing my promotion mission and for the socks after the mission. I wear them often when I’m out on missions because they’re my favorite pair!
Happy holidays and with love, Molly
Since he had given her some awesome socks, Molly thought it’d be good to return the favor. Instead of socks though, Molly hand-knitted the Mist Division Assistant a cable-knit blanket. She hoped that’d be useful for him, all things considered.
Everyone else got a hand knitted scarf, made by the Mist trainee. She was also enthusiastic enough to knit the respective scarves into the color that matched everyone’s current scarves. As Hunters, they could never have enough scarves.

Christmas again, her second Christmas here. Candace was excited for it. It was her favorite holiday of the whole year, and it had snuck up on her. It had been difficult but Candace was able to go through quite a few of the people she cared about to get what she needed. She bargained, negotiated and used any deals she saw to get everything she wanted and stay within her budget.
She managed a pretty sweet haul.
Each gift was wrapped in shiny purple wrapping paper with gold ribbons tied around them. Some gifts had been harder to wrap than others.
lizbot
H,
From what I understand you appreciate dark, rich and spicy, and you know I'm always willing to accommodate.
Merry Christmas!
Yours, Candace
In H's gift box was a bottle of bourbon. The name of it had amused her, and it was almost like paying him back for all the times she had taken a glass or two to relax.
Clarice,
Everyone needs a little chocolate in their life. It's great to see you back. We should have our rematch soon now that I'm not a wee little trainee anymore.
Have a merry Christmas! Candace
Clarice had been easier to buy for. Candace remembered her love of liquor-filled chocolates. Only one box was really wrapped, but stacked on top of it and tied on by the same gold ribbon was a little red box. Inside were 10 chocolates; juicy Piemont cherries, floating in luscious brandy and hidden away in a delicate shell of rich, dark chocolate. The second box, the one wrapped in shiny purple wrapping paper, was another box of chocolates, square-shaped chocolates with brandy filling.
Lucyal
Molly,
You're always taking care of everyone. It's time someone took care of you.
Merry Christmas, Mollybird.
With love, Candace
Candace meant it. Molly's box was huge. It contained 150 soft yarn balls of so many different colors. Attached to the box was an envelope, the envelope had a gift certificate for a day at a spa. The full treatment, anything she wanted at some point in the new year. She deserved it. There was also a second box stacked on top of the first one containing a necklace she had found while browsing sites at an internet cafe.
Marushii
Aria,
It's occurring to me as I write this that I forgot to get the lighter that I promised you. Next time, Gadget! But I hope you like that I got for you regardless.
One is for wood, one is for stone. Enjoy!
Merry Christmas, Candace
Aria's gift had been the easiest for Candace to decide on. In fact she'd known what she wanted to get for her leader for months. There were two boxes, and wrapped in those boxes were a wood carving kit and a stone carving kit. You could only recall Aria talking about wood carving, but perhaps she'd enjoy stone as well if she had the tools. Candace could hope.
Lance,
I still have that pretty little note challenging me to bring you a flower. It's going to happen. Trust me.
Merry Christmas! Candace
Lance had been a little more challenging to find a gift for. It had been somewhat tempting to just fall back on giving him what he'd been rejecting her for as a trainee, but she remembered something else instead. So inside Lance's gift was a box of calligraphy pens.
kurotomato
Gale,
Before coming here I never had anyone that resembled a sibling to me, but if I did I would only be happy if they were like you. Merry Christmas "little brother".
With love, Candace
The presentation of Gale's gift was different from most others. It was a box..inside a box. A large box. Probably the heaviest of all the boxes. She had gone to England in search of something to bring back to Gale. It was a large box of teas complete with a teapot would do the trick. She even managed to find the matching keychain to the one he had given her through a bit of digging and investigating.
Toshihiko Two
Harrison,
I might have gotten a little carried away. You're really fun to shop for sometimes.
Merry Christmas!
With love, Candace
It was true. After a chat with Harrison where she had gone to find out what he needed, Candace had gone off in search of..a few things. She came back with more than she had planned. No regrets! There werefivepairsofearrings, and a pair of waterproof workboots she just couldn't not get for her best friend.
Prolixity
Jordan,
For a fellow coffee drinker. I know how important quality brew is.
Merry Christmas! Candace
Giving someone coffee was almost like a gift to the whole island. Not because of sharing but because they'd be a much more pleasant person with their nectar of choice. Jordan's gift came in a box very much like Gale's.
Baneful
Rep,
There are few tragedies greater than running out of good hot chocolate. Let's try to avoid the inevitable for as long as we can.
Candace
Originally Candace had thought it would be a waste of time to get Rep anything considering his strong dislike toward her, but then she reconsidered when she thought about how it would feel to see Jordan and Harrison get gifts from her and be completely left out. Hell, she could be wrong, but Rep would also receive two large boxes. One that also had an extra bag of little marshmallows, and then a second box with two purple mugs, both with Rep's name written on them. Rep, not William. Candace was feeling generous.
Bilious
Jerry,
It's not as portable as a guitar, but I think you'll still enjoy it!
Happy Hanukkah! Candace
Jerry had been second easiest after Aria to decide on a present for. The hard part was getting it there, but at least now he had a keyboard piano in his possession. And Candace had already been nice enough to get it all rune'd up for him.
Every girl needs a pretty necklace or two. I have a feeling these will suit you.
Merry Christmas! Candace
In Ceres' gift was a pair of glow-in-the-dark necklaces with what the felt would be two very familiar designs to Ceres.
Drifter Jet Enduro
Otto,
Hey bratface. I think your level of delinquent needed a bit of a boost.
Merry Christmas! Candace
Otto received a skateboard complete with orange wheels. She figured "Death Wish" worked for him on so many levels.

TO EVERYBODY:
The coffee machine that had been gifted last Christmas, and then proceeded to get destroyed, returned to the trainee hallway, but one was also installed into the hunter hallway as well. As with the year before, Cass made sure each had a cabinet that was stocked with bags of coffee beans as well as a personal travel mug for everybody, a sticker with their names on it to say which belonged to who. Inside of each travel mug was shoved packets of hot cocoa and a handful of chocolates.
A few were attached to tins of fresh tea leaves and a tea strainer - Cass apparently was afraid some people didn't like Coffee at all.
There is an enormous note on both: PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS ONE. I DON'T WANT TO GIFT YOU GUYS COFFEE MACHINES EVERY YEAR =(

Madeline was, unfortunately, the person that put off christmas shopping until the last minute. And by last minute, she didn't mean the last week before the holiday, she meant the last hour. This was her first Christmas at Deus, and the Sun trainee had gone shopping with no idea in mind of what she might get for her hastily made friends. She'd gone shopping alone, though she'd pick-pocketed a few theme ideas off of others. Where Ami's shopping might have been organized, Madeline's was chaos. Some things were bought for shits and giggles, and others pondered over for so long it almost snapped her brain in half.
But she'd somehow managed to get it done.
Madeline had wrapped her gifts with a strange sort of bubbly joy, because even though no one really knew, Christmas was her favorite time of year apart from Halloween, even if Deus wasn't as interested in it as the rest of the world. When she'd finished that, she'd tailored small notes to each and every one of them, and adorned in a santa claus hat and her pajama shorts, had snuck out and left the presents in their respective places to be found and either loved or hated or a strange mixture of both. She hoped that they would bring at least a little bit of joy; the Holidays were a time of giving, after all.
Syusaki
Wilson was the first person she'd thought of while shopping. He'd been her first real friend, and at Deus, friends seemed in short supply. Once unwrapped, he would find a fluffy panda to cuddle up to during the cold nights and two rings, as well as a shirt that Madeline had decided to buy him at the last second. She had also thrown in a few bright neon green packages of candy, most likely as a homage to Gramps. The next time they met, he'd also get a kiss on the cheek and a buoyant "Merry Christmas!" Madeline might not have expressed it much, but Wilson had done more for her this first year than she could ever hope to thank him for.
chimarii
The "date" present that the note had talked about would sooner or later be revealed as a white dress. Madeline had considered buying it with the idea in mind that Ami would shove it into the abyss of her closet and never ever wear it, but deciding that in the very wild chance that she would, in fact, utilize it, she'd purchased it instead. Of course, that wasn't the only thing Madeline had left. A second dress was also boxed, one that seemed closer to Ami's own every day tastes. Apart from that was a pile of unwrapped books - upon closer inspection, most of them would be replacements for ones she hadn't been able to save from water damage when they'd first met. At the bottom though were two new additions; the pop-up book of phobias, and the book of useless information. Ami, just like Wilson, would also get a hug the next time she saw Madeline.
Nyxtsuki Moon
Dakota hadn't come to mind until Madeline had gone into a particularly devious lingerie shop in search of something to throw at Ami (the idea, however, was discarded later on), but once she'd gotten the idea in her head, she'd decided to get him something after all. The flirtatious Moon Hunter would find a particularly helpful book and a few expensive colognes carefully wrapped up with sparkling bows, but just like the note said, the true gift was waiting somewhere in the Sun trainees own room, if he was daring enough to come and find out what it was.
Carhop Calvalier
Madeline almost gave Lex the same type of present he'd given her, no note attached, but then she'd thought better of it. Inside of the first box was a few bandaids for any date gone wrong or slap received over certain fictional characters and a jacket for the cold winter season. The second box had an additional note attached to a decidedly revealing set of lingerie. Your move, Lex.
iStoleYurVamps
To be honest, Madeline hadn't thought of buying anything for Marcus in particular until she'd passed a nautical shop on her way out of the mall. Sparked by strange and wayward inspiration, she'd entered it, retrieving an item for the Hunter with a wicked grin. When she scribbled the note to him, she only paused for a split second before signing her name with Quartermaster at the start. Marcus may not have been a pirate, but he sure looked the part, and Madeline felt in no way shameful for leaving him a ship in a bottle and a tic-tac-toe shot glass set. Drink up me hearties, yo ho.
OnionGrump
Ryan was a bit of a conundrum. Madeline had only met him once or twice, remembering the book fiasco from awhile ago. Since then though, she hadn't really talked to him, and hesitated to get a gift. However, in the end, she'd thrown all her hesitation to the wind and bought him a small stack of books, ranging from idiotic ("Go the ******** to Sleep" and a second copy of "The Book of Useless Information" to relatively serious and a mild attempt at trying to guess books that would interest the Moon Hunter). They were left alongside a few small candies and a few simple shirts. She hoped he liked them, even if they didn't even know each other well.
kurotomato
Gale's presents were a last minute addition only because she remembered him from that one time and felt it necessary to give him something because it was Christmas, and he'd been nice. He was on the Nice List. It felt right. However demure, Gale would find a tiny scattering of presents from Madeline when he next looked; a mug and some relatively pricey tea, as well as a soccer ball. British people liked soccer, right?
zoobey
Out of moral obligation, Madeline had gotten something for one of the Sun Division bro's as well. Wilson had mentioned Allan to her once, and she vaguely remembered him from one of the missions before. But beyond that, she was not at all acquainted with the man, and left only a small holiday offering where he could find it. Happy holidays, Allan-taichou.
Everyone else would find a small package shoved beneath their doors containing a few candycanes, a chocolate santa or two, and a handwritten tag that said "Merry Christmas!" Madeline, was, after all, someone who never went half-way.

Last year, Otto got presents for a very select few. This year, time had washed away some of the sharp edges of his personality. Now he felt just a little more open to this whole season of giving and friendship stuff. So while he'd been out with Jeremy and the gang, he took the time to shop for others too. It was actually kind of exciting. For people he liked less than others, he thought of cute ways to give them gag gifts. Everyone wins with gag gifts.
The presents were wrapped (terribly), and set in front of everyone's doors. How did he know where everyone stayed? He is Death, bitches. He knows it all!
---
For Eva, Otto spent the longest looking for a gift. By the end of his mall trip he'd basically resigned himself to begging for help from a couple of retail girls in a hip clothing store. Once back at Deus, he picked the nicest looking wrapping paper, and made a good effort in trying to make it look nice. On it was a note, written in messy handwriting. It looked like he'd tried really hard to make it neat, though.
Kaiyumi
For Eva, Thanks for being a friend to me, and for being you. I don't actually know what you like, and I'm kind of sick of being seen buying stuffed animals. So I hope this makes you smile anyway. Merry Christmas, Otto
Inside the box was a bracelet, and a large assortment of hair accessories. Along with that was a dress he hoped fit her. It looked like it might. The sales girl was the same height and build as Eva and she was wearing it and it looked good so...
...Otto really agonaized over this too much.
---
Next was Clerise. Another important lady in his life, but one who was a little easier to shop for. Did Otto mention he hated shopping? Cause he really, really did.
astrabot
For Clerise, I appreciate you always helping me out. If you ever need me for anything, I really want you to just let me know. You're a brat and a b***h, and that's why you're awesome. Merry Christmas, Otto
Molly was next on Otto's list. The Irish woman was always fussing over him and being generally annoying about it, but he still liked her. It was hard to hate someone so sincere.
Lucyal
For Molly, Stop licking your hand and touching my hair. Its gross. And I can dress myself just fine, so stop tugging at my clothes. You're real sweet, though. Thanks for worrying. It makes me feel good knowing you care about the little things. Anyway, got you something as old fashioned as you are. Merry Christmas, Otto
Oh... oh Dakota.... Otto wasn't even sure what to g....wait.. He knew.
Nyxtsuki Moon
For Dakota, You're a dweeb. Merry Christmas, Otto
Yes, he did get a present along with the insult. For Dakota was a big box FULL of brand new porno mags.
Enjoy.
---
Candace was next. She was also kind of hard to shop for.
Eight
For Candace, You're really cool. But don't tell no one I said that. Keep practicing those push ups though. In the mean time, take some time for yourself and have a great day. Merry Christmas, Otto
Kat, You almost died, and that sucks. Try not to almost die this year. Also, be less crazy. That'd be really cool. Merry Christmas, Otto
Kat got a mug with big, bold letters A very special mug. All for her.
---
Ryan
Was he still alive? Otto hadn't really gotten caught up in what happened during the last mission. He kew they'd come back.. but in one piece? He wasn't sure. But if he was back, that boy needed a damn gift.
OnionGrump
Ryan, If you're alive, good on you. If not, then this is a waste of money and time and I'll curse your ghost. Also bac me up next time Kat goes nuts. Or warn me. Douchebag. Merry Christmas, Otto
Ryan received a tee shirt with the one and only pop ANYONE SHOULD EVER DRINK, EVER.
---
Wilson...
Syusaki
Wilson We need more hobbies outside of make shift jousting. Wonder if the island has ziplines.. or maybe water gun tag. Merry Christmas, Otto
Wilson got a hoodie cause hoodies are ******** awesome, bro.
---
Sasha was a special one. Otto still was innocent to the darker side of that woman. One wondered for just how long.
pinchmonster
Sasha My room is clean, so don't nag me about it. I went out and got a real laundry basket and I use it now. Happy? Merry Christmas, Otto
Sasha got hand lotions, because once again, he had no damn idea what these women wanted. He really ought to try and talk to them a little more.

Jude was someone Otto sometimes got along with, but often times bickered with. He wasn't sure if he liked the guy or not. He kind of pissed him off.
Pales
Jude You're kind of a pain in the a**. Work on that. Merry Christmas, Otto
Otto was beginning to think he knew too many people... maybe he should go back to being anti social. This was exhausting.

Ariane got a back scratcher.

Rin was cool in his books. She was lax, fun to tease. She needed a cool thing to go with her coolness.
Saliru
Rin You're awesome, even if you lack a limb and have a dumb idea of what a sandwich is. Heres a few things to help you "Deal With It". Merry Christmas, Otto
Jerry... he didn't want to encourage the guy too much, cause he was like one of those creepy uncle types..
But... Christmas..
Bilious
Jerry I dunno how to tell you to be less creepy, cause that might just make you all depressed. So like. Don't get depressed. Life aint all that hard. Merry Christmas, Otto

Hazel wasn't much of a shopper, let alone gift giving...
She wrapped one of the presents in a plain, white napkin, held together by a single wad chewed gum. A bit crude, but very simple. No fancy ribbons. No decorative markings. Just the little thing wrapped in a napkin the shape of the actual present.
Apparently, there was not enough space on it to write a whole message, or even sign it. Though from the present, it should be obvious to Otto who it was from...
When Robert had gone out shopping, he came home with so many presents he felt like he was playing Santa all over again. But at least, this year, he'd picked a perfect present for all the girls in his life that he wasn't married to. Because the only girl who wasn't getting this gift was the one he was married to.
Sorry Petra.
You'll get your own private show.
For each other girl, a card was left in front of their door, with scribbled writing that was hard to read. It just had their name on it. He would have given them each a special note, but this was Robert, and he thought the present spoke volumes for itself.
...when he put Ennea's card down, he picked it back up, shuddered, and took it back with him. He'd have to get her something else, Ennea wasn't that kind of girl.
