 Haides yawned as he was aroused from his sleep. He was a little chilled, something that hadn't happened for a while. His gaze instinctively went towards the place where his mate's familiar form should have been by his side. All he saw was grass. He frowned. Where had Jaromila gone? Was something wrong? The black stallion got to his feet, instinctively heading in the direction of the lake where they'd met. "Mila?" he called as he walked. She was alright, wasn't she?

 Jaromila was by the lake, drinking some water, after having a little incident with a bush. Her ears flicked behind her at the worried voice of her mate, knowing he wondered why she was here. " I am over here, darling,"Jaromila's voice spoke, sounding a little tired.

Haides silently slid up to her side, relieved that she appeared fine. At least mostly. She sounded tired. And he couldn't put his finger on it, but something felt different. "Are you alright?" he asked softly, lightly touching his nose to her neck. Did she have a bad dream? Or was it something else?

Jaromila felt his nose and she shook her head, not feeling exactly very good right now.
"I wish I could tell you I was alright, but I kind of threw up in the bushes. I am not feeling totally well and I am not really sure why,"Jaromila replied.

Haides frowned. He gently nuzzled her. "Why don't we go to Mom's," he suggested. Maybe Serenity or Lady Dea or someone else there would know what was wrong and how to help. "Are you alright to walk?"

Jaromila nodded her head to both of his questions, nuzzling him gently to let him know she appreciated the worry.
"Yeah, I should be alright to do a little walking, dear. Maybe your mom will have some idea of what is going on with me,"Jaromila agreed.

Haides nodded to her confirmation, walking with his mate towards his mother's home. He kept them at a steady walking pace; with Jaromila not feeling well, he didn't want her to overexert herself. He hoped his mother would have the answers, because he definitely didn't. The stallion just hoped it wasn't anything serious.

Jaromila leaned against Haides as they began to walk in the direction of Serenity. She could only hope someone there would have the answers, because she had never felt like this before.
"Thank you,"Jaromila whispered.

Haides's expression softened. "Anytime," he replied softly. He let Jaromila use him as a support, silently walking until his family's home was in sight. "We're almost there," he reassured her gently as they headed down to the stables. It was still early, but someone was bound to be awake...

Jaromila nodded when he said they were almost there, very glad to hear that bit of news. Her hooves were starting to hurt her, which was very unusual for her indeed.
"Hopefully someone is up, I would hate to have to wake any of your family,"Jaromila spoke.

"I'm sure at least some of them are up," Haides replied. "Beta always was a bit of a morning person... Mom is a bit of one too." Speaking of his best friend, the mare's green head was poking out of the stables, only to duck back inside a moment later. "Mama! Haides and Mila are here!"

Jaromila shook her head in amusement when she saw Beta's head momentarily, before she heard her calling out to her mother.
"Honey, if your mother was not awake before, I guarantee she is now,"Jaromila laughed. She saw a familiar pink head poke over the gate and look over to them.
"What brings the two of you here, son?"Serenity asked gently.

Haides smiled ever so slightly. "Of course." He nuzzled his mate gently before replying to his mother's question. "Mila isn't feeling well and we're not sure why," he explained. "We were hoping either you or Lady Dea could help us."

"Alright, I need to know what her symptoms are,"Serenity explained, mentally calling her partner to the stables. Dea came out a couple minutes later, rubbing her eyes.
"Well, I was throwing up in the bush this morning, something I have not done like that before. I had a hard time walking here, Haides had to pretty much walk me the whole way,"Jaromila spoke. She saw Serenity and Lady Dea exchange a look.

Haides automatically frowned at the look. He stared at his mother and her Bonded expectantly. They clearly knew what was wrong. Was it severe?
