Katharine walked through the woods dragging a stick behind her. Looking at all of the tree's and flowers she bit her lip wondering where she was. She always got lost but it seemed she was really lost this time. She hated to worry her parents. Especially after what happened earlier in the month. When she saw a building she got some hope. Dropping the stick she ran over thinking she had found the village but it was a building she had never seen before. "H-hello?"

Two men were coming out from the front doors when they spotted Katharine, prepared to send her away until they realized an oppertunity in front of them. the older man grinned and walked to greet her "hello miss. Are you lost?"

Katharine gasped and jumped at the men behind her then turned and smiled, "Yes, I'm looking for my village. I went for a walk and seem to have lost my way. Do you think you can help me?" She asked completely trusting that they wouldn't do anything to hurt her.

"perhaps. Why don't you come inside?" the man said as he and his partner grabbed her wrists, bringing her into the building quickly before anyone else came to look for her. They passed by security and looked around as they brought her to a small room.

Katharine gasped and started to struggle at that point, "Hey! What are you doing?! Let me go!" She yelled and looked at security, "Help! Help!"

"No one is going to be helping you here my dear." They said as the older man was clasping the chains on her hands, bringing her in through a door and hooking her to a wire beside two other bodies. they pulled and hung her up before quickly leaving the room as a panel opened up beside her

Katharine tried to struggle as much as she could but when she was hung and when she saw the men leave fast she got a little more scared. "Wait! Whats going on? Where am I?!" She screamed and gasped when the panel opened up, "H-hello?"

a chain came up from the floor beneath her feet and began to turn on a wheel, dragging out a young man in a straight jacket on his knees. He grunted and wheezed tiredly but he looked up through his black and blue colored hair. one of his eyes was covered by a patch but the other was dull, staring at the bodies above him as he bared his sharp teeth and latched onto the body on katharine's left

Katharine gasped when she saw him. "L-Loki? Loki is that you?" She asked then jumped when he bit onto the body next to her. She teared up, "Loki what happened to you? Answer me please!"

Loki continued to bite into the body until she spoke his name. he stopped for a moment and sat back on his knees, turning his dull gaze to katharine as the speaker came on "He won't speak." a man spoke "He hasn't said a word since his. . .change. can't even remember who he was, poor thing. Eating flesh seems to be the only way to keep him satisfied"
the ghoul hissed at the speakers but he turned and strained against the chain on his neck, smelling Katharine's ankle and tilting his head in confusion

Katharine jumped a bit hearing the speakers but she didn't take her eyes off Loki. When he started to sniff her she smiled, "Its me Loki, Its Katharine. Don't you remember? We would talk every day. You helped me after I broke my arm." She started to cry, "I know your in there Loki. I was so scared when you vanished. I thought you were mad at me."

Loki stared at her as she cried, flinching when he felt her tears on his face but he turned away, settling for biting down on the body beside her to try and eat as he shifted in his restraints. after an hour passed, Loki sat back and laid on his side as he squirmed to try and free himself "hnngh. . . .a-ahuhn. . ."

Katharine watched him starting to not feel scared anymore. Her best friend was here. When he started to struggle she just gave a soft smile, "Your going to give yourself a stomach ache if you keep it up Loki. Try to calm down ok?" She said.

Loki soon stopped and turned his head to look at her again, his mouth opening to say something but he had a hard time trying to form words. the scientists observing were watching in shock and began to take notes as Loki struggled to speak ". . . .w-wh. . .o. . . .a-are. . . .y-ou. . . . ?"
