One-Tailed Shukaku

Jinchuuriki: Open

Default Ability: Fuuton is one rank stronger then the user Fuutin user.

Controlled Ability: Host can infuse sand with chakra and manipulate said sand

Natural Element(s): Owner must have Fuuton(Wind) Element.

Chakra Rank: 9th [+200] Chakra when beast is released. [+50] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+50] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Shukaku is a bijuu in the form of Raccon Dog (Tanuki of the Japanese mythology). Before, he was a priest that lived in the Desert of Nara. Because of the dark power released by Yamata no Orochi, and under the heavy assault of wind and sand, he transformed into a racoon dog (His actual form). He has a playful and extravagant personality, resembling the Tanuki nature. Has a pretty active sexual life. Shukaku lives in the souls of people killed by the wind and sand. The violet (blue in the anime) tatoos represent his title of God of Wind.

Control Level Cannot be fully tamed till Jounin level. Can begin training at Genin.

Jutsu:

Stages:
Stage One: The Jinchuuriki host takes on the beasts appearance partially one part of their face resembles Shukaku while another is the regular Jinchuuriki one part of their body is Shukaku and another part the normal Jinchuuriki.

Stage Two: This stage the Jinchuuriki now becomes literally a miniature version of Shukaku about as large as the Jinchuuriki themselves or an inch or two taller.

Stage Three: This is now the full beast mode if the host has not tamed their beast. Then Shukaku will take over and begin destroying everything not returning to the Jinchuuriki form until he has been defeated, or the host becomes conscious.

Side note: Host can never sleep, otherwise Shukaku will take over the hosts body and begin reeking havok.

Two-Tailed Matatabi
ニ尾の又旅
Nibi no Matatabi

Jinchuuriki: Open

Default Ability: Their Katon is a blue color and tends to last a bit longer then normal Katon

Controlled Ability: Increased strength, Increased reflexes, increased agility almost to the point of surrealism. Only Kage level Shinboi can match such abilities and that is with difficulty.

Natural Element(s): Owner must have Katon(Fire) Element.

Chakra Rank: 8th [+400] Chakra when beast is released. [+100] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+100] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Nekomata is a bijuu in the form of cat, and possesses the power of death. This Bijuu lives in a place called "Forest of Death" (Not a mistranslation.) in Hokkaido, to the north. His appearance is a black cat monster (depicted with huge, black angel wings). He's the Death God's pet. Nekomata feeds on dead people's spirits, and can summon these to fight for him. He uses a third eye at the top of its head to consume the spirits.

Personality: Compared to most of the tailed beasts, Matatabi has shown to be respectful and polite towards others, speaking in a formal manner using 'watashi' (私) when referring to itself and using honourifics when addressing Naruto while introducing itself to the young man.

Control Level Cannot be fully tamed till Jounin level. Can begin training at Genin.

Jutsu:

Stages:
Stage One: The Jinchuuriki's eyes are now cat like as they hunch over onto all fours, with an evil aura emitting from them.

Stage Two: This stage the Jinchuuriki now is veiled in a blue chakra cloak that resembles flames with one tail. The users flesh begins to rip the more into this stage and they become nothing but pure chakra.

Stage Three: The Jinchuuriki is now gaining the bone structure of Matabi around them.

Stage Four: This is the full beast mode, if the Jinchuuriki has not tamed their beast Matabi will run rampant, reeking havoc, until either defeated or the Jinchuuriki somehow gains control again.

Four-Tailed Son Gokū

Yonbi no Son Gokū

Jinchuuriki: Open

Default Ability:

Controlled Ability: Is able to cover themselves in Poison armor.

Natural Element(s): Owner is granted Poison Element as Secondary Element.

Chakra Rank: 6th [+800] Chakra when beast is released. [+200] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+200] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Sokou is a bijuu that looks like a reptile. It was a creature that lived near Mount Fuji. Because of the toxic gas and the volcaninc ash, he was transformed into a half-rooster, half-snake monster. The Rooster and Snake are husband and wife in Sokou's body. Everything around it withers away or dies, because of its poison. According to the Legend, whenever he hibernates in Mount Fuji, the snoring he causes will make the volcano erupt.

Personality: Son Gokū is a very prideful tailed beast, as it detests being called by the name "Four-Tails" and boasts about its lineage. It uses 'ore' (オレ) when referring to itself. It also hated humans, due to the fact that humans have enslaved it, and believes that apes are more intelligent than humans. However, when talking about the Sage of the Six Paths, it showed him great respect.

Control Level Cannot be fully tamed till Jounin level. Can begin training at Genin.

Jutsu:

Stages:
Stage One: The Jinchuuriki is extremely feral and jumps straight from the evil aura into. One tail cloak. Their demeanor is now very ape like and they fight more brutal, than usual.

Stage Two: In this stage the second tail has emerged. The Jinchuuriki is no much more feral and their skin begins peeling. They're kanine teeth elongate and they become much more bulky.

Stage Three: The Jinchuuriki is now at the third tail and has no skin and is now completely in chakra form. The bone structure of Son Goku begins forming on them.

Stage Four: This is full beast mode. If the Jinchuuriki ha snot tamed their beast then Son Goku is now running rampant and destroying everything, unless defeated or the Jinchuuriki somehow regains control.

Five-Tailed Kokuo
五尾の穆王
Gobi no Kokuo

Jinchuuriki: Open

Default Ability: Fist are strong as steel every taijutsu used is +1 rank stronger

Controlled Ability: Is able to create Chakra arms at will in Bijuuu forms or normally

Natural Element(s): Owner is granted Steam Element as Secondary Element.

Chakra Rank: 3rdth [+1,400] Chakra when beast is released. [+350] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+350] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Houkou is a bijuu which looks like a five-tailed dog. Each tail of this creature represents one elemental power: Wind, Water, Earth, Lightning and Fire. They can cause catastrophic damage when used. Houkou will willingly destroy the nature to obtain the power he desires from these elements. He was once badly injured when he and Nekomata challenged Kyuubi. Strangely enough, he is the god of Illusion. Houkou lives in a giant, ancient tree.

Personality: Kokuō seems to be a quiet and reserved individual. Though it does not speak much, Kokuō uses the rather old-fashioned 'watakushi' (私) when referring to itself, causing it to come across as very polite.

Control Level Cannot be fully tamed till Jounin level. Can begin training at Genin.

Stage Two: In this stage the second tail has emerged. The Jinchuuriki is no much more feral and their skin begins peeling. They're kanine teeth elongate and they become much more bulky.

Stage Three: The Jinchuuriki is now at the third tail and has no skin and is now completely in chakra form.

Stage Four: The fourth tail has no emerged and the host if not in control of the bijuu is raging and the bone structure of Kokuo is now surrounding the user, as well as flesh beginning to build on them. If they are not in control of their bijuu they begin to destroy everything in their path.

Seven-Tailed Chomei
七尾の重明
Nanabi no Chomei

Jinchuuriki: Open

Default Ability: Granted a Clay Creation Element

Controlled Ability: Ability to fly

Natural Element(s): Host must have Doton(Earth) Element.

Chakra Rank: 4th [+1,200] Chakra when beast is released. [+300] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+300] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Kaku is a bijuu in the form of badger. Its Kanji is also read as Mujina, which is the name the Japanese subspecies of badger (Meles Meles Anaguma) receives in some parts of Japan. It has seven tails, and is the smallest bijuu out of the nine; though it is the most cunning and stealthy. Kaku hunts its prey underground most of the time. It kills by crumbling/destroying the piece of land that is under its target, making it fall right into his open mouth. Above land, whenever he is around he can transform into any type of creature, but he is unable to do it if he doesn't have clay.

Personality: Chōmei seems to have a happy, go-lucky persona — which it seemingly shares with its jinchūriki as shown when it introduced itself to Naruto, referring to itself as "Lucky Seven Chōmei" (ラッキーセブン重明, Rakkī sebun Chōmei) which might be an allusion to the fact that it has seven tails and the number seven having long been seen as a lucky as well as happy number.

Control Level Cannot be fully tamed till Jounin level. Can begin training at Genin.

Jutsu:

Stages:
Stage One: The Jinchuuriki is extremely feral and jumps straight from the evil aura into. One tail cloak.

Stage Two: In this stage the second tail has emerged. The Jinchuuriki is calmer but still destructive now starting to grow feelers.

Stage Three: The Jinchuuriki is now at the third tail and are at the peak of their cloak and skin is now starting to peel.

Stage Four: The fourth tail has no emerged and the host if not in control of the bijuu they are raging. with no skin and is a beast of chakra and flesh.

Stage Five: The fifth tail has emerged and the user is now a small replica of the beast just in chakra form, armor begins forming around the host as well as wings.

Stage Six: The user is now surrounded by armor and a bone structure of Chomei.

Stage Seven: Full beast form.

Eight-Tailed Gyuki

Hachibi no Gyuki

Jinchuuriki: Rey Daisetsu

Default Ability: Ink Justus Element

Controlled Ability: Ability to change into multiple form of the demon.

Natural Element(s): Host is granted Ink Element as a Secondary Element.

Chakra Rank: 2nd [+1,600] Chakra when beast is released. [+400] Chakra Normally. With each stage [+400] to Chakra boost.

Bio: Tale in the Legend of the Tailed Beasts: Yamata no Orochi is a Snake bijuu. It has crimsom red eyes, eight heads and eight tails (also depicted to having trees and vines growing around them) and has the power of the Demon world, a symbol of evil. Each head of Yamata no Orochi represents a symbol: Soul, Ghost, Evil, Devil, Monstrous, Kill, The Afterworld and Death. Its powers were originally weak, the members of the Kusanagi clan, when attacking it, acted carelessly, using the legendary sword Kusanagi no Tsurugi (Orochimaru's sword). Because of that, as a consequence, Yamata no Orochi takes the sword from them, absorbing the power contained inside, and becoming an incredibly powerful creature, and finally storing it in its body. With the new power, Yamata no Orochi releases an insane amount of dark energy, awakening the other Bijuu and becoming arrogant. Yamata no Orochi proceeds to defeat many of the Bijuu, but when it battles with Kyuubi, it is defeated. The cause of this is simple: Kyuubi has an unlimited amount of power, making even a hole in the Kusanagi sword. As this happens, it shows how tremendously powerful Kyuubi is, deserving of the "King of Bijuu" title. Not even Sarutobi and Enma (I'm not sure how those two are into the legend) could scratch the Kusanagi no Tsurugi. (That makes connections to the Orochimaru x Sandaime battle) Legend also depicted it as having a power able to rival Kyuubi's [in quality], but the fact is, Yamata no Orochi's does have a limit.

Personality: Gyūki is characterised as a tough and serious individual. It uses 'ore' (オレ) when referring to itself and often speaks in a somewhat rude dialect. In addition, Gyūki was also shown to have a good analytical ability, as it told Killer B that if he left Ponta and Sabu and ran away from them, Kisame and his water dome would follow him and they (Sabu and Ponta) would be freed. With regards to its relationship with the other tailed beasts, Gyūki mentioned that it and its brethren disliked Kurama for its habit of ranking their strength based on their number of tails.[9] However, it insisted that was no reason for not helping Naruto to control Kurama's power, hinting a benevolent side. Since then, both Gyūki and B have taken a liking to Naruto.
In the past, Gyūki was infamous in Kumo for being wild and violent, as it went on countless rampages whenever its former jinchūriki would lose control of it. This was mostly likely due to its hatred against humans for oppressing and sealing it away many times. Gyūki kept on being that way until it was sealed within B, who would later change it after he bested it in one-on-one combat. Since then, Gyūki's relationship with B became more relaxed, with B even sitting on top of its muzzle while talking to Gyūki leisurely. However, B tends to annoy Gyūki to comical effect, as its no-nonsense demeanour often contrasts with B's tendency to goof off whenever he likes, adding fuel to Gyūki's irritation to its vessel. Gyūki is not above bad-mouthing B as a result. Gyūki is also known to reprimand him in serious occasions as shown when it criticised B for rapping in his fight with Kisame when he should have been completely focused on their opponent, and later when it comically bumped B in the head when the latter started to mention in a perverted manner how Yugito's chakra receivers were embedded in her left breast. Because of this, Gyūki appears to be much more noteworthy than B as far as responsibility is concerned.
