Player-Run Event Sign-Ups


So you want to run an event held in Town Square? Great! Please read over the following guidelines before submitting your form for approval:

- All events must adhere to shop and Gaia rules.
- Player-run events may last no longer than 1 week.
- You may schedule in advance if you like, though we advise you not to try and schedule too far ahead as major shop events may also be occurring around that same time. We will do our best to give players warning to avoid conflicts, however.
- Once an event is approved, players may ask staff to change the subforum title to reflect whatever is going on at the moment, and send guild announcements to help advertise.
- We as GMs are delighted to help you out with planning and support! Please ask if you have any questions or concerns.
