As the tamers neared the base they would encounter a strange young man with red hair and red eyes standing by the gate leading to the path leading towards the main base of R.I.P. He had a Dracmon beside him and he would look at the tamers and asked, "Are you the tamers who are going to infiltrate the headquarters?". He already knew the answer from the start and before they could answer he continued on and said, "I'll have to warn you though. It'll be quite dangerous and.....annoying.". He then stood up and opened the gate. The red haired boy would turn back and say, "Try to be as stealthy as possible please. I'll go there first." The red haired tamer would then begin to run when suddenly he stepped on a laser and an alarm sounded. He stopped moving and blinked. A bunch of Devimon came and he sighed and said, "Dracmon use Eye Of Nightmare". The Dracmon would make the Devimon think that they were just imagining something and then flew away. He scratched his head and turned and said, "Errr don't follow my example and try not to sound an alarm like I did.". He then left with his Dracmon following him while eating a Yakisoba Bread.

D gazed upon the giant castle which was their first destination, as he laid low attempting his best to conceal his presence from the alarms that the first Tamer had set off. He walked carefully, almost like a ninja of sorts, as his Digimon, Guilmon, was kept within his Digivice, unseen, but it was still able to view what was going on, being kind of D's second set of eyes, literally watching anything that would take place behind him, as if he did have eyes on the back of his head. He kept some distance from the other Tamers, just so that he wouldn't attract too much unwanted attention to them if he had tripped a wire or however these alarms were set off. Looking onward, still concealed behind a crag, he strategically planned his movement pattern. There was a change that two or more alarms would go off, but he was hoping none, or just one if need be, to try his strength against the defense of this castle. He turned his head back, just for a moment to check on the others to see how they were progressing, watchfully noticing the dimly lit lasers that were on the floor. In the dark area that they were, it should be easy to get through the area without alerting anyone, but there are a few who might unintentionally do so.

Kyo gazed upon the castle in awe. The air outside was thick, thick like the darkness in the sky. "Why to I always get caught up in these things." Kyo said pouting slightly. "Because we're going to have some fun!" "I bet that there's tons of strong enemies in there!" KO the Palmon said as she winded up her right arm. Out of all of the Green Thumb Army, KO was the most eager to fight. Kyo looked to the other tamers in the group. "Man, I don't know anyone here..." Kyo said. This made his stomach turn a little. If there was anything Kyo had learned in the Digital world it was that anyone could be waiting to take you out. Kyo quickly snapped back to reality as the red haired boy lead them in to the odd castle. As the entered the the Fourier of the castle Kyo looked at the the alternating black and violet tiles on the floor each one perfectly placed in equal distance from each other. Kyo looked around every thing was in perfect symmetrical harmony. "This place is perfect!" Kyo shouted gushing over the beautiful balance of the eerie castle. Kyo's eye looked around. "We should split up" he said to the new tamers. Kyo looked around to there faces and turned red. "I'll go this way!" He said taking KO's hand and quickly walked down a hallway. After a safe distance down he slowed down. "God Kyo!" KO shouted "You're such a spazz!" she yelled angrily at he tamer her face tightened up into a scowl. She quickly spun around and crossed her arms. "I better get to fight something soon" she said pouting.

Looking up at the castle before them, Kutay, with a somewhat disapointed look on his face he muttered to himself "Should have brought a digimon that could fly." Kutay sighed then looked around at the other tamers, What an interesting group. He thought to himself as he took in what digimon they had brought along. After seeing the red haired tamer open the gate then trip one of the very first traps, Kutay decided it would probably be a good idea to pay as close attention as possible to the surroundings as to not fall into one himself. "See you guys inside." Kutay would say to the other tamers, deciding to not stick around to see if anyone wanted to travel in a group because he thought that traveling ina group would make it easier to be spotted or trigger a trap. "Well let's get moving Candlemon, we can't let ourselves be the last ones to reach the castle." Kutay said to his digimon, then began advancing through the gate being mindful of any traps that may be around.

"Its about time, I was worried you were going to start talking for ever and we would never get started." Candlemon said as he began hopping after Kutay. "Hey hold up, I'm kinda slow in this form Kutay." Candlemon began complaining that since he hadn't digivolved he didn't have feet and as such he moved a lot slower than he actually could. Managing to avoid a few of the laser traps and motion detectors, however; neither Kutay nor Candlemon noticed when Candlemon, unintentionally tripped a heat detector trap in one of the rocks, alerting a nearby group of Boogeymon to their intruding presence.

The group of Boogeymon quickly found the two intruders and at first were considering calling in back up, but thought that 5 champions against a kid and a rookie was already too overkill, so they decided against it. "Ok now on three we all attack at once got it?" The Boogeymon that appeared to be the leader of the group said to the rest of the group "One...Two...THREE!" The Boogeymon yelled and all at once the 5 Boogeymon began to charge at Kutay and Candlemon.

Upon hearing someone, or rather something shout THREE! Kutay immediately turned around and saw 5 Boogeymon charging at him and Candlemon. "Great." Kutay said sarcastically, disliking the fact that they had just begun and were already alerting the enemy to their presence, "Let's make this quick, Candlemon warp digivolve please." Kutay said pulling out his digivice and activating his Digi-soul.

"Candlemon Warp Digivolve to.."SkullMeramon." Candlemon said as he warp digivolved to his ultimate level, SkullMeramon. "Yes, I have feet now, oh wait wrong problem." SkullMeramon said as he understood the real reason Kutay digivolved him. "Heat Chain." SkullMeramon would say as he swung out the chain coiled around him and entangle one of the Boogeymon, but not setting it ablaze just yet. Insted he pulled it into another one and then let blue fire race across the path of the chain and incinerate two of them at once. "Huh? What are these guys only scouts, I didn't think that would actually get both of them." SkullMeramon said with shock, then realized that this was a huge advantage for him and that he could take them out with ease. "Heavy Metal Fire." SkullMeramon would say as blue flames spewed forth from his mouth burning the last three of the Boogeymon to a crisp.

"Great work SkullMeramon, now let's hope you didn't set off anyother detectors with that wonderful display of fire." Kutay would say as he rolled his eyes, realizing Boltmon would have probably been a better choice for stealth purposes. This is going to be a very interesting battle. Kutay would think to himself as he continued onward.

I'm walking the road to dawn...

Marco walked along with the other tamers towards the haunting and eerie castle whose towers were jagged and sharp-looking. This was certainly an evil hideout if there ever was any. The environment and atmosphere surrounding this area was ghastly. He counted thirteen people (including himself) in the group and they were all members of T.A.M.E.R. He barely recognized any of the faces present; he spend his time mostly wandering the facility and possible avoiding everyone inside except for MagnaAngemon (Priest). They would have a drink everyday, but that was the most interaction he had with anyone in the organization. MagnaAngemon (Priest) knew about his situation and therefore he never asked nor encouraged him to seek out others. True to his word, the great angel digimon was only an observer and didn't try to interfere with his life. He expected to receive countless of sermons about how he should devote himself to serving the light, but he didn't received any and he was thankful for that. However, at that moment he wished he would have interacted with the members of T.A.M.E.R more because being around so many people was making him anxious. He mostly stayed some distance behind the group; the gap was neither too large nor too small, he still needed to be with these people so he couldn't exactly just ditch them while they were all heading towards the gates. Speaking of gates, there was already another tamer waiting for them up ahead.

MagnaAngemon (Priest) didn't brief them too much about this mission and only mentioned that everything would be explained once they reached the gates. According to the red-haired teen they were there to infiltrate R.I.P's headquarters. The boy, who didn't bother to introduce himself, was really brief about his explanation and after a quick warning the gates were opened and in they all went. Except that the red-haired teen already triggered an alarm...

Marco looked up at the sky where a group of Devimon were headed towards them. Marco frowned and reached back to grab his digivice, but that didn't seem to be necessary. The red-haired teen fixed his mistake almost immediately and used his digimon's attack to (which to be hypnosis) in order to shoo away the Devimon. That was certainly an excellent trick and would be most helpful in this infiltration.

The teen apologized and then walked inside while advising them not to trigger alarms; he spoke while eating some bread. He seems awfully relaxed... Marco commented inside his head before he stepped inside. He looked to his left and then looked to his right trying to spot any of those detectors, but he could not see them. They had to be well hidden or maybe they only activated after certain conditions were met. Marco didn't think that all their detectors would be laser-based, there was probably variation. He glanced at the people in the group, they all seemed to be doing their own thing. His eyes lingered momentarily on a brown, short-haired girl whose partner digimon seemed to be a turtle with some sort of blue helmet. Marco turned around and began heading towards a dark corridor; Veemon followed right behind him.

"You're not going to stay with them?" Veemon finally asked after they walked for a couple of seconds. Marco didn't stop walking and continued to face forward as he talked. "If the group is too big then R.I.P will find them much easier. This should really be more of a two-three men/women squad." Marco gave his honest opinion, a group of thirteen people was too obvious and they would easily be spotted. There was strength in numbers, but this was an infiltration mission, they would need to reach the big boss before their strength was needed. "Isn't our team lacking one or two more members?" Veemon questioned as he walked side by side with his friend. "You and me are two people already, besides its easier for us to move," Marco's attire consisted of dark-colored clothing which blended in almost perfectly with this dark castle. Veemon's blue and white colors were quite the eye sore, but he would fix that very soon. Marco removed his black jacket and placed it around Veemon so that he would cloaked in dark clothing as well. Veemon looked up at his partner was he really going to do this alone? He hoped that he would try and make some friends. "Still...we should have tagged along with at least another tamer..." Marco placed his head on top of Veemon's and patted him lightly. "Don't worry, we are all here for the same goal, we will see them again there's no doubt about that, but for the moment we have to try our best to get this infiltration underway." Veemon nodded knowing what his tamer meant. He was hoping to work in the shadows, that was his way of helping out the other tamers. He thought that if he could make it easier for the group to proceed than the mission would succeed. Veemon sighed and smiled, this was so like him, trying to carry the world on his shoulders. "I understand."

Suddenly an alarm seemed to go off. Marco and Veemon were momentarily startled and looked behind them. A group of Myotismon were coming their way. Marco cursed under his breath, did they trigger some kind of alarm? He quickly looked around the corridor and noticed a speaker of some kind attached to one of the corners of the hall. They must have triggered a sound-based detector probably with all their talking. "We can't face them here, follow my lead Veemon," Marco spoke and then started running ahead, Veemon followed suit and ran by his side. Ahead there was a four-way intersection where a turn could be made anywhere. Marco grabbed Veemon's arm as they made a right turn and pulled him into his chest as if shielding him. Marco leaned against the wall and sat down, closing his eyes tightly. As this was happening, a large black wing emerged from Marco's back. The black wing seemed to have materialize, but at the same time it was like it came right out of him. The wing wrapped itself around Marco and Veemon's body (the wing was quite large) placing them in a cocoon-like shield. Tamer and digimon closed their eyes and held their breath.

"Hey where did those intruders go?" "They were here just a moment ago..." "Brothers! They must have continue running down this hall, we must make haste and catch them!" "Agreed!"

Marco could hear the Myotismon talking, but they voices faded away as then continued to fly down the corridor. Marco and Veemon sighed, but they waited a good five minutes before either of them moved. The black wing unwrapped itself from and then disappeared in a dark light of sorts. "That was too close..." Marco whispered to Veemon afraid to set off another detector, "We need to keep moving, those Myotismon might try to come back so we'll keep going straight to avoid them." Veemon nodded and they started walking down the hall again. They managed to avoid those ultimate-level digimon, but if they weren't careful then their luck would run out.

Nikky gazed at the horizon as she slowly walked towards the castle. Sounds of crashing waves heard from a distance led her to a stop. “Hey Kukkii, how do you feel about jumping from high places?” Kukkii the Kamemon glanced behind him, already very much ahead of his tamer. “What’s with the question? If you don’t hurry up we’re gonna be left behind.” he shouted. The young tamer grabbed the straps of her backpack as she restarted walking with momentum catching up to the turtle digimon. “Just thinking of possible escape routes is all." she said with a smile. The look of confusion on Kukkii’s helmet covered face was demanding a clearer explanation, but was ignored as they continued to their destination.

Finally reaching the entrance of the castle, Nikky saw a red-haired tamer easily intercept a group of Devimon as he entered. Upon hearing the word “alarm” being spoken by the young man with the Dracmon, she let out a depressing sigh. Oh great... An infiltration that requires stealth. Nikky wasn't the most coordinated person in the world, but she thought she could probably manage. The girl was more concerned about her loud, clumsy partner. Seeing as Kukkii was in his own little world daydreaming, she gently knocked on her partner's blue helmet silently urging him to pay attention to the advice given. "Yeah, yeah. I heard..."

Some of the other tamers started to enter paired with their digimon partners. It would be smarter to split into smaller teams than to go in as a big group. "Let's go in. Quietly." she said emphasizing the word "quietly." As they were walking in the dark corridor,Nikky and the Kamemon constantly observed the area around them searching for potential alarms and detectors. The pair came to a stop when they reached a four-way intersection. "Hmm... Which way should we go? Left or right?"pondered Nikky. She kept repeating these sentences in her head until Kukkii said: "Yeah, I'm not going through this again. I'm gonna go right." and started walking in that direction. He knew that if he didn't make a decision now she would be the one to do it after many hours of contemplating each option until she was satisfied. Not wanting to be alone, Nikky quickly followed suit. "Hey, wait up!"

After minutes of walking, the young tamer came to a stop once again. She motioned Kukkii to stop walking too. "What's the problem?" he asked. She pointed ahead and stared in amazement as what appeared to be a giant black wing unwrapped itself from a young black-haired man and a Veemon wearing a black jacket. "Well that's not something you see everyday." She ignored her partner's comment and ran toward the duo ahead. Completely forgetting the mission at hand, she started bombarding them with questions. "That was totally awsome!! How did you do that? What was the giant wing thing? Is it something that I get as well? Why does Veemon have a jacket on?" she asked elevating her volume with each passing question.

Ethan and Guile

Ethan spoke slowly to his Digimon, Guilmon, he stayed quiet about it as he said,"Guile, you better not cause any trouble. We dont need to repeat what happened when we met that Myotismon." Guile gave him a look and replied with a quiet growl," You're the one the caused that Ethan. And you'll probably do just like the Red head the-" before the Guilmon could finish his sentence he was being given a cookie," Just shut up and eat this. " Guilmon jumped at his hands and he moved tossing the Cookie outwards and making Guilmon jump and grab the cookie, he had went int he right direction though because he didnt set of any of those dang alarms. Ethan turned looking at the other Tamers there, and gave a kind smile before bowing to them," Hope none of us get hurt during this, or get killed." He looked at the other tamers again now not recognizing any of them. But it wasnt like he had met many Tamers, most of the ones he did meet tended to have these deep dark personalities, somewhat like Guilmons, without the playfulness. He turned looking at his Red Virus type Digimon. And put hands behind his back smiling kindly. He wondered what was going to happen in this place, and what kind of Digimon they all would end up fighting. He was hoping that it wouldnt be anything to horrible and strong.

Walking, read creeping, along the path were our always lovable heroes, James and Guilmon. They were making good time, but that couldn't last as they unknowingly passed a camera. Suddenly, alarms went blaring and five winged digimon. "They're Boogeymon, Guilmon. Digivolve so we don't have to deal with them for long." Guilmon nodded before becoming enveloped in a crimson digicode cocoon. After breaking free, the digimon exclaimed, "Guilmon digivolve to... Growlmon." After digivolving, Growlmon let out a small roar. "Take them out, give them no slack." Growlmon nodded before roaring out "Pyro Blaster" before launching salvos of the medium sized fireballs at the Boogeymon. Two Boogeymon, caught off-guard by the quick succession of fiery balls of death, were instantly hit and landed on the ground in a heap. Another Boogeymon was grazed by several blasts and hit the ground and rolled a little bit. The last two decided to get close and use their melee attacks, but Growlmon was expecting that. With a roar of "Dragon Slash", Growlmon's elbow spikes glowed with a bright blue before rushing past the two Boogeymons near him while slashing both. Growlmon kept rushing forth and slashed at the three downed Boogeymons, quickly destroying them. Before the last two Boogeymons could fully stand up, Growlmon quickly turned around and roared "Pyro Blaster" and firing two more fireballs. Growlmon's aim was true as he hit both Boogeymons dead square in their backs as they exploded into digicode. As Growlmon dedigivolved into Guilmon, James congratulated his partner with a smile and a pat on the digimon's back. "Now then buddy, lets get going before more arrive." They both nodded to each other before jogging forward.

The Crimson Knight

The night sky was shown to be cloudy that night as it provided hardly any light for the area around the castle. Forge and Omega walked along the darken path as they look towards the castle and the dim lights it gave off. Forge had gotten a tip that the true leader of the R.I.P holds his HQ here and Forge had came to confront and defeat it, Walking up the the main doors of the castle they notice that the doors had been open and signs of others have been through here frowning Forge step in side while being followed by Omega and they begin to search The first part of the castle. After the the first few minutes of looking no sign of life could be seen, unknown to them they had set off a Heat Detector which had alerted a pack of Boogymon to there location. The Boogymon now hiding in the shadows wait and watch as they get ready to attack on the first chance they get, the five champion level demon man digimon give off a sinister grins as Forge a Omega walks into a room with no other way out, believe they have the upper hand they move through the shadows into the room and begin emerging leaping out towards Omega aiming to thrust there weapons into the black digimon.

Catching wind of the digimon Omega spins around on his feet to quickly dodge the first pitchfork like weapon by jumping up onto it then running up it which in turn shocked the boogeymon making it stumble backwards but not enough to get away from the small black digimon. Omega's Crimson locked onto Boogeymon's neck and its mouth open as he coats his teeth in dark energy as it uses Dangerous Bite and latches onto the champions neck causing it to gasp out in pain. Using its powerful legs he then goes to kicking off its chest to the right spinning around on the digimon causing its neck to be snapped and its head to be spin around as well before being ripped off, the headless boogeymon then falls to the ground as its body breaks down into digicode which is then adsorbed into Omega's body. Forge watched all this go down with a plain expression on his face, he then notices the other boodeymon become enraged and darts towards Omega, holding up his digivice it begins glowing crimson as the light engulfs Omega as well to the point it can't be seen and causes the boogeymon to stop in there tracks. They step back due to the bright crimson light hurting there eyes due to the fact there use to the darkness of the castle, the light grows brighter as Omega's mass begins changing and growing in size.

Omega was in fact digivolving, after a moment the light faded as now stood before the boogeymon was now a DarkTyrannomon. The size differences had now been changed around to Omega being larger then them, letting out a frightful roar that shook the area he spins around slamming two of the remaining boogeymon with its massive tail slamming them into the nearest wall and crushing there bodies underneath the force and weight of its mighty tail. Releasing another mighty roar it turns its crimson eye on the last two boogymon who shook in fear, seeing that Omega had spotted them they turn and try to run away from the digimon. Taking in a breath Omega then release a powerful burst of flames which slams into the back of the boogeymon trying to escape, the flames incarnates them in a matter of moments leaving nothing but digcode left behind. Omega then begins to draw in the digital code of the fallen demon man digimon into its own body, once finished Forge notices another hallway where the wall had crumble under Omega's tail and walks through it signaling Omega to follow since the hole was large enough for his body to fit through.

Kiryu found himself dazed from the sight of the castle. Just looking at it gave off an evil aura. Of course this didn't mean Kiryu was any better. As Kiryu slowly walked in he could hear a faint buzzing, He decided to go against his better judgment and ignore it for now. He called out his faithful partner Suzzaku, the Hawkmon, and sent him out to scout. Hawkmon had not noticed the motion detectors in the wall which had suddenly let out a loud screech. Kiryu found himself startled as the hoard of Phelsemon began rushing in. ''Damn... I rather not use the mega form. For now how about my ultimate!" Suddenly Kiryu pulled out his digivice and wrapped Hawkmon within a blinding light. The Phelsemon rushed in and attacked the light, but Kiryu knew there was nothing to worry. The light bursted sending the Phelsemon flying and out emerged a hairy mammoth. It was the prehistoric digimon Mammothmon."Prepare to taste defeat. Nose Stamp!'' Suddenly the Mammothmon began to stomp its legs and swipe its trunk at the Phelsemon. The demon digimon began throwing their pitchforks at the ancient digimon, but with all the fur surrounding the digimon the forks harmlessly bounced off. Two out of the five Phelsemon were deleted, however the other three learned their lesson and went for the underbelly of the mammoth. As the demons stuck their weapons into the mammoth, Mammothmon began to cry out a cry of pain. "Okay wrap this up. Tusk Strikes!" Mammothmon began to charge straight towards the Phelsemon leaving them flat in the ground. Eventually the were deleted and Mammothmon reverted into Hawkmon. "Nice work partner." Kiryu started to walk slowly towards the next area not knowing what may appear next

After their last encounter with tripping one of the detectors Kutay wasn't taking any chances, and so to avoid any other traps, he returned SkullMeramon, now Candlemon back to the digivice. To which Candlemon was highly opposed to and objected for the first 2 minutes or so, but when Kutay explained it was to limit the chances of crossing a trap, he simmered down a bit but still complained about it every now and then. Candlemon would have gone on and continued listing the things he disliked about the digivice, but since Kutay wasn't really in the mood to hear another one of Candlemon's Digivice Improvment Ideas he muted the digivice, partially to antagonize Candlemon and partially because they were after all trying to sneak into a heavily guarded fortress with as little trouble as they could manage. Kutay was actually suprised they managed to get as far as they had this time without triggering any traps, especially since they were nearing the destination he thought there would have been traps covering ever possible place.
