New Orleans the most haunted place in the country an old house from Victorian times lies alone surrounded by a marsh and, a small bridge the only way in or out. Within the house lies a ghost no one knows who he is but they say his cries can be heard at night as he longs for love. Many a woman tried to swoon the ghost to no avail some say the ghost hates girls some say the ghost made a deal with the devil and only steals boy's souls. Whatever the reason 1200 Samedi Lane is a lonely place.
Rules:
1: The Rp starts with the living touring the house.
2: The ghost doesn't hurt anyone but he does like to play.
3: The ghost doesn't pass on.
4: The romance is mental/symbolic after all he is dead
5: The ghost can't leave the house.
6: The relationship will evolve from a haunting to them being supernatural lovers.
7: The living doesn't know who the ghost is for awhile.

Renzo Littner
Renzo turned the new key he got from his father and this was his new house. His father would not be home for a few hours now and if this place was so new why not look around. A lot of old victorian design and old paintings still stood. "Wow, pretty cool." the room he was welcomed to stay at was just down the hall. He has not been the same since the divorce and because he had to move he had to leave all of his friends behind. Renzo calapsed onto his new bed that had a thin layer of dust still on it causing him to sneeze a little. This house was old but he couldn't get his mind off of something.

The house was old and dusty no one seemed to be here for decades a faint noise could be heard from upstairs it sounded faintly like an old telephone, it remained distant but as voice mail wasn't invented till the 20th century it would ring forever till picked up.

Renzo heard the phone and decided to follow the sound, he was so use to his cell phone that he completely believed the sound to foreign. Renzo walked to the old telephone and picked it up. "Hello Littner residence." the boy actually wondered who had this number, he didn't hand it out to anyone and his father just bought it.

Deep Raspy breathing could be heard as the phone went dead.

The room seemed colder then the rest of the house perhaps a little too cold Ren could see his breath in the air, frost seemed to begin to cover the walls.
OOC: The ghost will try to scare you for awhile.

Renzo rolled his sleeves down and warmed his hands up with his warm breath. he didn't understand what was going on so went to find the thermostat in the house. "Dear god, what is up with this house?". O.C.C: understandable

The lights began to flicker in a nearby room as obscured voices could be heard from it. It sounded as if it is a heated argument between two males.

Renzo followed the voices to the room and didn't see anything, he only heard it to the point of the assumption of him going crazy. Renzo leaned against the wall to keep him from falling to the ground. The lights flickering was always a sign of a haunted house from all those movies. Renzo didn't say anything this time, he was at a loss of words..

The doorbell ranged. (Haha harder to have a romance between a ghost and a mortal then I thought also a real person ranged doorbell)

Renzo opened the door to his father "I'm sorry I-I lost my key" He did not show any hint of noticing Renzo was unsettled if he did it didn't show.

Renzo regained color back in his face when he saw his father. "It is fine, what is for dinner?" he asked trying to brush off what he thought he saw upstairs.

"I donna what should we have?" Renzo father walked into the kitchen as he did so a dish crashed onto the floor. He asked Renzo to hand him a broom he didn't question the incident at all.OOC: Not too bright is he?
