Captain Osumilite’s civilian identity as Tag Swagger – and his role in the media – has long been an asset for the Negaverse, and it is time for it to take its full use. He is planning an exposé, or news documentary, to present the facts on the situation in Destiny City – or at least, the facts according to Mr. Swagger.
The facts are these: Although it has been known that there are terrorists (Senshi and Knights) in this city causing all sorts of dangers, it has been a long-kept secret that there are forces working to protect the city from them. There are upstanding vigilante citizens (Negaverse) and reformed terrorists (Corrupted and Dark Mirror Senshi) fighting against them.
He has asked that all agents of the Negaverse and Dark Mirror Court may help in this project, and maintain the upmost level of secrecy in doing so.
Agents of Chaos have various ways that they may assist Tag in his goal, including:
- An Agent of Chaos may give a testimonial that would be recorded on either video camera or audio recorder in which they talk about their experiences as an upstanding citizen or a reformed former terrorists, and just how threatening the real terrorists are. They may share in their experiences. ((This may be done as a solo.))
((REGULAR)) An Agent of Chaos may meet with Tag Swagger himself, in absolute secrecy within the Rift or other private and secure location. In their conversation, Tag will conduct an interview asking personalized questions about their experiences, the situation, and their threats, while including banter between the two. ((This may be done as a regular.))
((I will also be providing non-personalized questions that Tag would ask, without small talk or banter, for those who wish to be interviewed but would rather do it in the form of a solo. Please PM Silent Spy for these questions.))
Agents of Chaos may work together to film a staged incident in which a “terrorist” “causes trouble” only to be stopped by a “upstanding vigilante citizen” or “reformed terrorist.” The video camera should be well hidden so on-lookers should not suspect that the incident is recorded and would be treated as “found footage” in the actual expose. ((This may be done as a battle.))
These video or audio recordings will aid Tag in creating the documentary, as he will edit these videos down to include essential parts or sound bites that fit into the narrative of the expose as he segues through the segment.
((When a roleplay is underway or complete, please post it in this thread. In the end of the plot, I will pull key snippets from your roleplays and they may be included in the broadcasted documentary.))
OOC NOTICE
This is a staff-approved player plot by myself, Silent Spy. As an OOC request, I am asking that Chaos characters keep absolute secrecy about this project during the production of the documentary. Order characters will find out about the documentary when it airs and may retaliate against Tag then, but I am requesting that they do not find out beforehand. There is no reason for Order characters to find out what is going on unless a Chaos character leaks information – information which could expose Tag’s Negaverse identity – for which there may be severe IC consequences. The plot is approved for the documentary to at least make it to air, and I am open to plots for retaliation once the video does air. To plan these plots, please contact me in private via PM. Please remember that characters may respond to the documentary however they choose once it airs, whether they are trusting, skeptical, angry, confused, or curious is up to you and your character.
