His skin is a pale tone with a strong, muscular physique to match his tall stature as he stands at a height of 6'1". His body shape is the handsome V shape; broad chest that slims down to a narrow waist. And a strong lower body as well easy to see that he's a man who travels on feet more than by carriage. He’s not overly muscular in any way but he is very pleasant to look at in the eye.

His every day attire. His attire is the normal frock coat, shirt, and waistcoat with a cravat that is sometimes adorned with a small piece of small gold jewelry on it as a subtle sign of his wealth in society. They are of in different dark shades of color of dark greens, blues, and some lighter colors as well. He wears cream color breeches and leather boots. At the comforts of his own home, Calvin dresses down very casually in just his breeches, his white loose shirt, and a long black silk banyan coat that has subtle nature pattern in design that he bought from a foreigner and wears it almost every day at home.

Calvin is a brilliant man who is highly skilled with the use of words and writing which had made him a successful writer. However, this writer happens to be a complex individual underneath that charming smile of his. He is a kind man to others and courteous as well as part of being a refined gentleman and a social one at that who attends to plentiful of parties and gatherings. It is impossible for him to look away from others who are in need for he would instantly feel the regret afterwards. People would say that he must be the most perfect man of the world. But Calvin would disagree for he has the most flaws in the world. He is the complete irony as a writer who writes breath taking romance that any person would dream of having but there's no heart beating in his chest. Over the years of heartaches after heartaches, the man who was full of intense, heated passion had died only to be replaced by one who is full of pessimistic, brutal, and cynical as ever to those who pushed him far too much. It's even reflected to his recent publishing of darker romance and tragedies. He's fixated upon the world that no one is ever good for they all are after a certain materialistic goal in life and would do anything to have it in their hands which has sadly ended up with him being the main goal to some people. This, however, is a mere tactic of his in almost every foul reaction to drive others away because he does not want to get hurt again. The pieces of his heart is just being held in the smallest of cracks now and he would never let anyone else touch it. Calvin is just a hurt man who hides under a small and a kind gesture; letting the world know that he is fine while he is trying to survive to the next day. Hopefully one day, he would be heal but that takes time.

His appearance is given by both of his parent's genetics. His fur is a cream color that darkens to a shade of dark grey-blue to his legs and head. He has star-like spots around his neck which is white around the shade of greyish blue and the spots reverse in color upon the cream color fur. Around his golden eyes he has a swirl pattern as well as around his back legs and wrapped around his horns. His accessories are the silver filigree ear cuff and bracelet.

Strong, stern, a buck who sheds a few words of what goes in his mind to others to hear thus make others distant from him which is what he wanted. Iapetus . . . does not do well with others; conversation-wise and such for he would just be an awkward buck standing there. All except for his brothers the prophet, Orpheus, and Mother, Alycone, who he obtained his quiet nature from and could speak to them for hours. But his quiet nature can be quite cold though and can be viewed as menacing maybe by how he looks at others. Yet, he is observant for his herd and those he cares for and wishes to protect them from harm as he acts as a Sentinel, especially at the time of when ceremonies occurred and he does not want any interruptions and willing to fight any that deems dangerous to the very end. His observation gave him a sense of wisdom, an inner sight of things, and does give his fair share of knowledge on the situation if ever needed. It is nothing like the Visions, but he does treasure this special sight of his well for it does happen to be useful plenty of times.
With his Chosen, he acts as his eyes for him in his observances of the people around them as he steps in seeing that they meant to harm him in some way. He is protective of Calvin and also learn from him seeing how he talks to others and converse with them as well as enjoying in listening some of his stories that he reads out loud. He cares for his Chosen as much as he does with his herd and protects him at all costs.

❧ Yusrixxx The stray cat that he made the mistake of . . . feeding him one night. And he seemed to be stuck with him for the time being now. Calvin is now trapped with this man as he waits for their bargain to be completed and has to deal with him. Yusri is not that bad . . . sometimes.
