He'd barely made it out alive. Tsui had done some terrible things to him but Carnelian couldn't bring himself to crawl back home to Euclase, beaten up again. He was really getting sick of this - he was tired of being picked on, beaten up and left for dead. Surely there was something he could do about this. Another trip to the emergency room would be out of the question - they'd likely have grown suspicious about all his repeat trips. They might suspect something. With blood dried on his chin and lots of nice bruising speckling his jaw and face and coat, Carnelian sighed. He'd powered down to escape Tsui but he couldn't very well drive in his condition in civilian form. So he powered up again as means to travel more effectively. Problem was, he kept bleeding all over the place. He needed safety. Jumping over rooftops, he felt Chaos energy nearby and thought that he may be able to bum a ride down into the Rift by a captain or something. He'd be safe there, surely. Someone could help him. With that in mind, Carnelian sought out the signal.

Virtus felt an aura nearby that he was not very familiar with, and was drawn to it like a moth to flame. Soon enough, he saw the source, but his confusion and curiosity were instantly run over and forgotten by worry and surprise.
"Are you okay?!"
They had luckily been heading in the same direction, though Virtus was still not as good at the whole jumping rooftop thing as everyone else seemed to be. Not that he was competing! He just had to take things a little slower, measure his jumps, and make sure he got both of his feet onto the roof. That was the important part.
And for the most part he managed it.
He saw how beaten Carnelian was and his first instinct was to run over and heal him, but he thought that might be a little weird so he should probably introduce himself first.
"My name is Virtus and I can heal you!"
There, much better.

Carnelian looked back towards where the signal and the voice who was attached to it came from. He was a senshi like himself, but different. One of those... what were they? Dark Mirrors? Something like that. But in his beaten and bloody state, Carnelian couldn't quite think straight. The boy announced his name and that he was a healer... A godsend. The corrupt senshi stopped where he was and dropped to his knees. His jaw was swollen and that disrupted his ability to talk slightly. "Carnelian..." he wheezed as the boy drew closer. Tsui had managed to smack him pretty good in the face and Carnelian had trouble seeing out of one eye, he noticed. The boy was blonde, probably quite young from the looks of him. Super by the feel. That would suit the redhead just fine. "Thank you... thank you..." Being paranoid after his attack, the corrupted senshi kept performing scan after scan to make sure no Order individuals were nearby. He wouldn't survive another attack. He was sure of it. The young man held out his hands like a believer would to his savior.

Virtus smiled warmly and kneeled next to Carnelian.
"It's okay, I've got you," he said, reassuringly. He would have to use his Super level skill, which he had to admit he had very little practice with. But it was stronger than the first, which was what he needed. These were not just little scrapes and bruises.
He took the corrupt senshi's hands and took a breath, focusing his energy and trying to mentally make sure that the spell was as good as it possibly could be. He wasn't sure if he could control it that way, but he was going to do his damn best regardless.
"Utara Gran!"
Warmth would begin to spread through Carnelian, though Virtus immediately felt the effects of the spell. To balance its ability to heal more, Virtus took half the damage he healed onto himself. He was not fully aware of that part of it, though he wouldn't complain. It was still worth it, to help someone else out.

Carnelian felt a warmth close to that of his beloved Euclase flowing into him, his wounds knitting together like they never even happened. The throbbing in his head and jaw, the glass slices in his arms and chest, all of it was gone in a matter of moments. When it was all said and done, the corrupted senshi opened his eyes in amazement. He'd never seen anything like that before. Looking up to his savior, the redhead choked down a gasp of surprise. "Your face! What happened? You were fine just a moment ago..." he trailed off in confusion. Placing a hand gently to Virtus' cheek, Carnelian started to examine him like an older brother would his younger sibling. "What happened? I don't understand..." This makes no sense! The boy was fine but a moment ago. "We need to get you to a doctor, Virtus. Or a mirror at the very least!"

Virtus looked a little worse for wear, but certainly not as bad as Carnelian had looked just before. He took a fraction of the damage on to himself, which he felt was very fair because he was asking a lot of his magic. He would gladly bear the consequences if it meant helping someone else.
"Oh, don't worry!" he said, patting the back of Carnelian's hand on his cheek and smiling brightly. He did not look fussed about it, but that was simply because he wasn't. He was happy to do it, though it was certainly a learning experience for him.
He did not know the limitations of his spell, but he now knew that they were probably linked to his limitations as a person. If his body gave out, or took more damage than he could handle, then he'd be in trouble. And it was a pretty draining attack as well. So thing were good! He learned!
"I don't think I need a doctor, but thank you for worrying! I think I do need to take a nap or something... but are you okay? Are you all healed?" He was very interested in seeing the result.

Carnelian sighed and his shoulders relaxed visibly. He still regarded Virtus with a look of I'm older than you and I disapprove of you not taking care of yourself. If Carnlian was good at anything, he was good at playing father or older brother to people. One day he wanted a family of his own. "You took a risk healing me and you don't even ask for a reward? ....there are still good people out here. I am fine now, better than ever. Thank you, Virtus." But first thing's first - he had to escape Tsui. The redhead looked over his shoulder as if expecting her to leap out of the shadows with a roar and shred them both. He turned back to Virtus. "I'm being hunted." he said quietly, hoping she wasn't nearby and couldn't hear them. "Her name is Tsui, senshi of tigers. Extremely dangerous. She seems to think I'm her personal plaything or something of the sort. Please stay away from her if you see her. I have to get home before she comes back..." But he couldn't leave Virtus, not after he took damage in healing Carnelian. "I think I can make it home before she finds me. But I want you safe. And perhaps you can warn your brethren about her - we can't have someone as vicious as her picking on anyone else. I'm sure you'd agree."

Hunted?
Virtus frowned at the idea, though frowning was not in his nature and the expression didn't look quite right on his face. Like his muscles were rebelling and trying to pull his lips back up into their proper expression.
The smile returned a few seconds after that.
"Tsui! She's my friend. She's very nice, I can't believe that she would hurt you! I mean, I don't disbelieve what you're saying, I know you wouldn't lie to me, but Tsui helps me train sometimes!" He saw that Carnelian was very scared, though, and he tried to get himself upright, wobbling.
"I'll be okay, she won't hurt me. I'll talk to her if she comes around! You'll be okay, I promise."

"Your friend?" Carnelian was stunned. It showed very plainly on his face. If Virtus was that damned tiger's friend then how on Earth did Carnelian become her enemy? He gave her ample warning before firing off his attack and that was only to get away from her, not to actually engage her in combat. Now he was being hunted and would likely be torn limb from limb because of some ridiculous notion Tsui had gotten into her head about him. Damn it. Carnelian sighed and shook his head. "Well, if you're her friend then you're probably safe. But if you see her, please try to dissuade her from attacking me again. I didn't even do anything and she intends to beat me within an inch of my life..." He looked over his shoulder again and narrowed his eyes. "... I should go. Please, Virtus, please be safe. And stop her if you can." Getting up, Carnelian looked in every direction before starting his run towards home. If he moved fast enough, he could get home and power down before Tsui found him.
