New Royal Warlord
A few weeks after the death of a warlord the pirate Wolfwood Stark was given the title. This was a controversial decision as it is widely believed that Stark was in fact the person who killed his predecessor.
For those that don't know Wolfwood is the captain of the Pack, a ruthless gang of pirates who would seek out the most well protected person on an island and hunt him down like an animal. Their targets ranged for high ranking Marines, to rulers of countries, and even other pirates.
Stark's Den, the ship of the Pack, was seen at the port of the formal Shichibukai hometown. It is well known that he was the most well protected person on the island so it fits his M.O. but regardless of that he was given a pardon for his 500,000,000B bounty so long as he doesn't attack any marine or any citizen of the World Government and aides the Navy should they need it.

Height: 6'10
Weight: 235lbs
Hair:Black(kept mid length, down to his neck, and swept back with the occasional stand falling in front of his face)
Eyes:Yellow(and filled with a cruel hunger)
Outfit:A grey suit with a black fur coat, or white at his home Castle Wolfwood.
