The guild was founded on Feb 4th, 2011 by Morgonian, who wanted to teach people about warmth, and generosity. The guild has had very hard times and with this, has changed ownerships often. From the founder, to me, to my secretary Panda. Finally, I was able to afford getting the guild back in my ownership.
Morgonian sold the guild's rights too me on November 15th,2012 because I have looked after this guild and kept it alive. She now owns her own business called "Memoriam" Event Planning with the striving goal to spread joy and happiness to people and teach everyone to enjoy life. She created this business with thoughts of her late brother who was shot and killed by police in the begining of this year, and all he wanted was his child back which his ex-gf took away because she wanted money from the state. That's a long story though so I'll stop at that.
Morgonian planned and did her brothers memorial which she knew that if she didnt do it, no one would. Not because no one wanted too, but because no one had the strength or was in the right mind to do such a heavy deed. Appx 15-20 people showed up (or more) but lots could not attend for they had other issues to deal with and sent their regrets. This made Morgonian want to plan a second Memorial for her brother, so it gives people a second chance to get "closure" which would never come to some. She called it the "Remorial Event" that she held in august. She than made a promise to herself and her late brother, that if this event was a hit, everyone had fun, and enjoyed themselves. . .she would open up her own event business. The Remorial was a hit and she started investing in the business right away and got her first customer in october 2012.
Now, as an option to MEP Clients and future clients, she has a tab on her website, Memoriameventplanning.com, for Donations Bridge. The funds go into her Paypal account which she than will take out and donate the funds to charities and fundraisers such as hospitals, homeless shelter, red cross, and others. So, now Donations Bridge is also a Charity outside of Gaiaonline.com. Its A charity run by "Memoriam" Event Planning.
