Name: Carlie "C.J." Jordan

Age: 18

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 146 lbs

Description/Image: User Image

Alias: Green Lantern

Occupation: Green Lantern of Sector 2814, Princess of the Zamarons/Star Sapphire Corps, high school student, heiress of Ferris Aircraft, Incorporated.

Origin: Coast City, California

Parentage: Hal Jordan (father), Carol Ferris (mother)

Rank: Intermediate

Status: Hero

Personality: Carlie is a happy-go-lucky sort. She loves her job, as she always wanted to be a Green Lantern. Much like her father, Carlie has a strong sense of right and wrong, and is guided mostly by her conscience and not by the rules of the Green Lantern Corps. However, also like her father, she is headstrong, brash, and cocky, though with a few years of service under her belt these traits have mellowed out... slightly. She's also a hard worker, doing her best to maintain high grades in her classes in the hopes of one day becoming a pilot and later taking over for her mother at Ferris Air.

Should Carlie be transformed into ParaCarlie (see below), her normal personality will be twisted and subsumed by that of Parallax, turning her into a psychopathic sadist that enjoys terrifying, hurting, and killing others in gruesome ways. In this state, Carlie is actually unaware of what she is doing, similarly to how a host of the actual Parallax can act when it possesses them.

Skills: Bass guitar- Carlie is a skilled bass guitarist, having taken lessons in her pre-teen years and was planning on starting a band before becoming a GL. She's also capable of playing a normal electric guitar, but she usually prefers bass.

Hand-to-Hand Combat- Carlie's father Hal is an expert boxer. As a result, he taught Carlie how to box when she was a pre-teen, and John Stewart has given Carlie lessons in Marine hand-to-hand combat styles.

Tactics: Due to her Power Ring being a ranged weapon, Carlie tends to avoid getting up-close, though her hand-to-hand training is able to get her out of trouble. She's very creative and unpredictable with her constructs, and as a result is quite dangerous to her opponents.

Upon transformation into "Parallax" (better referred to as "ParaCarlie" to avoid confusion with the actual Emotional Entity-- She will simply refer to herself as Parallax when talking), Carlie will become very vicious and brutal in combat, though this is due to Parallax's sadistic personality subsuming her own and is not a reflection of Carlie herself.

Gadgets and/or Weaponry: Her Power Ring and Power Battery

Powers: On her own, Carlie has no superhuman powers. However, her Power Ring gives her a whole suite of abilities, and in truth the only known limitations to this are her willpower, imagination, and her ring's recharge protocol. Over the past two years, Carlie's experience and knowledge of her ring's capabilities have expanded greatly, and she has become a powerful Lantern in her own right.

When she transforms into ParaCarlie, she possesses all of the abilities the actual Emotional Entity possesses (meaning, all of the abilities of a Sinestro Corps ring without actually needing one), albeit on a much weaker scale, though still more than enough to take on multiple weaker Lanterns and win easily; for instance, whereas the actual Parallax can easily terrify an entire planet, ParaCarlie would only be able to start with the immediate area around her, and gather more strength from the people she terrifies and thus expand her influence and become more powerful. The more people she terrifies or the more Sinestro Corpsmen that are near her, the stronger she becomes. After reverting back to normal and then transforming again, ParaCarlie would need to rebuild her power once more.

Weaknesses: Carlie is a human, and as such has normal human weaknesses. Unlike most Green Lanterns, Carlie has and still does suffer from the inability to directly affect anything colored yellow. The Yellow Impurity works on her not due to any influence in her ring, but because of the small portion of Parallax's essence that is tied to Carlie's soul; though no-one knows of this yet.

Should Carlie turn into ParaCarlie, traditional weaknesses to Lanterns, such as mental interference, will have much more difficulty in affecting her: the Orange Light of Avarice will not weaken her at all, but the Blue Light of Hope can and will disrupt her ability to make constructs and weaken her power. Also, due to the strain of transformation, ParaCarlie can only exist for at most one hour before automatically reverting back to normal, who will immediately fall unconscious and have no recollection of what happened during that time.

Likes/Dislikes: (Will fill out later)

Bio: Carlie Jordan was born to Hal Jordan and Carol Ferris, both former Lanterns. When Carlie turned sixteen, Hal retired from the Green Lantern Corps with distinction and bequeathed his ring to Carlie as a birthday present, as she had known of his job for all her life and wished to become a Lantern. After she got her father's ring, Carlie traveled to Oa, the homeworld of the GLC, and graduated from training, becoming an official officer of the Corps. For the past two years, Carlie has adapted to her life as both a student, a "space cop", and a superhero, though it's still far from easy on her sometimes.

However, there is a dark secret that no-one, not even the Guardians of the Universe, is aware of. When Hal Jordan had Parallax, the Emotional Entity of Fear, exorcised from his being, a very small fragment of Parallax's essence remained grafted to Hal's soul. This went unnoticed by everyone and never actually hindered Hal later on, and when Carlie was conceived the "Parallax Strain" left Hal and bonded to her soul. She has had this with her for her entire life, though it has lain dormant and has yet to awaken; the only way it can do so is if Carlie experiences something that completely and utterly terrifies her. Should the Parallax Strain awaken... It will be very, very bad.

Name: Frederick William "Freddy" Batson

Age: 17 (as Freddy), 30 (as Captain Marvel)

Height: 5'10" (as Freddy), 6'2" (as Captain Marvel)

Weight:

Description/Image: User Image (This is his transformed state; I can never find a good enough pic to adequately show his normal self... Grr.)

Alias: Captain Marvel

Occupation: Champion of the ("new") Wizard Shazam, who is his father, Billy Batson; high school student; leader of The Sentries

Origin: Fawcett City

Parentage: Billy Batson (father), Courtney Batson (nee Whitmore; mother)

Rank: Intermediate

Status: Hero

Personality: Much like his father, Freddy is a very sunny-minded and optimistic fellow, and this is further increased when in Captain Marvel form due to the courage of Achilles granted to him by the power he wields.

Skills: Leadership- Freddy's experiences as the leader of the Sentries, bolstered with the Wisdom of Solomon and the Courage of Achilles, have made him into a very effective leader.

Hand-to-Hand Combat- Freddy was trained by Kera West, his teammate and girlfriend, in the art of Amazonian fighting styles to defend himself when not transformed.

Tactics: When transformed, Billy is a traditional Flying Brick type of guy, who is more than able to tank pretty much anything thrown at him. However, he's also perfectly able to use his superhuman speed and his own personable personality to end fights quickly-- or even before they begin.

When he finds himself in situations where transforming is not ideal or if he can't for whatever reason, Freddy is able to think on his feet and use his cunning to get out of bad situations.

Gadgets and/or Weaponry: None

Powers: As Captain Marvel, Freddy possesses the Power of Shazam, which is actually used as an acronym. He shouts the name of the Wizard Shazam, and gains 1% of Shazam's overall power. The powers are as follows:

S for the Wisdom of Solomon: As Captain Marvel, Freddy possesses the legendary Wisdom of Solomon, which manifests to him as Solomon's voice in his mind, guiding him in his decisions. He also gains an extremely high level of intelligence (an intelligence level that rivals Lex Luthor) and an intimate understanding of all Earth languages. In addition, while transformed he is able to understand alien languages. He also possesses a limited clairvoyance that allows him an uncanny awareness of his surroundings and situation at any given time. In addition to the above, he also possesses photographic memory.

H for the Strength of Hercules: As Captain Marvel, Freddy is able to lift well in excess of 100 tons without effort, being endowed with the mythical strength of Hercules. It has been said that his raw physical power matches Superman's, and indeed this has been shown on several occasions.

A for the Stamina of Atlas: When he transforms, Freddy has the near-infinite endurance and limitless stamina of the Titan Atlas. This allows him to stay in his Marvel form for prolonged periods, and grants him invulnerability that exceeds that of Superman and beings on a similar level. Also, while in Captain Marvel form Freddy does not appear to age, and he does not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe, as his body is sustained by the Power of Shazam. So he is more or less immortal in Captain Marvel form.

Z for the Power of Zeus: As Captain Marvel, Freddy possesses the ability to call down mystical lightning bolts to return him to normal, use as a weapon, and teleport himself and others to and from the Rock of Eternity. Like Zeus himself, Freddy is capable of hurling mystical lightning bolts at his opponents. He is also able to call upon the lightning in his normal form to heal himself if need be. The lightning can be used to achieve certain effects on his person, such as changing his costume for normal attire if he chooses.

A for the Courage of Achilles: As Captain Marvel, Freddy's kind, friendly nature is augmented greatly by the Courage of the legendary Greek warrior Achilles. In addition to this, he has very strong willpower and boundless optimism, though it appears to be possible to overwhelm him with enough mental power. This is, however, a difficult task.

M for the Speed of Mercury: Captain Marvel has the mythical speed of the Greek god Mercury. In the past, this allowed Freddy's father Billy to catch a rampaging Barry Allen on foot, something that apparently even Superman could not do, as he chose Marvel specifically for the task. Freddy is capable of matching (and possibly outflying) the likes of Superman and Wonder Woman in the air, as the Speed of Mercury grants him mystical flight at insane speeds.

Weaknesses: His own lightning can be used to turn him back into his normal form, and when he is not transformed he is completely vulnerable to everything that would kill an ordinary human.

Likes/Dislikes: (optional)

Bio: Freddy Batson was born to Billy and Courtney Batson nine months after the two were married, and grew up happily in Fawcett City; he idolized his father's "friend" Captain Marvel, not realizing that his father was in fact Marvel himself. On his fifteenth birthday, Billy cryptically told his son to "say the magic word" when in danger. Later that day, as Freddy was walking home from school, he was cornered by bullies, who sought to extort money from him. When he told them he had none, they proceeded to chase him, cornering him in an alley and preparing to beat him up. However, Freddy glanced up and saw Captain Marvel, his father, flying overhead. Overjoyed, he yelled "SHAZAM!" and was transformed into the new Captain Marvel. The bullies ran away, and Freddy was taken to the Rock of Eternity, where his father finally revealed himself and then ascended to the position of the Wizard Shazam, naming Freddy as his successor to the title of Captain Marvel.

Not long after Freddy started his crimefighting career, he encountered Kera West, whom he immediately struck up a friendship with, and a few other heroes when he was forced to fight Darkstar-- a villain who, as Freddy learned, was Freddy's own half-brother and harbored an intense hatred of the Batson family due to their mother "abandoning" him. Immediately after Darkstar's first defeat, Freddy's father commissioned the new group of heroes to form their own team: The Sentries.

Over the past two years, Freddy has led the Sentries effectively while still being able to maintain a civilian life; it helps that the Sentries are a "weekend" force, similarly to the Teen Titans. His relationship with Kera deepened, and they are currently in a romantic relationship.

Name: Brenda Wayne (legally changed from "Bruce Wayne")

Age: Chronologically, Brenda is somewhere in her 30s; physically, however, she is in her early-to-mid twenties, roughly around the age of her universe's d**k Grayson.

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 143 lbs

Description/Image: Brenda Wayne stands at five-foot-ten and weighs one-hundred-forty-three pounds. She has black hair and striking blue eyes, and possesses a very fit, muscular figure, but is still rather curvy. While chronologically in her thirties, her body was rejuvenated to be around ten years younger than how old she actually is. Brenda is easily one of the most beautiful women on Earth-- after all, she was Bruce Wayne in her reality, who was himself one of the most attractive men around (and is generally very attractive no matter the universe)...

Alias: Batwoman, Bats, Batwoman-1138, Brenda Grayson

Occupation: Owner and CEO of Wayne Enterprises in her reality; retired crimefighter.

Origin: Gotham City (Earth-113 cool

Parentage: Thomas and Martha Wayne (Earth-1138; both deceased)

Rank: Veteran

Mentor: None

Status: Hero (Retired)

Personality: Brenda's personality is about as different from the mainstream Batman's as possible without making her any less of a Bat than him. She's much happier, much more sociable, and much friendlier than Bruce is, while she retains all of her old memories and abilities and as such, she is able to snap back into her former, more serious mindset when the situation calls for it-- like when on a mission.

Skills: Brenda, being a universal alternate of New Earth's Bruce Wayne, possesses all of the same abilities and fighting prowess as her counterpart. She also can do one thing that Bruce can't: Cook, as she was taught by her universe's version of Alfred Pennyworth prior to the transformation.

Tactics: Being a universal alternate of Batman, Brenda's tactics mirror his more or less exactly.

Gadgets and/or Weaponry: Pretty much any standard WayneTech as used by Batman; the technology between the universes matches up in this case.

Powers: None

Weaknesses: All standard human weaknesses

Likes/Dislikes: (Will fill out later)

Bio: Brenda comes from a little Elseworld that I made, which I call "Earth-1138". Brenda's story matches up almost exactly with the mainstream Bruce Wayne for much of her life, up until some point around the time that d**k Grayson became Nightwing. The events of Knightfall, for example, happened right after d**k became Nightwing, and the biggest turning point came a few years later, when the Zatanna Zatara of this Elseworld turned Bruce Wayne into a woman as a prank. Unfortunately (or not, depending on your point of view), this spell worked too well, and Bruce was permanently turned into a woman. Over the next few months, due to the effects of the spell, Bruce began to pick up more and more feminine personality traits. This third personality, referred to as "Brenda", eventually became completely dominant in Wayne's mind.

Even before this transformation was "complete" by way of the shift in personality, Fem!Bruce (distinguishable from "Brenda" in that it was undoubtedly still Bruce/Batman in mindset, just in the body of a woman) was forced to retire early, as "a female Bat running around at the same time Bruce Wayne got a sex change would be easier to connect the dots with", as there was never a Batgirl in this reality at any point in time.

Around the time that the transition from "Bruce/Batman" to "Brenda" was underway, Wayne developed a mutual attraction with former protege and current Batman, d**k Grayson. Upon the completion of the mental transition (and after a lot of sexual tension between Wayne and d**k), "Brenda", now the dominant mindset within Wayne's body, admitted her love for d**k, which was reciprocated, and the two were quietly married in a private ceremony several months later, which was attended only by Alfred Pennyworth, Brenda's butler/valet/father figure.

Around this point in time, it was very quietly announced that Bruce Wayne had received a sex change, though no details were given. After the initial reactions died down (which, perhaps surprisingly, were more amicable and accepting than they likely would be in the real world) Brenda settled down into a relatively happy life, genuinely enjoying her status as a billionaire CEO, and playing mission control for her husband in the Batcave while he replaced her as Batman-- which she had been doing even before the mental transition was complete.

Roughly a year after Brenda was originally gender-bent, and due to having a lot more free time on her hands due to having retired, Brenda made an amazing scientific breakthrough; she created a device (which she informally dubbed the "Transportalponder" because it sounded cool) that was able to sync up with the vibrations of various universes, and through a process similar to that of a Boom Tube, the user is capable of teleporting themselves to a set reality, which is how she will cross over into this universe. This also means that she can go back to her universe at any time she wishes, so long as she has the device to do it and has it set to the correct vibrational frequency; the frequency which she memorized just in case she lost her current transportalponder and needed to make another-- and this is why she has only decided to go to one universe until she's sure she can go to another later.
