Rainbase
Rainbase (レインベース) is one of the few cities within Alabasta that continued thriving even during the drought, mostly due to the gambling industry. Due to this it has been referred to as the "City of Dreams". It also appeared that this city wasn't very much effected by the drought, having a moat surrounding Rain Dinners. The city was the Baroque Works' main base operated by Crocodile and Miss All Sunday
