Ugghhh he was so handsome... so charming... and now I'm FAT! Light the Night pickes through the reeds, eyes trained down near the water line. A snail, unassuming, crawls lazily over the leaves. Hmph! A quick lunge nets her a crunchy bite to eat, but her chewing is angry. She's not even hungry, not really. She just ate it because it was there. The doe makes an awful face at the awful flavor. Ugh it tasted like sand! Bitter leaves do a little to blunt the muddy taste, but they certainly don't improve her mood.How did this even happe-... A small smile flits across her face. She knows how this happened. Oh yes. She tosses her hair back behind her head, feeling somewhat self-satisfied with the gesture. But now... Eyes scan the horizon, ringed with cypress trees. Where will she leave them? Someplace hidden, someplace with food. So many decisions! So much responsibility! Ugh damn this is all his fault being so flirty and now this!
