i was hacked in 02, and later banned in 04(due to hacking myself as a mod/admin for reasons i can go into later) , i was later reinstated back to gaia under a probation and allowed to roam free.

But it's Gaia.
Can't say that I've ever been hacked, unless you count those times I gave my items away through a result of anger/depression to people I would later regret giving stuff to. Same result: New Beginning.
