Account Security Update
We're in the process of rolling out a new account security feature that will lock an account down after it has been inactive (not logged into) for six months. This lock will prevent access to the account until the owner files a Help Center ticket to have the account unlocked. The purpose of this lock is to keep nefarious individuals from gaining access to the account and harming it via impersonation or stealing its items and gold. If you find one of your accounts locked, you just need to follow the steps below (on a secondary account) to have it unlocked:
1) Go to the Help Center
2) On the ticket page, select "General Account Inquiry" for the Subject and "Six Month Reactivation" for the Topic.
3) Fill out all the fields and hit "Finish" to submit it.
Then you just wait until you receive a response and you'll be able to get back into your account! We know this may be somewhat inconvenient for those who have rarely used mules or take breaks but we feel this is an important step in helping keep everyone's accounts as secure as possible. We'll likely roll this update out later today or tomorrow so if you'd like to avoid having your accounts affected by this lock, be sure to log into them as soon as you can today.

So what does this mean? It means if you have an account that you haven't use for six or more month, it will be locked up. So if you don't want your accounts to be locked up or don't want to bother file a report about a locked account, I suggest you log into your mule/multiple accounts once in a while.
