She was never going to get over it. It wasn't that easy.
But Pandora was crying less, she was getting more ahold of her emotions. She'd stopped blaming herself and had begun to shift that anger to chaos entirely and completely. You couldn't save everyone, but you weren't the one actively killing others.
Unless they were youma. Everyone said that was necessary. It felt necessary. No one had to explain to her chaos was bad, she could feel it. There was still uncertainty when they showed pain. Were they no more than harnessed beasts? Could they feel? Some could clearly think. No one was giving her answers. It was frustrating, terrifying, and Pandora had very few ways to release that pent up energy.
So she patrolled. Patrolling alone had begun to unease her more and more. There were enough eternal Senshi to bust her lip, and she imagined there were more powerful evils just like the thick, seeping chaos she'd felt from the masked figure. It had been hard not to run.
It wasn't dark yet. The weekend allowed her to patrol as soon as she finished work, and she'd had a morning shift. While stereotypes told her darkness only went bump in the night, her brain knew full well that wars went on 24/7 without care for civilians or the sleep of its combatants.
There was bound to be someone out here, and Pandora's ears, eyes, and feeling were fully aware.

Normally Toutatis patrolled later in the evenings. But for some strange reason she had decided to break from that routine for today. It was not like she was eager to get out and start her patrol. No. She felt no real need to test out her new strength and powers. The Dark Mirror Senshi knew she had no direction. So what was she doing out here anyway? She had yet to really find anyone of interest to drain energy from. Usually she would pick off any one willy nilly. But after recent events she had began to pay closer attention to what she was doing. Slip ups would always be her downfall. And every detail must thought out. Slipping out from a hidden mirror, she instantly picked up on an Order energy nearby. Before she would have felt on level with this power signature, not so much anymore. Though she wondered if whoever it was would be foolish enough to come running head long in her direction. Touatis could remember those kind of days well enough herself. They were so very recent and yet felt like thousands of years ago. She made no real effort to hide herself. Leaning with her back against a wall, waiting to see which was the Order energy would move. Away or closer. That would determine what actions she took. Her long black and green skirt billowed in a cold winter breeze as her sheer slapped against it. The beads in her hair clicking against one another as she brushed back stray strands of grey hair that flicked across her face. And there she waited.

Had Pandora been able to read minds, she would have thought only one thing: It must have been nice to feel safety in superior strength and have the ability to wait.
Thud. Thud.
Pandora swallowed the feeling in her throat. It was one thing to fight youma and to stew and think you hated chaos, think you could take them, and quite another to suddenly feel energy you knew was strong and you knew could hurt you.
The Senshi stopped dead in her tracks. The power didn't change, move, or subside. Pandora reminded herself that she wasn't going to have the upperhand against her opponent; the battle with Maia had proven even a small hit from someone more powerful could leave her with rainbow colored bruises.
Yet, if the member of chaos had been distracted sapping energy, just as Aurora had been, Pandora could sneak up and then distract them from their target. She could save a life. Pandora would never forgive herself if she didn't try - she could do this; deep breaths.
The Senshi resumed walking, hand clutching the strings that held her hat to her body. Long, calming breaths eased her mind as she stepped slowly, practically slinking towards the Chaos energy. A small part of her mind pounded away, telling her it was a bad idea. But the stubborn, reckless part of her mind was too angry and too confident to back down.

So it had decided to move towards her. Surprising. But only slightly. Order Senshi seemed to be a bit more gung ho despite substantial power differences. At least that had been her experience. But on the other hand this one might just be a talker and try to preach her ear off about how what she did was bad. What a horrible person she was and how she should change. The funny thing about that is that Dark Mirrors couldn't be changed. And some of them just didn't understand that. Their words were fruitless. Though a lesser minded DMC might start to question, Toutatis was not one of them. She turned pale blue eyes in the direction of the energy signature. They were certainly taking their sweet a** time. Pushing herself off the wall, she began to move towards it. Casually. No hurry. If they had chose to come in her direction she figured they probably wouldn't change their course now. Unless they were a coward. Or just got smart.

The movement caused such a strong tingle of fear up Pandora's spine that she froze in place. Fists clenching at her sides, she paused to control her breathing and then darted into a side-alley.
It had felt her, of course it had. Breathe.
Her mind was playing out scenarios, Chaos coming around the corner, quickly making an end to her. You need to make a plan. From the guides, and from the brief knowledge she had, she knew that those of Chaos were naturally stronger and faster. While Liberty was much stronger than many of her civilian counterparts, Pandora was not guaranteed a weaker member of chaos. The added power-hike certainly put her at a disadvantage.
However, if she was really being hunted, she was going to be hard-pressed to escape. Liberty planned out a few routes in her head. She stacked cardboard boxes in the alleyway, as quickly as she could--something she could knock over if she fled this direction--and then made up her mind.
The Senshi slipped out of the dark side-path and into the open. No hiding. She crossed her hands in front of her chest, and peered down the dimly lit street. If she dealt with this, it would be head on. Perhaps she could pull a bluff. And Liberty could look strong, and she could look confident.
She concentrated on holding her chin up, keeping her shoulders square and her stance wide. There was definitely a figure coming towards her and that feeling was becoming almost unbearable. Pandora squinted at it, jaw locked tight.
"I don't think you want to come any closer than that." The words escaped her mouth in a strong puff, like she'd been holding in emotion for a long time. Whether that emotion was fear, aggression, or both, was unrecognizable in the tone.
